I live in Alabama. My daughter in law lives in Germany. My son was killed in motorcycle accident in Ventura. A woman claimed to be his wife with fraudulent divorce papers and a marriage license had taken everything. I had very little money and not much help from anyone. I was given Attorney Simpkins name. She told me she would do what she could. The case kept getting more and more difficult. Other attorneys told her she could not win. My friends who practice law said it could not be won. On May 23, we went before the judge. She won everything we asked. I cannot give enough praise for what she has done for me and my family. She would say " I just want to win this." She has been a God sent Angel.

I had a zany misdemeanor situation earlier in Mary's career. Her firm was not involved in the trial, but she diligently and attentively handled sentence mitigation - mid-stream - and the case was subsequently dismissed. Although you never want to need Mary Lu when you are at your lowest point in life due to wrongful termination she is the one you want on your side. I was terminated at a job and came to Ms. Lu to discuss my options. She showed great intellect in my options and gave advice how to proceed. She was amazing and really knew my legal rights through the whole process. She was able to navigate me through my tough situation using her legal expertise and human compassion. Alex is a phenomenal lawyer and helped me make it through one of the most agonizing periods of my life where I was facing ongoing and escalating harassment from a nightmare landlord and was being threatened constantly with unlawful entry and unlawful eviction. We highly recommend Alex. We interviewed 3 lawyers to help us with a landlord that was leasing us a house with multiple issues. We initially consulted with Alex when we were going through a difficult situation with a past landlord who was withholding funds from us and demanding additional payment for a situation completely due to landord negligence. Alex first consulted with us on the situation and clearly shared with us our rights as tenants. I highly recommend the Law office of Daniel Trippiedi & partner, Ron Millsap.
He helped me to get a permanent restraining order and to stop an attempted support modification. The deadbeat dad had not payed support in full and kept trying to get around it every couple of years for 12 years. Ron shut him down.
Ron was dedicated, persistent, informative & supportive. He argued points in court that other attorneys had not brought up in prior court appearances. He argued so the juge
heard my concerns with the restraining order and child support.
He was tough when that was needed on the other party but also showed compassion to bring the best results from my son and I.
It is rare these days to find a professional so dedicated to doing the absolute best job he can do for his clients.

Daniel is one of the best attorneys I have come across. After my bad experience with my first attorney being negligent & dragging my case along, meeting Daniel was a God sent. A friend referred me to Daniel, I left him a message on a Sunday, and much to my surprise he called me back shortly! We are currently in the process of a custody order. I am single mother which by the way im 32wks pregnant fighting for custody of 5yr old. The case is almost done but not quite yet. The car I purchased kept having problems that could not be repaired (continous break failure, air conditioner/heater did not work, windows got stuck). The dealer was able to make some repairs but I had to keep taking it back for the breaks. Jemal was very helpful and thorough all the way through until my case was resolved. I was very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and follow through. I always knew the progress of the case and never had a doubt that I had the right lawyer. John came highly recommended by another attorney I had hired for a different matter and boy, I sure am happy I hired him. You will be happy too if you hire John due to his calm demeanor, thoroughness and professionalism. John was able to keep us out of court and get the exact end result I had desired from the get-go. His relaxed approach and patience really paid off. The last stage of this process usually takes around 1.5-3 months (as other people indicate online the step took them) and LA court signed ours off in 3 weeks. I'm sure it has to do with the fact it was hand delivered while making sure everything is compiled perfectly, nothing is missing etc. He was also very considerate in terms of fees in light of my situation. Also, he is a genius when it's comes to prioritization and if there's no use of doing A before we know about B or C he won't spend any second for something that isn't necessary at that given moment. Highly recommended!

How do you, in words, describe someone who was simultaneously instrumental in changing and improving the quality of life for you and your child? There just aren't enough words! However, when I do try, I always seem to begin at hero.
When I needed someone to listen to my exhaustion resulting from a custody battle that was ongoing for over twelve years, not only did Juan listen with a genuine concern but he instantly connected to understanding both parties. One adult wasn't pitted against the other adult. One parent wasn't the good parent or bad parent. His response was the best interest of the child.
Juan took on years of pain, manipulation, chaos, slander and drama as if it were his own family. He sacrificed, worked tirelessly and stretched every minute and resource to achieve the best interest of our case. I am still in awe at the amount of sweat equity this one man put into his work.
Our case was a true victory. As a result of the outcome, my child who has a special need, has come out of remission and is thriving mentally, physically, socially and educationally. There are so many great things to say about Marty Weniz, this review cannot possibly do him justice, but here it goes:
A few years ago, at the age of 25, I had sustained a fall while walking along an un-lit deck. In the dark, unbeknownst to me, there was no railing and I fell 5 feet breaking my leg. Or so I was told. Months later, after much persistent pain it turned out that the doctor failed to diagnose that I had shattered my heel as well, and that the fracture was so severe, it required immediate surgery at the time of the injury. My hind foot suffered permanent damage, to which I still feel the effects today. Beaten down, but fueled with the desire to seek some justice, I had looked around for attorneys and no one wanted my malpractice case because it wasn’t “serious enough;” did I mention everyone drooled over my personal injury case? That is until I found Marty. He met with me immediately; he told me that he was taking BOTH cases!!!
He told me from the get go that this was going to be a process, and that I needed to be patient. Many discoveries, and often stressful depositions later, Marty always made sure I was super prepared for my depositions, and he kept me in the know, step by step. Then, almost like the universe came together to hand us good karma wrapped in a bow, in a matter of months, we got not one, but TWO very large settlements from the malpractice AND personal injury cases. Even Marty was flabbergasted that it happened so quickly and successfully!

When my family and I experienced a most unexpected and emotionally painful loss which we believed merited legal pursuit, we interviewed several plaintifs' attorneys before choosing to have Marty represent us. We were impressed not only by his knowledge, experience, and professionalism, but by his compassion. We also always felt that he was interested in our case for its relevance to challenges faced in the health care industry as well as its meaning to us personally. Our case took a long time to resolve. Re-experiencing the initial event over and over through the legal process was very hard, but Marty was right beside us to prepare us for each step, and support us through unpleasant things like the discovery process, and arbitration meetings. He always seemed to find time to just hear me "vent" or respond to what might have seemed "dumb" questions to someone with more experience. He understood that for us, our case was much more a matter of principle than monetary gain and represented us accordingly. I been paying child support for my 3 kids. When my company moved out of state, I didn't know where to start since my case was filed in Riverside County. One of my sons had turned 18 and it was time for me to start looking for them to stop garnishing my wages. I came across Diana Renteria's #. I called her and it was the best thing I ever done. She was a big help and very easy. At one point before calling her, I was getting worried I thought I had to fly out there to file the right paper work for my case. My second child turned 18 and called her again and got that working for me ASAP. My 3rd child is turning 18 in a month and getting ready to call her again. I would recommend anyone considering an attorney to look no further than Scott Wu. He has helped my husband and I prevent costly mistakes by always reviewing contracts first before we sign them. Bonus, he's pretty funny and definitely witty.
