Esther represented me in the formation and signing of my pre-marital agreement. Throughout the process, she was extremely prompt, thoughtful, and professional. She followed up with me regularly when things were stalling with my fiancé's counsel. She explained the ins-and-outs of our agreement to me patiently and confirmed with me multiple times to make sure I understood what I was signing. She was timely in every response. Esther represented me on visitation Modification Hearing order. She took my case about two weeks before the hearing and worked with me to get the supplemental declaration that needed to be prepared and submitted before the hearing. With only two weeks to prepare she was amazingly over prepared, confident and aggressive and did a great job. She had things finished well before the deadline and made it, so I didn't have anything to worry about. I was really impressed. She was available immediately by phone and email she never hesitated to give 100%. Esther was good at listening to me and knowing what to say to get the judge to see what was really going on. she was genuinely concerned about what was in my child's best interest and was very fair. She explained step by step the paperwork and forms to make sure I was comfortable and confident in what I was saying and filling. Family court issues can be highly emotional and stressful, but I felt totally secure during my case. Esther produced the exact results that I required, skillfully and efficiently. I Called Jonathan for a "No License" citation. Jonathan got it dismissed. I called other law offcies/attorneys before contacting Mr.Fang and they where charging triple the price compared to Fang's fee. Affordable, Friendly, Proffessional overall great experience. Mr. Matisoff agreed to take over my divorce case a few months ago. He sees discrepancies and knows what actions need to be taken immediately. At my first consultation, I told him I was looking for an attorney with integrity that would assist with a fair settlement for me and my kids in a high conflict divorce. I did not want to have to worry about questioning what I was being told or be left out of the conversation. He told me to meet with my then attorney first to see if a resolution could be found with the current support issue and try to get back on the same page with that attorney. I did as Mr. Matisoff suggested and realized I got more clarity from a brief phone conversation with Mr. Matisoff than I had in a 2 hour face-to-face with my then attorney. My experience with Mr. Matisoff thus far has been unlike that with my former attorneys. I received my monthly invoice today and I am shocked that his billing is more than reasonable. Had I started with Mr. Matisoff, my divorce would have been final long ago, less money would have been wasted and some peace might have been preserved. I don't know that mediation would have ever been possible with my spouse, but I don't think things would have dragged on or gotten out of control. Highly recommended.

Ms. Berkowitz is an outstanding attorney. Although she practices family law, she helped me win at the Office of Adminiztrztive hearing on a teacher dismissal case against LAUSD. Although we won at the OAH, the district appealed the OAH' s decision and shortly my case will be heard at the Los Angrles Superior Court on Thursday on December 10th, 2015.
Ms. Berkowitz is level headed and her no nonsense approach towards me and my case was beneficial and appropriate. She is tough if she needs to be and works well with others.

I had purchased a home and found mold within the first week of moving into the residence. Michael was referred to me by a friend and he jumped on it right away. Michael came to my home for the consultation which was a pleasant surprise. I had a very complex case in San Diego , which required a lot of research, I received a letter from Dept. of Child Support saying I owed $80k, (from owing $0 Support ) I knew I had to get a lawyer right away to fight . I was paired up with Mr. Miller because of his patience and excellent research ability. With his help we were able to bring down a simple misunderstanding to a fraction of what they were demanding. Not only was I impressed but the judge also commended Mr Miller for the research he presented.

I was referred to attorney Allison by a good friend, gave him a call and he immediately scheduled an in person meeting for the following day -A SATURDAY. I know from experience most attorneys don't dare come into the office on a weekend to meet clients. :-)

Beverly is very professional, honest, fair, and will not waste your time or money. Beverly keeps you informed, and will honestly tell you, your options allowing you to make the best informed decision. Beverly plays no games, she is all business. Our case was highly litigated, and full of useless emails back and forth, pointless arguing, of course an extension of the recent divorce. Beverly would not respond to emails she was copied on, unless needed to protect our legal rights, or enforce an agreement. Beverly is very professional, and knows what she is doing, the attorney she was dealing with on the opposing side, was less professional, and honestly sort of comical, but Beverly stayed focused and prevailed at everything we asked for her assistance with in our case. Beverly was able to over-turn a full physical custody to 50/50, obtained orders to protect my rights as a parent, and get financial obligations calculated based on fair division. Beverly had to do all this with the opposing party not forthcoming.

