It's very difficult to trump the first two reviews - they pretty much said it all about Caitlin. But here goes...
First of all, if you have never been through a divorce before, I pray that if you have to, your soon to be ex will not put you through a contentious battle, most especially if there are children involved. Because believe you me, if you think you have any idea of what lies ahead for you, think again. There is no amount of hyperbole that can describe how insane the family law court system is. The bottom line, it's all about making money off of vulnerable, despondent, and already stressed out people. These lawyers DO NOT care about you, or your children. They only care about running up their bill and making money. They will do whatever they can (often times in collusion with the opposing counsel) to add and/or create even more conflict in your divorce because more conflict means more money for them and their firms. Again, if you think I'm just bitter and exaggerating, go online (Google, YouTube, etc...) and do the research for yourself. An ugly divorce/custody battle often leads to suicide, bankruptcy, loss of job, depression, illness, etc... So please people - don't do this to yourself and most especially please don't do this to your kids! Part ways peacefully, because if you don't, you will regret it for the rest of your life.
This is why I am glad I used this angel of an attorney throughout the majority of my long divorce/custody battle. She cares about her clients and most especially their children (she's a LMFT to boot!). She is not in it for the money and will do everything she can to save you from a long, drawn out battle. She is honest, empathetic, compassionate and is a person with the utmost integrity. Caitlin will not allow her clients to debase themselves and play dirty no matter how vicious and perjurious the opposition gets. I'm so happy at day's end that I used her for the majority of my long, drawn out battle. For she helped me keep my soul and my own integrity and at day's end, I can look back and be proud someday that I never debased myself (most importantly for my child as well).
If you want a mean, nasty bulldog of an attorney (btw, they are really really really expensive!!!) than by all means do NOT hire Caitlin. However, if you are looking for a honest, compassionate HUMAN BEING to help you, then please give her a call. She will always do what's best for you her client. She will never gouge you with fees, and will fight opposing counsel with compassionate logic that sooner or later will break them down. I call her the Mahatma Gandhi of divorce attorneys!

Caitlin Burgess represented me at a settlement conference and did a stellar job detailing the facts to a seasoned judge. Her mannerisms are of the utmost in professionalism and her knowledge of the family law system is vast. Her background in psychology as a licensed marriage and family therapist is an added bonus for there are many aggressive litigants who unfortunately have a pathology which the opposing side must deal with, sometimes in ongoing litigation which lasts for years. Ms. Burgess was able to formulate a tactical plan of approach to settlement, utilizing her expertise in several areas to bring the litigation to a close without causing me to have to shoulder the expensive and time consuming burden of a trial.
There is something to be said for representation that is so client-centered. If I could give someone new to divorce proceedings advice, I would caution them to stay away from the big firms and call Caitlin first. I was originally represented by one of the firms in San Jose. They felt a bit like a Mafia; only I, as their client, was the target!
I spent a large amount of money with very little result. I found I could do better with an attorney like Caitlin in my corner. The big firms are clearly after people's money in a very high-conflict time between former partners. They actually encourage the aggressive litigant and do as much as they can to pad up their bills.
Ms. Burgess is completely against this behavior and practices with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Over the course of her representation, she fought hard and succeeded in winning me the best possible outcome.
I highly recommend Ms. Burgess for your legal needs. Call her and schedule a consultation. You will not be disappointed.

Been dealing with richard since 2013, was reccomend by a close friend, best immigration lawyer in California in my opinion, helped from the starting with filling papers and tall us me and my wife, exactly what we need documents and pics of when I got married in 2014, got married and received permanent resident card within 4 months, was very happy, in 2016 he helped me again get my permanent resident card for 10 years the final one, theres a 2 year like probation to see if everything is ok helped us file papers and was at the appt. With immigration also first time and this time, received permanent resident within 4 months , lost my card in august 2017 richard again , filled out papers for me and card was at my home within 6 months, very happy with richard rapresenting me, prices are very reasonable and he his a straight forward person will leave no details out, this coming April I will be alligiable for citizen, will be using richard again, maybe the last time but will always reccomend if you need a Visa or just something simple like replacing a card, papers or anything to do with immigration, having richard at your side makes feel at ease, dont want to feel anxious for months thinking I filed something wrong, cause if you only get a letter wrong they might expand time of months if not years, thank you richard see you in april.

