Working with Linda was incredible. I was at such a vulnerable place in my separation, and Linda made this so much easier. Obviously, no one wants to get divorced, and I was particularly shocked and emotional throughout the process. The most remarkable quality Linda had was just making me feel validated. She listened to me, was comforting to me, gave realistic solutions, and treated me with such kindness and empathy. She would take the time to ask about my daughter, my friends, my job, just because she cared and genuinely wanted the best for me. I’ll never forget how touched that made me feel, and is something I would never expect of an attorney. But she was more than a lawyer to me - instead a guiding force. I appreciate how she treated me like a person first - a friend, even, and how that made me feel more level headed to take on the divorce process with gusto.
Additionally, Linda was professional and fantastic at her job. She kept cost considerations in mind the entire time which was extra nice. Linda was always professional, had knowledge of the legal system that opposing counsel didn’t even seem to have, and always spoke honestly with me. She found solutions, got creative with me, and had my back through many frustrating situations in the divorce process.
I would absolutely recommend Linda to anyone getting divorced. For me, it helped that she wasn’t dissimilar to me - friendly, young, a motivator for other women, and at times even funny. :) She made the legal system accessible for me: someone who had never thought she would be in this situation.

Linda was wonderful to work with, very professional, and informative. Her work ethic proved to be a great help in my case. She was always fast to reply, and never left anything hanging. Kevin D Murphy was my lawyer for my divorce which was very very complicated and multifaceted more so than your average divorce. He is very professional and is able to break down complicated legal jargon into a single comprehensible format. Mr. Murphy always showed up on time and professionally dressed. He always kept me updated me as soon as he got new information in the divorce. A divorce is a very long and stressful ordeal. Mr. Murphy took the stress out of the entire situation and had my back at every point in the divorce. I was able to call and or email him 24-7 365 with any questions comments or concerns always promptly replied to the phone call or email with all the information I needed and then some. Mr. Murphy was an advocate for me and my children and facilitated the best possible outcome of the divorce. Mr. Murphy sent me a well documented monthly invoice with all of the fees associated which always checked out. He was worth every penny, and also is a pleasure to be around he's very charismatic and very experienced. To list a few of the items that Mr Murphy did are as follows.
1. He sat down with me and took the time to establish my sworn financial statement that a corporate accountant could go through with a fine-tooth comb.
2. He set up a private investigator.
3. He helped triangulate between child support payments and the payment registry as well as triangulate with the child support enforcement office technician.
4. He recommended and gave excellent tax advice for the fiscal year of which we got divorced which was very complicated.
5. He triangulated with CPS caseworker and local sheriff's involved.
6. Here ran background checks on Associated individuals involved.
7. He was able to pull from all of the information I had given him and extract what he needed to write very professional legal documents.
These are just some of the skills that mr. Murph has. His attention to detail is amazing he caught things that I totally missed. If you are going through a divorce I would personally and only recommend Kevin D Murphy he is a multi-tasker extraordinaire and truly a subject matter expert at what he does. He has improved me and my children's quality of life significantly and alleviated the stress out of the whole entire situation.

I had the opportunity of working with Attorney Kevin Murphy for my parental allocation (custody) issues with my son's father. Mind you...I spoke with more then 8 other firms who all insisted that my specific case required a $10,000 retainer and would take at least a year in court because we live in 2 separate states. As a single mother, this was so discouraging. I worked with Kevin, and he was quick, responsive, and didn't waste any of my time or his time with filing, paperwork, advice, court dates, etc. His billing and invoicing was clear and concise and there were never any surprises. Very laid back, but professional. Never came across as a "pushy salesman" lawyer, and helped with everything I asked.

Kevin was an awesome attorney. He took my case when I was at the end of my rope, I couldn't figure out where to turn, what to do, and had a court date pending. Mr. Murphy exceeded every expectation I had of him, and of any lawyer. He always had time to talk to me, he was quick with response, and even after it was all over he went above and beyond with the final issues I had. I can't recommend him enough, I feel like he was able to handle all attorneys involved in the case and didn't take any of their posturing. After months of being told what to do, how to do it, when I can see my kids and when I can't all at the whim of my ex and her lawyer, someone stood up and fought for me, and kept fighting for me. After an painstakingly difficult custody battle with my ex, Rene’ was able to get me 50/50 parenting time of my son. Without the guidance and patience that Rene’ exemplified I wouldn’t have been able to mentally handle this hardship. She stuck by my side and helped me deal with the emotional stress that comes along with a case as mine. The 2nd time in court my ex brought on false allegations and the judge was able to see right through it due to the amount of evidence and preparation that Rene’ provided. Ted and Robin were VERY well organized as well as prompt with responding to my concerns! Honesty. Integrity. Transparency! Three very important qualities that make a very difficult situation bearable.
From the moment I retained Ted, I felt very comfortable knowing he was NOT in this for the money, but to help me fight a battle that meant the world to me! I had attempted to fight this battle alone up until about 40 days before the trial date. Feeling overpowered, I called Ted's office and met with him a day later.
After consulting with Ted, I walked out of his office with a huge amount of weight lifted off my shoulders. With not very much time to prepare, Ted and Robin immediately started working on my case. Ted never once steered me in the wrong direction and always pointed out the logistics of the case. If I didn't like what the opposing party had to say, Robin would listen very carefully to my thoughts and concerns and she and Ted would have a "plan of action" within minutes.
Although we settled outside of court 5 minutes before the trial started, Ted had his well documented notes and was ready to stand by me in court and fight for what my daughter and I deserved!
Ted went back to his office and worked on organizing all of the documentation of what had been settled on in court. We went back and forth for several days until everyone was happy with the agreement. Robin very patiently listened to my concerns and made several "tweaks" until both parties were completely happy.

