The anxiety of going through a DWI process is almost unbearable and embarrassing. Jason Reece was referred to me from another reputable attorney and I am grateful that he became my counsel. The process was exceptional from start to finish and he got right to work after my initial phone consultation. Between him and his office I was regularly informed, and they were quick in response to all emails and phone calls. Although it is important to be prepared for worst case scenario and the high probability of conviction rate in these cases, he thoroughly reviewed my file and developed a defense. At trial he found many inconsistencies with the state's case and filed multiple motions. He was patient then went after the state like a "rabid dog" is what I called him. The case was ultimately dismissed, and I could not be more pleased. Jason knows his craft and is one of the most intelligent individuals I have ever met. I would recommend him to anyone. I hired Danielle just over five years ago. When I met with Danielle, I just knew she was the absolute best fit for me. There is a very simple reason why Danielle is so well-liked: she is a talented and outstanding attorney who works for her clients as if they were her personal friend or family member. I had the good fortune to find her in my search for new representation after a serious child custody crisis. I had to resolve financial things, but those were a piece of cake in comparison to the issues with my daughter. I still remember the first time I met Danielle because her knowledge, professionalism, honesty and genuine demeanor was strikingly different from the attorney I had worked with and the experiences I had had. Almost 2 years ago today I made the very difficult decision to end my 2 decades of marriage after my "I do" became an "I don't". I am a resident of another state and Theresa Viera represented me in a case in North Carolina. I was unfamiliar with various antiquated laws in N.C. I am so grateful for Matt Arnold and his team. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever be going through a divorce. After almost 22 years of marriage that is exactly what I was doing and I was a complete mess. At the consultation Matt was straight forward and painted an accurate picture of what to expect.
From the hiring of Matt to our final day in court was a 5 1/2 year process. Throughout the entire process Matt and Joanna, his paralegal, were amazing. Never...ever did I feel unimportant. Whenever they were working with me I felt like their only client. 2018 I consulted 2 attorneys before contacting Mr Arnold. I was told twice that I screwed myself being Pro Sa and that I’m lucky my ex bf- no blood relation to my son, didn’t get more visitation rights than what was awarded. I wasn’t accepting that. My case, as most, was complexed and messy. Will was simply amazing. Every turn of event and every time I had any issue he was on top of it and always responded to my every question, issue, etc. even when I know he was not in the office! He was very patient with me and respectful in all aspects. He always prepared me for what I feel was 100% accurate. Many attorney's I have found will tell you what you would "like to hear," however this was never once the case with Will. I am very happy to have chosen Will.