Three years ago, I received a DUI. I have never been in trouble with the law, and never thought I'd find myself needing a Criminal Defense Attorney. However, I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Bobzin as my attorney. Because I have a high profile career, I choose not to disclose my name. But what I can say about Mr. Bobzin is that he is an exceptional attorney and DEEPLY cares about his clients. He was informative, thoughtful, and genuine throughout the process of this horrible event in my life. At the beginning of the judicial process, Mr. Bobzin was able to remove jail time to minimal work furlough, and see that I was put on an informal probation - otherwise I would've received a 60 day jail sentence; which would've potentially cost me my career.
After the short work furlough time and 2 years of informal probation, I re-called Mr. Bobzin to help me terminate probation and expunge my record. The results were exceptionally successful! WE WON!
In fact, during my early termination hearing, the judge stated I had only been on probation for 2 years and a few months. Mr. Bobzin jumped in and said "Your honor, my client has been on informal probation for 2 years and 6 months". At that point she reviewed court documents and agreed. After that comment the judge granted early termination of probation. Had she believed/overlooked that probation time period, I would still be on informal probation.
Because of Mr. Bobzin's skill in the courtroom and attention to detail, I have been granted early termination of probation! Further, he is now requesting expungement of my record, which I have no doubt will be successful. Mr. Bobzin is a skilled, professional, and caring attorney. I cannot express how appreciative I am of his efforts to have helped me in my case.

Andrew, with RSC Law Group, was the 3rd attorney I worked with in the course of my messy and protracted divorce. Andrew was amazingly patient with me as he helped me navigate through that legal nightmare. He spent a lot of time explaining to my stress addled brain all my options and suggesting next steps. He was a tremendous advisor to me and I truly appreciated that he and his firm gave me the guidance that was best for my family and not what generated the most billable hours. Divorce is a very personal matter and I had very little knowledge about the legal process. I needed an attorney who understands what I wanted and be able to deliver. I wanted to keep my share of the assets. I wanted to have sole custody of my child. I wanted the divorce process to settle as quickly as possible. I was going through an 'amicable' divorce with my husband and we agreed on how to split our assets. Being a paralegal, I was able to complete and file most of my own paperwork with the court. However, I needed the assistance of an attorney to draft a marital settlement agreement that would be acceptable to the courts and be in accordance with the law. I was referred to Nate by an attorney friend of mine. Nate and I met and I laid out the facts of my agreement with my husband. Nate accepted to work with me on the settlement agreement aspect of my divorce without asking to take over my entire divorce matter. Nate quickly grasped the issues at hand, and drafted a marital settlement agreement accordingly. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of family law, including the laws governing retirement accounts and retirement funds which often become an issue in divorce matters. There were only minor changes to Nate's initial draft of the agreement and we were able to complete the process in a reasonable and timely manner. During the process, Nate was on vacation for some time, but despite being out of state, he would respond to my questions immediately and address any issues that came up during that time. Nate was also very mindful of keeping his legal fees within reason and he never wasted any time in meetings, phone calls or e-mails. I greatly value Nate's legal services, his professionalism, and his knowledge of the law and highly recommend Nate to anyone.

