I engaged Attorney Pigott recently to help me develop a number of complex, interrelated agreements. He spent a great deal of time understanding the situation under which we were trying to operate. I was amazed at how quickly and thoroughly he grasped what we were trying to accomplish. He then proceeded to draft accurate and coordinating agreements that were right on target. From the day I first started speaking with Dave I felt that he was a true professional but also a down to earth and "normal" guy. With very little to no prior experience with the legal system I was both nervous and confused. I felt that the legal system and other lawyers spoke in their own language or focused on the process, not me and my concerns or needs. This again offered me no comfort nor sense of control of my future! Dave was the professional that offered me the credentials to prove he was qualified, but more importantly I could relate to as a person. Dave always answers my calls, text and emails. Dave is there to clarify and explain things but talks with me, not to me, in practical and realistic language. It is Dave's style of communication and composure that creates a professional working relationship that feels like you have a "lawyer friend" on staff, not an Attorney you have hired. Dave has not always given me the answer I wanted to hear but he has told me the truth and prepared me for decisions I have had to make or accept. I hired Lauren to coach me for a hearing regarding a very contentious ordeal involving a parenting plan modification and other issues. Lauren's services are fairly priced and the information and advice she gave me was honest and accurate. She is also very personable and easy to talk to. I was able to go into the hearing and hold my own. The outcome was in line with what she told me to expect, and I believe that had I not had prior coaching it would have gone terribly wrong as family law and procedures in court are complicated. I would definitely hire Lauren again.

I had been battling for my child support since 2005. Once I hired Ms. Fennick my child support payments started 6 months later. She had to fight with Child Support Enforcement and Social Security. She was so thorough she even found out that CSE made several mistakes with my Order. Not only did she fix the mistakes she updated my Order. If not for Ms. Fennick I would not be receiving my child support due to the mistakes she uncovered and fixed.Thank you.

I used Kim years ago during my child custody case regarding my then 5 year old son. A previous lawyer made a mess of my situation and I was on the verge of turning over custody to my son's father. Thankfully a good friend of mine recommended Kim . Kim is an angel. She helped me muster the strength and courage to fight! After making several calls to interview an attorney, Michael was the only one that personally returned the call - within an hour. He was compassionate, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. It is my experience that there are very few attorneys that understand, or care to know, how to deal with the dynamics of a high conflict divorce with a psychologically impaired party. With one of those attorneys already hired, and exorbitant fees with little to show, I went to Marcy for a second opinion. She was professional, compassionate and well-educated on the judges, mediators and arbitrators that you might have assigned to you. She was quickly responsive to my calls and did not use assistants to screen for her. She graciously offers a free consultation and her guidance provided me direction and some stress relief which is invaluable during times like this.

After going through an insurance settlement case and the stress of that, I then had the treat of going through a divorce soon afterwards. Oh, I also lost my car, businesses and house right around that time too. I was referred to Marcy by a friend who said she was known to be a "bulldog" in the courtroom. After meeting with her to assess if we were a good match or not, I had a very good feeling about her. My X husband and his attorney went to the extra lengths of deposing me for a divorce amongst other ridiculous steps to come to an agreement. Marcy was always more than prepared for every step of the way. The culminating moment of my divorce court date was entertaining as she made my husbands team look like the Three Stooges. She knows divorce law where my X's attorney had just changed over from ambulance chasing to suddenly "help women" in divorce as his website says. By the way, I would strongly advise not using Robert Biondino as instead of preparing for his client, instead, he yelled and screamed in the courtroom. It was like he thought he was in a wrestling match instead of a court of law.
Regardless, Marcy was professional, compassionate, fair in her pricing and yes, a "Bulldog" in the courtroom. Because of these attributes, this traumatic experience is behind me while my X is still paying up! I strongly recommend Marcy and her team!

Jennie was an extremely helpful attorney. I was in a very high conflict child custody case and Jennie did a great job at keeping me calm and helping me focus on the real matter at hand which was my son. Jennie always had very helpful advice and was extremely knowledgeable. By the end we were settled with a fair custody agreement which allowed me the parenting time I wanted/deserved.