Ted Finn had a no-bull approach that I found efficient and refreshing. At the same time, he consistently showed perceptive intuition as to the nuances of the case and the opposing party's tactics. He was about the business of my case as opposed to running up my bill. He was inclined to take the high road, very upfront regarding cost, and he communicated throughout regarding cost analysis of pursuing various approaches or battles. When it did come time to stand ground as opposed to negotiate, he was well prepared and persuasive. In my opinion Family Law is a good fit for Ted and I'd certainly prefer to have him on my team than face him as my opposition counsel.

I hired Dick to take over a very complicated case nearly 20 years ago. My hearing date was actually on September 11, 2001 And was rescheduled when the court closed after the planes hit the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
I had a very complex & emotional case. I was young & naive & married a man I thought I knew but didn’t. He was a fantastic liar & could charm anyone by telling them exactly what they wanted to hear. He was able to convince his lawyer & mine that I was the one lying when it was him.
I had been severely injured in a car accident not long after I met him. I got a substantial settlement for my injuries & the future medical expenses, the life ahead of me of severe chronic pain and inability to earn the income I would have without the pain.
The man I married changed into someone else the moment we returned from our honeymoon.
I was foolish & naive & put all of that money in a joint account (legally making it equally his even though the accident & settlement both occurred before we got married.). My ex spent it all.
I trusted and believed he worked very long hours and traveled as needed with his job. I was focused on a series of major medical procedures like reconstruction of my jaw and face (5 surgeries and still need a titanium total joint replacement for my jaw). Having to leave my job & find another one before my short term disability ran out while getting my surgeries. I decided to finish my MBA in one semester before going back to work so was very distracted with the pain, procedures, moving and getting my MBA.
When that money was gone he turned to credit cards I was unaware of & ran up $50k in debt that I was legally half responsible for. ( Full of charges to places I had never been & things from Victoria’s Secret that I never saw.)
I was not around much & when I was I was either doing homework or resting from the constant chronic pain & series of surgeries and recovery.
He went from the perfect charming man for me telling me everything I wanted to hear & believe about him to a completely different man the day we got home from our honeymoon.
He became increasingly violent and dangerous until the day I left.
The day I left he started loading a 9mm gun while screaming at me that he would NEVER let me leave! He demanded instructions to get the money from my life insurance policy from my employer. He had a perfect plan to put my body in a wood chipper after I was dead to destroy my body & all evidence. We were needing to landscape at the new house & it was perfect to just mix my body in with the mulch. He would tell everyone I abandoned him & left everything with him.
I managed to get the loaded gun from him & ran out the door with my purse, keys, gun, the clothes on my back and — MY LIFE!

I recently went through a divorce and Mr. Rotole was recommended to me but a co-worker. Mr. Rotole was extremely knowledgeable and was not afraid to take on my strange situation as I was a resident of Colorado and my ex husband lived out of state (I am active duty military and my ex-husband was former military). Mr. Rotole and his staff were constantly keeping me informed on communications they had with my now ex-husband. Even though my ex-husband choose not to participate in the divorce Mr. Rotole and his staff made sure he was always aware of what was going on and important court dates. Miranda was amazing! I knew I had an uphill battle going into our case since I wasn’t the primary care taker and my ex wife wanted to relocate with our son. I knew that I also had a lot going for me since I have always been there and have provided for my son since his birth as well. Miranda took my case on short notice and short preparation, but got up to speed quicker than I anticipated. In January of 2010, I was involved in a sporting accident that put me in the hospital for 20 days, then in rehab for another 10 days. Upon release, I applied and received Social Security Disability. However, my medical bills were enormous. Working with Law Offices of Said Sharbini, has been pleasant from start to finish. I live in Florida had a couple of warrants that needed to be taken care of and Contacted a few lawyers there; a couple were a bit cheaper. Called Mr. Sharbini and we had a nice conversation. I was concerned he was a little bit more expensive than the others, but like he said, "You pay for what you get". I took the chance; I'm glad I did he got Amanda Borsman on my case she was able to get one settled the next day and took about two months to get the second one handled. During that time, her or the office, never left me waiting responded quickly and explained the law where I understood she was patient and listened to my concerns. I was in a very tough situation. Going into sentencing and my lawyer had just resigned. After reading Ms. Shipley's reviews I decided to give her a call. What an amazing and compassionate lawyer! From the start she was straight forward and honest with me about what was going on while being compassionate and empathetic to my situation. When it came time for my sentencing she did an amazing job with her plea of probation instead of jail time. Though a little pricey for my limited budget it was worth every penny to have Ms. Shipley representing me. When getting a divorce the outcome is probably 90% is decided before you hire a lawyer. I contacted 2 other lawyers prior to finding Mrs. Howell and the only conversation was only price and retainer. My first meeting with Mrs. Howell was questions about the issues some history and a guesstimate of the outcome and then the price and retainer. Mrs. Howell makes herself highly visible throughout the process. Her pace is extremely fast to help keeping the billable hours as low as possible. She stepped up to do process my wife layer would normally do to reduce the cost the overall lawyer cost. Another major item is her negotiating skills to help change the outcome. Nobody wants this but what it could have been verses the final decision I am pleased with. She is Awesome at what she does.