I had a really bad situation come up involving my child and the spouse of their maternal aunt’s. It was an absolute emergency situation for them. I raised issues with their mother to try to come up with a game plan to keep our child safe only to have her and her entire family treat me as though this was a fabrication. It was obvious at that moment I needed a lawyer and I started making calls…one call actually to Hiba.
She gave me some advice over the phone and I hired her the next day. She moved very quickly, filed ex parte emergency change of custody and within the week my child was safe in my home.
We did proceed with a RFO for a custody change due to the fact my child’s mother and their family continued to protect the perpetrator, and after that hearing my child was in my primary physical custody.
This all happened very very quickly and I would have been at a complete loss without Hiba. She saved my child from a very bad situation and protected me along the way. She answered every question I had (even the ones that didn’t need to be addressed and stemmed from anxiety over the situation) and was kind courteous and a complete champion for us.
I would 100% hire her again and I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Hiba!!

I called Ms Benny’s office for the first time on a Thursday morning. Tom, the man that answered the phone was thorough and professional, took my information, confirmed my case was something the office could handle, and gave me instructions to get documentation to the office for the attorney to review and call me back for the free consultation. Ms Benny called promptly when she said she would and had clearly familiarized herself with the details of my case to make the best use of the free consultation hour. During the consultation she helped explain to us how things worked in court, that we had not been aware of before, and offered solutions for my case that I wasn’t even aware were possible. We decided to hire her.
The hearing in my case was only six days away, but Me Benny and her staff got to work immediately. They were able to negotiate a settlement with opposing counsel that I believe best protected all parties involved. She and her staff are caring, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. While they are not the least expensive attorneys in the area, they are worth every penny. She made one of the worst times in my life vastly less stressful and helped me reach an outcome I didn’t think was even possible. I will recommend Ms Benny to anybody I know looking for a family lawyer.

I hired Hiba last year to represent me during my divorce and child custody battle.
To be honest, none of that was good, especially for a single dad in the state of California. That being said, Hiba did a great job at keeping me accountable and ensuring I did what I needed to do on my end, which would allow her to do what she needed to in order to best help me while encouraging me throughout this difficult process.
There was a lot of really good communication, And I know Hiba mitigated a lot of potential negatives from happening to me with just how aggressive and thorough her approach was.
I know I wasn’t the easiest client...there was a lot of pressure and stress that came along with the circumstances... but I think what separates Hiba from other attorneys, is the level of customer service, honesty and empathy that I saw from her while going through all of that.
Divorce can be a total pain, but Your attorney doesn’t have to be!

Ryan is a good attorney! He took over my husband's case from one of the worst hippie slob attorneys we've ever met. It took a while to settle the case, but those who understand workers' comp and the ever changing laws in California will understand it takes a good amount of time until the case can be settled. There's a lot of back-n-forth between quite a few entities involved, and a lot of the time, the defense drags it out. Ryan was easy to work with and talk with and kept us in the loop the entire way. He's also very knowledgeable regarding the ever changing California workers' comp laws, who the good doctors and specialist are, and other issues you will have to deal with throughout the journey. I've worked in the workers' comp field with quite a few attorneys, and I would hire Ryan again in a heartbeat.

I say this because despite the distance and time difference, I currently live here in the Philippines, we were able to communicate well. She manage to discuss the plans and educate me about the case thru zoom meetings and email. She gives you insight but she let’s you decide on everything. We hired Ms. Solario to support execution of our trust and to deal with disgruntled beneficiaries. Initially she suggested that we might not need an attorney. However, once we realized that some of the beneficiaries might challenge our execution of the trust, we felt it appropriate to hire an attorney. The trustees were in different states. But this was not an issue as she was more than willing to work via conferences calls, E-mail, and snail mail. She provided expert advice during initial establishment of the trust, providing guidance and interpretations of the trust document, helping us establish trust accounts, and ensuring that we complied with legal requirements. She provided sage advice during a real estate sale. Once we realized that the beneficiaries were going to contest provisions of the trust, she acted as the single point of contact so we didn’t have to field calls from them. When beneficiaries retained their own attorney, she didn’t back down at all. She convinced their attorney that he had no case and the beneficiaries and their attorney ultimately opted to not pursue the challenge further. We are very pleased with Ms. Solario’s legal support—we don’t know what we would have done without her.
