I took a long time to get my investments and property into a trust for my son as I wasn't sure of the process and it just seemed so daunting, but Miranda was absolutely amazing every step of the way! She was extremely responsive and had documents to me within at least a week's time, sometimes within 24 hours. She guided me through everything and was extremely thorough and patient with me when it came to properly wording everything. She even periodically emails me to ensure that I am following through with contacting all of my investors and banks. I now feel so comforted that in the event of my untimely death, my son is taken care of and there won't be any litigation in regards to my investments or property. Elizabeth Howard's firm was our guiding light when our brother became terminally ill in a hospital in Colorado. Since my sister and I were both living in two different states, we had limited time to spend with him in CO. My brother did not have a will of any kind and we sadly had to return to our home states without his getting one completed. From Ohio, I blindly chose an attorney in the Denver area from a long list and called Elizabeth for help. When you act as a good Samaritan, your only wish is to be of assistance to others, particularly if you have a specific skill set that can aid in an emergency. We want to live in a world where we do not hesitate in helping others. For a select few, though, this means making the split-second decision in placing yourself in danger - and that was my husband. The outcome was shocking, horrific, and traumatic; not only for my husband but also for his colleagues (the local fire department) and our entire small-town community. This was a multi-car incident that required multiple emergency agencies to respond. My husband had been hit by a vehicle while rendering aid to an existing person - his condition was critical and we were thrust into a sphere of surgeries, medical bills and insurance claims as this was a complicated, multi-party accident scene. Our world had been turned upside down, we are a private couple and our lives were thrust into the public realm with local newspapers and state media; there was much to process and we needed help. We needed a law firm whom could help us navigate our way through this, not only with us, but quite often for us. Kalamaya Gosha handled my divorce for me. We so much appreciate the personal help and attention our son's lawyer, Chris Corkadel, gave to him and to us as parents. As out of state residents, all three of us needed help in dealing with our son's past traffic violation in Colorado, which prevented him from overcoming the suspension of his driver's license in any state. This in turn obviously blocked avenues of work and income during a time when the pandemic made it crucial to find jobs. Chris' experience with the courts in Colorado, his dedication, his friendly and warm listening skills, all worked together to result in a new driver's license for our son, and because of that, our son has a new lease on life. He never leaves you guessing and openly shares information he receives from the other attorney's involved. One thing that I really liked about Bill is that throughout my entire case I always understood what the worst case scenario could be. He never once mislead me to believe we would win the case or any given dispute would be in my favor. I valued his transparency. He knows what he is doing when it comes to family law. This case was a long one and Bill kept me update on any communications that came from the other attorney. Moreover, Jack managed to achieve an outcome I did not even foresee as a possibility. I gave him little to work with, seeing as I was lost and confused myself with a 5 year outstanding traffic violation. I had no idea where to begin, let alone where we would end up.

We selected Michael Juba from among other lawyers because on our first phone call, he listened thoughtfully and carefully to our situation and concerns. His response was extremely kind and patient—exactly what we needed in our distress. From that first contact all the way to the end of the trial, he gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing, and he patiently taught us what we needed to know every step of the way.
As we came to know him—and later, his partner Daniel McGarvey—we found both to be compassionate, patient, hard-working, thorough, wise, and very smart.
