Was on time, straight forward and to the point. He was really specific and very helpful, and I could clearly understand everything. I now know the process and how to go about my situation, know exactly what to do or how it's going to work. It does not seem as expensive or hard as I thought it would be. Overall a very great first experience and wouldn't mind working with in the future. It was also a lot more professional than I thought it would be being over video chat via zoom. A nice, convenient thing now days and definitely saves the trip! I am over all satisfied with the whole presentation.

I have been a paralegal for over 20 years and have never needed counsel. After being in the profession for so long, I tend to be cynical about attorneys and their quality. Mr. McCalla completely restored my faith in the profession. He was attentive, answered all of my questions, gave me no B.S. and told me how it was. He responded to all of my messages and got me a deal I could get on my own (and I tried). I have taken several of his cards and plan on giving them to whomever needs legal assistance. I had a very difficult case. My case was moved from Colorado Springs to Denver and my Colorado Springs attorney recommended Benson & Case. I think that was the best thing that happened to me through out this entire lawsuit. Larry knows his law extremely well and he really cares about you and your case. I am not much on recommending someone unless they excel in my book. I highly recommend Larry and his company.

I would highly recommend Larry and Benson & Case to anyone! First, the staff is great! They are always friendly, caring and anxious to help me in anyway. Larry really made a hard, challenging time in my life just a little bit easier. He took the time to explain the whole process of my divorce, and answered any of my questions that came up along the way. Larry really cares about my situation and worked hard for me to get the results I was comfortable with and did it in record time (considering my situation). He was always ready to discuss my case with me, no matter what when I called, and if by some anomaly I missed his call or he missed mine, he made sure to get a hold of me within hours. Larry is very conscious of my bill and was able to get me to a good end while still keeping my budget in mind. Larry is worth every penny!

Peter Fabish and his partner, John Hoelle, helped me through a tough time during my divorce, and also through a personal injury settlement. Peter listened deeply to my concerns during both legal matters and helped me get through them in the best way. My wife and I know Peter from some appellate work he did for us. I wish I would have met Peter a few years sooner. I have hired many attorneys in the past, and Peter has the highest level of integrity of any attorney I have ever hired. Peter also understands the human side of practicing law. For example, Peter was able to communicate with me that my legal case was mess without making me feel like a mess. Most attorneys do not have this skill. During our initial and free consultation, she was immediately engaged and interested, as I explained what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or as if her time was more important than mine. I was impressed with her knowledge of contract law and she worked quickly to get me the documents for review. I had the fortunate experience of utilizing Dan McGuinness's vast knowledge of Divorce law and procedure. I had a one hour consultation with Mr. McGuinness regarding an emergency motion filed against me by my ex-wife asking to restrict my parenting time. Dan helped me understand the correct procedure to respond and advised me on my rights, plus the best way to present my explanation in my response. Dan's expertise really helped me to prepare the exhibits that helped to validate my side of the case. Dan directed me by showing me the specific statutes in the law to support my response which were key in my case. Mr McGuiness advised me on potential hurdles I could face in my hearing like objections to my testimony and how to have them denied. Also Dan coached me on how to object to the other parties testimony and exhibits and have them sustained, which were successful in my case. These elements helped me immensely. With Dan McGuinness's consultation I was able to represent my self and prove beyond a doubt that the petitioners accusations were not true and the case was dismiss. My kids were back at my home in 3 hours.

I can't compare Jasmina with any other attorney as I have only worked with her, but I can definitely express my satisfaction of my experience. I hired Jasmina before my divorce started, and she stayed with me until after it was final. Divorce is overwhelming, scary, intimidating and frustrating- and she was with me for every step along the way. She was able to break things down and explain them to me in a way that I could understand wether it be legal documents, the expected time line of steps needed to be taken or what our plan was. I asked endless questions repeatedly, and Jasmina answered them all positively and honestly. Her response time to emails, phone calls and texts was very fast, and she always gave me notice of when she would be unavaiable. When she was unavailable, I had contact information incase something came up and she never disappeared or left me hanging. My finances became a very real burden for me, and despite her costs already being very fair and straight foreward, she was understanding and willing to work with me. From a legal standpoint, Jasmina knew what she was talking about, was aggressive when needed and never let me down as the final outcome was exactly what we wanted. Perhaps what meant the most to me was that she got to know me well enough to know when I reached my emotional limits. There were times when she called me to make sure I was ok when I was having a really hard time, and talked to me until I felt better and gave me encouragement. Overall I could not be happier with my experience working with Jasmina. In a way when you go through a divorce you put your whole world into someone else's hands... no other hands are safer than Jasminas. I would gladly recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney they can count on and trust.