Bruce B. was my SS Disability lawyer. He does not pussy foot around. You might not like what he says, but you can be assured it is the truth. He's quite blunt. He doesn't have a sparkling personality, and he's not going to tell you how wonderful you are. So if that's important to you, look elsewhere. But if you want someone who will tell you exactly how it is, and what you need to do, this is your guy. I appreciated knowing the facts.
I hired him after my disability claim was denied by Social Security even though I was disabled and told by my doctor that I could no longer work. Mental disability is very tricky, so I needed an expert. He knew exactly what to do. In fact, he was so good that the magistrate (judge) called him the day before my hearing to tell him he was awarding me my SSDI. I didn't even have to appear before the magistrate! How good is THAT?!
The paperwork and documentation Bruce had turned in was so complete that the magistrate had no questions about my eligibility.
He is successful. If you want to prevail, do exactly what he tells you to do. He knows what he's doing. MHCD and the local Social Security offices know who he is. He is effective, and that is what I wanted and needed.

Misty is a pleasure to work with. She does not loose herself in legal jargon which is helpful to a layman. Many lawyers use 1000 words to say what could be said in 10. Misty says it in 10. This shows me that she doesn't feel the need to show people how smart she is. All good qualities.

I retained this firm after being served with a Motion for Retroactive child support. The Petitioner had filed the motion seeking an additional 16 years of child support for the years before she had originally filed a motion to initiate child support.
David took the time to ensure that he obtain all aspects of my case, and assured me that he would do everything that he could to assist me.
At the hearing, the Court agreed that I was subject to retroactive child support and ordered me and the Petitioner to attend mediation. Before I actually attended mediation with the Petitioner, the Court, on its own volition, revisited our motion to dismiss the motion for retroactive child support.
They originally filed a motion to dismiss the motion for retroactive child support because the Petitioner had waited more than two years to seek the retroactive child support after becoming aware that she could.
The Court agreed with our legal argument and event cited the law in her dismissal of the motion for retroactive child support.
Without Davids' assistance and due diligence, (not to mention, his dedication to obtaining a fair judgment and attention to detail) I would have been faced with a dire financial situation. I can say with certainty that I would not have had the same outcome without his representation.
David was thoughtful throughout the whole process, and made sure to treat me as an individual with specific needs and concerns, and not just another case file. He worked very hard to find any and every relatable case that would support my motion to dismiss.

If you're involved in a high conflict situation, Courtney will sort out the drama and calmly present a case that a judge will be able to follow. Given the flak often present in divorce cases locally thanks to incompetent "advocates" and such, a lawyer who can filter the BS and present reality to the court, enabling our often easily confused local judges to see through the smoke is worth the fee. Exceptional record in father's custody issues.

Courtney helped me get through a not-so-fun divorce. As tough and stressful as a divorce can be, she took the lead and handled everything. I was able to sit by the pool and drink Margaritas and live relatively stress-free knowing Courtney was on my side. I remember Howard Bittman defending me on a few occasions some years back. (20+ plus years ago)I was charged with 8 felonies. Yes, 8 felonies all at the same time. This man saved my life. He was able to get 6 of the felony charges dismissed. I did 60 days home detention and payed some restitution for my last 2 . My friends have used him over the years with awesome results. I thank him for being there when I needed him most. He is the best attorney in Boulder County by far!

Rob Sutton handled our small civil matter quickly and efficiently, and I can't say enough good things about him. We had called several other attorneys who had no idea what to do with our case, and who proposed a variety of inappropriate (and ridiculously expensive) solutions.

Most expensive lawyer I've ever encountered. We provided a 5k retainer only for Randy to work 1.3 hours on a few phone calls. He charged us $3,258.86 to resolve nothing. On top of that his team gave me the run around for a week just to get a refund of the remaining retainer. If you are financially well off and have money coming out of your pockets, this is your lawyer, but if you're a middle-class person like me, over three grand for an hour's worth of work is insane.

I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Overall, I felt that Mike and Deidre represented me very effectively, and I recommend them and the firm to anyone in a similar situation.

We consulted with Lawrence on how to file paperwork for our child, who was being carried by a surrogate, to be issued a proper birth certificate. While his experience in this area of law was slightly limited, he researched thoroughly previous cases and Colorado precedent, and presented us with everything we needed to successfully file with the court. He was very helpful in explaining each necessary exhibit and affidavit, and our order was granted by the judge with no issues. I would highly recommend Lawrence, and will certainly seek consultation from him, or hire him in the future.
