About a year ago in March I was struck by a snowboarder and suffered several injuries, a laceration between my eyes resulting in 12 stitches, a broken nose, two death teeth, torn pcl/lateral meniscus and broken patella. I also had blood clots for 6 months. It was an event that turned my life upside down and I truly felt helpless. I am forever grateful to Evan and the team for representing me and ultimately come out on the other side vindicated. We were able to reach a settlement and I can't recommend them enough for anyone that is injured on the hill to call this firm!

I hired Spencer Kotnik to represent me in a disability lawsuit. Unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely negative. He seemed uninterested in my case and spent significant time rambling during our meetings. Despite multiple requests, he failed to improve his communication skills, which was particularly frustrating given my own disability. I no longer trusted Spencer or his firm, so I consulted with another Denver lawyer who took the time to review everything exchanged during the process. She encouraged me to ask Spencer specific questions, which he ignored until two days before my deadline. She agreed that he missed a few key points, was all over the place, and " his communication is not his strong point". Working with Spencer and his team left me stranded, frustrated, and unheard. I would not recommend their services to anyone, especially anyone with a disability.

Good at taking my money but not good at making stuff happen. Everything was last minute and I felt like an afterthought. I also had to pay to fire them. I ended up negotiating a much better deal myself.

If you're looking for an attorney, then you found it. There aren't enough good things I could say about Annie Le Fleur and her team, she is an amazing lawyer. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times. She is tough in the courtroom, knows what she's doing and very professional. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer but even more than that I couldn't have asked for a better person to represent me. Annie values family, values the rights of children and pushes to get you what you deserve. She truly cares about her clients and gave me the confidence I needed to get thought a very emotional case. My custody battle took over a year to finalize and I'm so thankful that Annie was there beside me to get me through it. She was a true blessing to me and my kids. Annie was diligent, straight forward and knew what to say in the courtroom. She's tough and will fight to get you what you want and I definitely wouldn't want to go against her in court. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and would highly recommend her. You can't loose with Annie. She is a true professional but more than anything just a beautiful person inside and out.

Our family recently went through the passing of both our parents within 1 year of each other. Our parents had created individual Wills as well as a Revocable Trust Agreement. Unfortunately, even though they left these documents for the family to settle their Estate, there were numerous unanswered questions that surfaced after they passed away.
What originally appeared to be a straightforward resolution to their Estate turned out to be extremely confusing and complex with a lot of unanswered questions. We needed a professional Attorney.
Fortunately, we found The Law Office of Josh Krieg and reached out to him for some direction and assistance.
If we could give Josh a 10-Star rating vs the 5-Star above, we would!
We met with Josh on several occasions as well as numerous phone conversations on how to wade through a very complex and confusing settlement and distribution process. Josh did an amazing job of communicating and explaining in understandable terms what needed to happen. He created a road map to guide us through a challenging time for our family.
I'm not a big fan of consumer surveys and feedback.
However, we felt that when you run across someone or some service that exceeds your expectations it should be shared, as it may help someone else down the line.
The best summary I can share about Josh Krieg, is that he is one of the most Professional, Knowledgeable, Honest, Empathetic, Fair, and High Integrity Lawyers that you want on your side. And along with that, his support staff of legal professionals is second to none.

I did a great deal of research weighing who/what kind of attorney I hoped to work with on my divorce/modification case. I can honestly and emphatically say that I *cannot say enough wonderful things about Laurie Joe*. She (and her team) worked tirelessly on my case even in instances that she had other cases to attend to. There were even a few times where she was out of the office around the Holiday season and she still replied/called me in response to any emails during that time out. She answered all questions completely and if I still needed more information beyond the detail she provided, she willingly consulted others in order to get that information. She was an excellent sounding board for anything I needed and was very patient with me throughout the entire process. Laurie also kindly and honestly answered the dreaded "what would you do if in my situation" question, even if I did not like the answer. She also worked with my ex in a fashion that kept our situation as de-escalated as possible while maintaining the nature of what I wanted to accomplish. If you're on the fence about an attorney, working with Laurie will make you so happy you had her in your corner.

I want to start by saying that I did not know whether my case even had a chance of going in my favor, even a little bit. I had never really had a lawyer that I had worked with this closely before, so I didn't know what to do.
I was probably one of the most difficult clients that they've had. Meredith was very patient with me, even though I kept getting frustrated and angry about all of this. She wasn't the type of person to be super effusive and overly reassuring - she was very practical and I needed that. "No, he can't do that." "Yes, that's correct." I was frustrated with the process over and over again, because my ex would say one thing to my face, and then turn around and say something else to her, the mediator, the children, or the court. I want to be clear that I had a lot of responsibility for the situation that required legal proceedings to begin with.
But because of Meredith, I feel like the judge was able to see all of the hard work that I've put in and I ended up getting the most favorable ruling I could have imagined for myself and my children. There's still a long road to go. I have to keep proving every day that I deserve what the judge has granted me, but I don't mind. Meredith had the faith in me that I hadn't experienced from someone involved with this case and she helped me show the court that it was in the children's best interest that the court have faith in me too.
Meredith did her job and she was good at it. But what made Meredith's work on my case so meaningful was that she could look at me like the mother and human being that I am. I didn't feel like a paycheck to her.
I also want to mention Kimberly Kendle. She was Meredith's paralegal for most of the case and she always took the time out to call me and answer the questions that I had. That was really important to me, just to hear back.
I can't go into a lot more details because unfortunately the case is still going in another manner. I can't afford representation anymore, because I honestly couldn't afford it to begin with. But I did want to say that if you are in a similar situation and aren't sure whether or not you can really afford New Leaf I might at least just talk to them. They don't do hourly billing, but monthly and there were fewer surprises. Ultimately I would recommend specifically Meredith and/or Kimberly and even though I can't afford representation anymore I feel like Meredith gave me advice I can take into my pro se part of this journey.

If you feel financially stuck and slowing sinking in debt, filing bankruptcy is an option and Holland law office is there to help. I was drowning in credit card debt among other various debts and Steven helped me get back on my feet. Donna reassured me on all of my questions when I walked in and Jennifer was on top of all my paperwork leading up to the trustee meeting. All 3 of them walked me through everything while holding my hand and reassured me that the stress would soon be gone. Definitely recommend them if you are looking into filing in northern Colorado.

My father and brother hired Tyler to help him win his custody battle with his two young daughters. Tyler many times was very hard to get in touch with and would ignore phone calls over and over again. I kept telling my dad and brother that they needed to hire a new attorney because Tyler did not have my brothers best interest at heart. I wish they would’ve taken me a little more seriously however they felt they had invested so much money in him already that they stuck by him. Tyler showed no evidence in court to help my brother out… We submitted text messages, social media posts, conversations, photos of our family over the last 16 years with my brothers daughters, etc…Tyler used none of it in court. The end result were my nieces moving away with their mother to Illinois and pinning my brother as a bad father. He’s an amazing father. He just has a bitter and scorned ex-wife that wanted to hurt him and used their children for leverage. Do not hire Tyler if you are going through a custody battle with children… He does not care and will not show proof and documentation of what you give him to help your case out. He basically collected a paycheck and nothing more. Now my brother‘s daughters are in a fatherless environment because he failed to do his job properly.