I had the misfortune of running head on into a tractor in the dark at night who was as driving on the wrong side of a country roadway without proper lighting, creating a hazard. My head slammed into the windshield and I haven't felt the same since.
The tractor operator denied liability, said that other motorists went around him, the accident was my fault.
The idiot nearly killed me.
My lawyer Nate James and his awesome case manager, contacted their insurance carrier with a demand for $250,000 before we filed the lawsuit.
The insurance company offered me $750. I'm posting their offer so you can see it for yourself.
Nate and his team went to work and the job they did was phenomenal. They found me the medical care I needed. Because I was without health insurance for a long time, I never really treated, and suffered in silence.
To make it more complicated, I moved from Brentwood California up to Tacoma Washington. I started a family. I was working as a manager. To the outside world I looked fine, but I wasn't.
God bless Nate's legal team. They found me doctors to treat my brain and back injuries. They got the case ready for trial. They even animated the tractor/El Camino collision. They had faith in me and my injuries and my case and they put in thousands of dollars to make it viable
One month before trial the insurance company paid me $500,000.00
That's a whole lot better than $750.

It's never easy to write about or disclose personal information involving Family Law, but I honestly found a good lawyer that performed her work exceptionally, so I feel I should let people know. I screened a lot of attorney's and discussed my personal situation. It wasn't easy re-living the ordeal. I quickly realized that the law is complicated and a lot of lawyers can focus in on one particular area and neglect the others. Other lawyers can hit the panic button and lead you to think that the situation is dire. I was looking for sound advice about my situation according to my legal options. And I found it in Susanne. She really listened and explained the law well. I met with her several times, in her convenient downtown location. I remember I had emailed her a bunch of questions, she brought those with answers to our consultation. Her professionalism and understanding of the law was a huge sigh of relief. I felt better knowing my options and what can and can't be done according to the law. Navigating the courts, can be daunting but she knows exactly how to do it. Dorie Rogers helped me to be awarded full physical custody/shared legal- I have final say on legal matters- from my son’s abusive and narcissistic father. For 13+ years I have dealt with attorneys that just seem to want to spin drama and then hike the bill up over it. Ms. Rogers didn’t buy into the drama from dad’s side. She was strategic and used her knowledge about the psychological aspects of our case. She recommended an amazing reunification counselor that contributed to the health and safety of our son. (Father defaulted on the reunification). She has an efficient team with her Parallegal and Office Manager Daenna and team backing her. Because of the issues that the Covid situation has presented, all the legal work had to be conducted through home offices and distance. Her office was very good at keeping me updated and communicating with court and our reunification counselor. They were really together even in the middle of all this community chaos. I received a DUI. I was going home and the cop pulled me over for swerving into the other lane. Eran got the case dismissed before it went to trial on a motion to suppress the stop. First you WON'T find a better attorney than Stephen M. Rios! He is well respected in his field. He is thorough and will get the job done with complete and utter satisfaction. I went through such a very nasty 5 year divorce, that it wasn't even fun or funny. On the brink of many nervous breakdowns throughout this process, Steve was nothing but professional and supportive. Mr. Sheldon is a very professional attorney who under promised and over delivered. I am out of state and had a jurisdiction issue with a judge in CA. I was so confident the judge would rule against me and we would have to go to appeal that I hired Mr. Sheldon to make clean arguments to preserve the record for appeal. Well, he did a lot more than that! His arguments and research of the law was so convincing that a judge who never changes his mind had no other choice but to rule FOR me. Mr. Sheldon has saved me THOUSANDS in appeals fees. I will definitely hire him again in the future to handle child visitation, which CA does have jurisdiction over.
The other thing I really like about this attorney was how easy it was to get a hold of him. I've worked with some attorney's who won't give out their cell phone or won't immediately update you when something happens on your case. I never had that problem here. Mr. Sheldon was on top of things and always let me know what was going on, which was really important to me being several states away.

Paul was an outstanding listener and always had my best interests in mind. Not only have I used him before for my divorce but now 6 years later I needed his expertise again for another child custody battle because I moved out of county. Paul was a professional, thorough, and effective attorney. I had a multi-year, very complex divorce process. Almost everything that could have happened did, complete with contested child support payments, alimony, custody rights, division of assets settlement, mediation, depositions, and eventually hearings/litigation and a CA 730 evaluation. Throughout the stressful process, Paul and his colleagues carefully guided me through the relevant aspects of CA family law, what I needed to do and not do, and prepared me for success. Paul was particularly good at attention to detail and to ensure that all the required documents were prepared on time and in manner that the judge needed. Paul was also very cost conscious, helping me to minimize costs by gathering all the background material, evidence necessary and then formatting it for success.
Paul was also regularly reachable. Unlike other family law attorneys who either do not use (or know how) to use email and return calls on a timely manner, Paul quickly replied to me particularly during a few urgent issues that arose related with my ex actions.
Ultimately I had a good outcome on all matters related to my divorce. There were times we disagreed on approach and strategy, but ultimately he allowed me for my voice and desires to be heard in a way that would be effective in the court process. He also was a good human being and tried hard to reach out to opposing counsel to see is settlement was possible. I really felt he cared about me, my kids welfare, and getting to an end quickly and not just about getting fees from me. Speaking with my friends, I have found this rare.