Intelligent, informed, diligent and just amazing. I never thought I'd find someone who was going to go this far. Listened to and herd every word. Used my own words to present my case to the courts as well as it all sounded in my head. I truly couldn't have hoped for a better representation. I thought I wasn't able to ever get my license after an accident in 2006, I owed the insurance company of the other driver over 30 thousand dollars. After going through another lawyer and a lower debt with interest I still could not manage, after a year I gave up and stop all payments in 2009. In 2015 I got pulled over with no license among other issues, I knew I had to face the court and I knew I had to get a license for all the charges to be dropped. In order for me to get a license I had to settle with the insurance company and pay them so my outstanding judgment warrant would clear thus giving me the opportunity to get my license. In order for me to do that I needed a lawyer due to the fact that the insurance company I owed had enough with me and were not willing to cooperate.
I found Mr. Cuddihee online and I thought I would give him a shot and set up a consultation, I must say it was an absolute pleasure meeting him and doing business with him, I most definitely recommend him. He was able to get me a lump sum of just 4 thousand dollars with no interest, he was always very informative making sure I knew every step he was going to make. It's very difficult to find a person of law that can manage all that you ask for and more. I can't describe the joy I feel being able to finally drive legally after all these years. Frances Cuddihee was assigned to my case through a firm I have retained for ongoing problems resulting from a horrible post divorce situation. I have been very impressed with him so far (we are still working together). He is knowledgeable and calm and highly intelligent.
I also find Frances to be easy to talk to (very important), patient and compassionate. He makes you feel like he cares and I believe he does; in fact that mindset seems to be pervasive within the firm. I must have consulted with at least 8 attorneys, most of whom were curt, matter of fact, discourteous and some even downright mean. I didn't feel good about any one until I found this firm and now Frances.

I first contacted Thomas Ridgely in 2018 as I was going through a very uncomfortable divorce. My ex-wife's family had a lot of money and power behind and it was just me I felt defeated already. I had an extremely high conflict divorce. During the nearly year long nightmare, Barre went above and beyond in handling my case. While my ex was largely able to isolate my young children from me for the entire divorce, in the end my young children got a better parenting plan than was recommended by the PRE and it will ramp up to 50/50. I only wish my ex had hired a competent lawyer, as her lawyer made things far worse than just the malicious behavior of my ex did.

I have a very high-conflict post-divorce situation involving my vulnerable children. My family and I call Barre, "our Super hero." I have worked with several different attorneys over the last 10 years dealing with parenting and post-divorce issues. Barre has been the best by far. He is level-headed, strategic, informative and a good communicator. He will tell you like it is in his experience, give you options, solid advice and is aggressive when necessary. At 1st glance, my case was simple. Mom VS dad fighting over custody of our son.
But when you started to look deeper, you would find that this was anything but a simple case.
Key points, I am a naturalized American citizen born and raised in South Korea, my ex and I met and were married and divorced in Korea while he was stationed there with the US Army. When the divorce was finalized (without a parenting plan due to some conflicts between Korean and American law) , our son was living in Colorado with his paternal grandparents against my wishes. Shortly after the divorce I moved from Korea to WA state and my ex was relocated by the Army to Kansas State.
Once I established residency in WA I filed by proxy with Megan Kahn for custody of my son after my ex and his family continued to deny me all contact with my son.
As soon as the case was opened the grandparent's hired a lawyer and joined the case as intervenors. This brought the case up to 3 parties involved.
So to sum up; Divorced with no parenting plan, 2 countries, 3 states, 3 parties and the US Army
With all those factors; I couldn't have hoped for better legal counsel than Megan Kahn.
She was very compassionate, informative, patient (I have a thick accent and it can be difficult to communicate over the phone) and never failed to make me feel like I was family and that she truly cared.
Our day in court couldn't have gone better, thanks to Mrs. Kahn's guidance, a situation that could have been terrifying was still scary but I felt better emotionally prepared for it than I thought possible. And her performance was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for
To sum up, anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position to need legal counsel, will never regret hiring Megan.

A more diligent and trustworthy lawyer, I could not have asked for. I have just completed a highly contested case that the opposing council kept trying to delay. After false promises from opposing council of mediation and settlement negotiations, Megan wisely advised me that we’d need to proceed to trial. With the health of my son, and the future of my parenting involvement with him at stake, Megan focused my energy on obtaining positive results from our trial. She expertly advised me on tasks that kept me on schedule and strengthened our position. Aware of the benefits and risks, we headed to trial.
Her calm courtroom demeanour is quickly apparent. She was intimately familiar with the case and never asked a question without knowing the reply, or the result of the question. She expertly crafted her line of questioning to present evidence to the judge without risk of objection. Our position was tightly woven leaving the opposing council no room to attack and leaving the judge a clear picture of our stance on major topics. Her reasoning and tact was focused and determined.
On redirect, Megan quickly exposed the holes in opposing council’s arguments and rendered many of their points untenable. Her line of questioning was clever and effective in eliciting the needed responses from the other party without provoking hostility. It was very effective in exposing the other party’s faulty reasoning to the judge.
I could not give Megan Kahn a higher recommendation. She has helped set up a foundation with my parenting schedule that will endure the test of time, avoiding future court cases. She was instrumental in the overall success of the case.
