I approached the Law Office of Kelli Allen in about February of this year ( 2023) to help me submit my Green Card Application. I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. Prices at this office are reasonable to. And nice, and accomodating people! I would go out of my way to recommend this law office and Berna to handle anybody's immigration matters. What a great job they did and I am one happy camper!

I hired Elspeth Crawford in March of 2015 for a hit and run and a DUI. I consulted with Elspeth the following Monday of my arrest. I hired her for a fair price. She and her partner immediately got my drivers license back from the court house. She told me exactly how she wanted to handle the case, including which witnesses to bring in. On the 4th court continuance, all of my charges were dropped.

My wife and I were named in a lawsuit due to a breach of contract. Our roofing contractor didn't pay his roofing materials supplier, so we were being sued by the supplier also. I hired Elspeth to handle this legal matter. She was very courteous and professional and assured me that this lien on our house and lawsuit would be taken care of.
I gave her copies of the insurance checks cashed by the contractor and also checks cashed by him for our portion of the contract such as insurance deductible. With in a few weeks, Elspeth had this matter cleared up and the opposing attorney removed the lien from our house.
I would definitely use Elspeth Crawford again if needed!

I have know Craig Morgan since he was a sophomore in High School. His character and hard work is second to none. A lawyers' traits are usually wisdom, knowledge, and "out of the box" thinking. Chelsea Gajewski is an absolutely stellar attorney. Beyond being in a position where I needed her services to handle custody, it was a wonderful experience working with her. She consistently did a wonderful job informing and guiding my decision making. I can imagine it can be difficult to tell clients when something is unrealistic or unlikely, but I was most grateful for the hard advice. It gave me confidence in knowing that I was being advised on my best interests, as opposed to just being told what I want to hear. As emotionally taxing as the process can be, I was appreciative of the kind words of encouragement she offered. There are truly not enough words to describe how great Kate Kovats was in my time of need. I'm so grateful I found and retained her! Somehow she made sensibility and resolve blossom from a painful situation and devastating circumstances. Kate did an amazing job educating, and counseling me every step along the way. Brett helped me through an extremely difficult divorce case. He was faced with a client who stole items from the court records, filed late continuances, and delayed the proceedings all for the sake of vexation. I couldn't be happier with the result Bree from Arnold & Smith obtained in my family law case. Before retaining the firm, I was with another attorney who closed up shop with virtually no notice. From the moment I stepped foot into Arnold & Smith's offices, I was treated with respect and told what our likely outcome was and what the best strategy would be. Bree not only handled a lot of the behind the scenes grind on my custody case, but also took the lead on another important issue for me. She was always very responsive to my emails, called me even after-hours to discuss my case, was on-time to court, and her court room presence was awesome. She made my case look almost too easy, even though I know it was a complicated issue. I walked out of court with what I needed, and it was a great experience.
She was also instrumental in resolving my custody issue, handled really tough negotiations, and brought the case to a great conclusion along with her colleague Matt Arnold. She may not tell you what you want to hear, but she will tell you the truth, and that is very important in these types of cases. She is clearly experienced, and that experience equaled a more precise attorney, which in turn reduced costs. I know this is something on everyone's mind that has to get an attorney.
I have no doubt that anyone that works with Bree will know immediately they got the right person for the job. All you have to do is *follow her instructions*, give her the facts, and do your part, and I believe Bree will get the best possible results for your situation.

Alan is a sophisticated professional. Wow, did I say wow?!!!! He will tell you up front EXACTLY what will happen with your case. Also known as the truth, which (by the way you probably already know.) My advise is to just let him do his job -that he is more than capable of doing. Don't ask too many questions or get yourself worked up. Alan will tell you in advance almost the exact outcome of your case to a t. In the end you can feel good about him as a human being because he won't resort to less than favorable behaviour. We had a very difficult adoption situation that required some one who was extremely knowledgeable in adoption law and had years of experience with adoption cases. I met with Brittany to get a divorce when I wasn't sure what I was going to do because I have several children and didn't want them to get seperated from me. I didn't know how much she was going to cost me because I have heard a lot of attorneys charge a lot of money and she never pressured me to pay anything and told me just to take some time to think about everything that she told me and if it was what I really wanted to do. She was very honest and was very thoughtful and nice and I felt like she really listened to me and wanted to help me even when she said there were some things that she couldn't do or that weren't allowed by the judges. I decided not to seperate right now because of my kids but if I do in the future she is definetely the attorney that I will use. I really liked talking to her and it was very rellieving.

When I contacted Passenant & Shearin Law I was trying to do division of martial property process on my own due to financial issues after a very difficult divorce. It is very difficult to do on your own. I felt awkward about everything I was going through and not realizing how hard it was to do on my own. I contacted the office through email and they immediately respond back to me within 12 hours and started working on the case right away. The ladies did not judge make me feel uncomfortable about my situation and they was very honest about the whole case from beginning to end. They did not make me feel like I was just a client they made me feel like I was part of the team being available anytime of the day or night. They work so well to together as a team and communicated with each other to the point if I contacted the office all the staff could assist me with any question. Andrew is an extremely effective attorney. I started out with a different attorney for my difficult child custody case. I did not feel that my prior attorney had my best interest in mind and was doing only the bare minimum in preparing my case. I decided to seek other representation.
I hired Andrew very late in the process, with my TPA hearing only 2 weeks away. Andrew was able to put together a very solid and sensible case based on the facts, far superior to what was done previously for me.
Right away, I noticed a dramatic difference in the way Andrew was handling and preparing my case, compared to my previous attorney. I was extremely impressed with how quickly Andrew got up to speed and reviewed/prepared all of the evidence in such a short amount of time. He is organized and stays on top of everything. In addition, he made himself very available to me, whether it was just questions I had, or any concerns or updates that I needed to know. He continued to work diligently throughout the entire weekend prior to my hearing.
Andrew has a unique ability to look at the facts, makes sense of your case, and then present them in a very intelligent and articulate way. Andrew is the entire reason I now have joint custody of my 4-month-old son and that he is being returned to his home state.
I am immensely grateful to Andrew for his hard work in fighting for my rights as a father. I absolutely recommend Andrew as an attorney. My only regret is that I did not find Andrew initially. Child custody cases are very expensive so it is critical that you hire an attorney that will work hard and fight for your parental rights. Andrew Rheingrover is that man.

Andrew has been a huge blessing and supporter in my case! I spoke to him in a consultation a couple of months prior to my separation and he took his time and listened and took notes of everything that I said to him. After speaking with him, I knew immediately that he was who I wanted to represent me if I needed him ( I had spoken to 3 other attorneys prior to meeting Andrew). Shortly after my separation, I had papers served to me from my ex to try and get full custody of our daughter. I was devastated, hurt and in disbelief that my ex would ever do something like this.
