I did gain some advice during the call which was helpful but I shouldn’t question or feel bad for seeking advice on a stressful situation for my family.

After realizing damages from a Colorado transaction, I sought legal advice from several local attorneys and was discouraged from pursuing a legal remedy due to the difficulty of recovery in similar cases. After reviewing Robinson & Henry’s website, I contacted Joe Lico, who said he could help after reviewing my fact summary. Joe referred the case to Gina Botti, who reviewed the evidence and sent a demand letter clearly stating the facts, the actual and estimated total damages, and the legal basis for the claim. Gina was an effective partner, who managed all communications with the other parties and fiercely defended my positions. Gina’s efforts led to a successful mediation with the other parties that avoided a protracted and expensive legal process, and I am very pleased with the outcome that was fair and acceptable to all parties. I had Joe Elio for my highly contest custody case for ~4yrs. At first, he started to be good at negotiating several stipulations but when it came to going to trial, he and his team did the minimal work which resulted in losing the hearing and Joe E. throwing a literal temper tantrum in front of the judge. If you are going to trial, don’t use him or his firm. He is ok at negotiating. Recently found out that the Privet investigator who referred Joe E to me no longer does business with him nor refers him to her clients.

This place just went down hill . They close your account with out any notice or without your permission . They don’t communicate about attorney’s leaving the firm . Front receptionists appear to be all over the place . This firm is shady . Would not recommend. Take your money somewhere else . Don’t waste your time , it will literally be wasted .

We worked with Justin Pierce of Ross Law, P.C. on a simple trust for our estate. While the estate is not extremely large, it just seemed to be the best way to handle our situation which involved numerous heirs. We found Justin to be extremely meticulous and thorough in all the advice and assistance he gave us We are “seniors” and we found parts of setting up the trust to be somewhat complicated. Whenever we had a meeting he would send us an email detailing all the items we discussed and listing the issues we needed to handle . We found this to be extremely helpful. He encouraged us to call him with any questions we had and if he was not available he got back to us in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend Justin Pierce for any legal issues you need assistance with

My wifes lawyer with this firm asked me to leave her meeting with him regarding upcoming disability hearing. I do not understand why, I am the spouse and should have been allowed to set in. This is 2nd time he has did this to me. The first time he had no problem me writting him a check, retainer. I just do not understand! My wife sets in when I meet with my attorney. Just in closing I feel this is wrong. I will never recommend any one to him. Nothing against the firm and the other lawyers. I doubt they treat there married clients this way

James Cordes provided terrible advice. His drafting was sloppy and required extensive redrafting by opposing counsel, and he advised me to take a terrible deal. Because of James, I am taking home a fraction of my income. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how bad it was until firing him and employing new counsel. He is a nice man, but a bad lawyer. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before it was too late.

We hired Lester Nieves to represent a very complex criminal case. I completely trust him to represent who we hired him for. He definitely knows the law and your rights . I would recommend him above any other attorney including the ones that are way too high priced for our budget. Lester's fee to retain and represent are more than fair. Out of all the attorneys I've spoken with we picked him and I have absolutely no regrets at all Thank you so much Lester!!!!

Wouldn't want anyone else! They work so hard and are dedicated to not only their craft but to you as well. They'll fight tooth & nail for you, are responsive, and are respectful towards you. They know their stuff and don't beat around the bush, either. They get it done and they get it done as quickly as they can. I also appreciate how much of a cohesive team they are. You can never get ahold of these people they do not even keep in contact to inform you what’s going on and how things are going. I would call and have to leave messages and still will get no calls back I had to let them know how frustrating it was dealing with them. The ladies at the front desk make you feel uncomfortable or like your doing something wrong just calling in to check on your case with your lawyers their so rude. Then towards the end of my case I feel I was then being rushed to settle or agree because we agreed on a certain amount to go for at the beginning but then the other company was taking forever to appeal our law suit and Anderson Hemmat just let them get away with whatever they wanted to do and then turned around and said we should accept a deal that was way lower than what we were going for because I am getting more than I should anyway. Do not do it find another lawyer. I had more emails for proof I have to find them.

I hired Mr. Ellmann to represent me in a careless Douglas County speeding ticket, that was enough over to be serious. He managed the case, emailed me what he needed, and once I completed the on-line driving class, and forwarded him the certificate, within a few days, he worked with the DA and got me an extremely favorable result. Mr. Ellmann was polite and professional, from start to finish. If you need an attorney for any matter, you should contact his office first, so that your rights are protected. I will never use anyone else, for legal work, in the area.

I hired Spencer Kotnik to represent me in a disability lawsuit. Unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely negative. He seemed uninterested in my case and spent significant time rambling during our meetings. Despite multiple requests, he failed to improve his communication skills, which was particularly frustrating given my own disability. I no longer trusted Spencer or his firm, so I consulted with another Denver lawyer who took the time to review everything exchanged during the process. She encouraged me to ask Spencer specific questions, which he ignored until two days before my deadline. She agreed that he missed a few key points, was all over the place, and " his communication is not his strong point". Working with Spencer and his team left me stranded, frustrated, and unheard. I would not recommend their services to anyone, especially anyone with a disability.

I am very satisfied with the services I received from this firm. Everyone involved with my case was efficient, kind and knowledgeable. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing a divorce attorney, I highly recommend this team. My divorce was complete in about 6 months from start to finish and I’m actually receiving a refund from my initial retainer.

I was a client of Mr. Frank DeVincent's as I was going through a complicated divorce case that involved a relinquishment request from my previous husband of our daughter. After my daughter and I were abandoned by my previous husband, I knew I needed to find one of the best attorneys in the country to secure our safety. Mr. DeVincent, established as one of the 'Super Lawyers' and top 5% attorneys in the state of CO for numerous consecutive years, was recommended to me by another Attorney in California. I immediately felt safe and confident after my initial conversation with Mr. DeVincent. He set aside an hour to speak with me and he compassionately listened to my story and answered all my questions. I spent the next year and 10 months working with him. There was not one occasion while working with him where I felt he was on a time constraint and there was always open communication from him and his amazing associate, Kimberly Heffner. Frank DeVincent knows the law inside and out and helped me with my divorce with more competence and assuredness than any lawyer I have ever seen in any capacity. I have been fortunate enough to become very successful in my life and I was worried that I would not find an attorney who understood the details of my business. Frank not only understood my books and my taxes, but even taught me a few things as well! I cannot imagine why any high-asset individual would use anyone else to get through a difficult divorce.

Beth helped a friend of mine through what could have been an ugly, contentious divorce. Thanks to her expertise, negotiations that started out fairly prickly were turned into an honest exchange of property and assets. And, just a few months later, she was able to walk him successfully through another (non-related) litigation. She has proven to be an iron fist in a velvet glove. Lorna was my attorney through my divorce, and I will never be more appreciative for her services. She not only is cost effective but she genuinely cares about her clients. I was never left to wonder if she would call me back or answer my e-mails, because she always responded. During this extremely difficult time in my life, I was glad that she was there to help walk me through the whole process. Needless to say, I would hire her all over again and I would highly recommend her to anyone going through divorce.

Lorna assisted me with cleaning up a parenting plan that my ex and I did ourselves and responding to several motions that my ex wife brought against me. I originally hired her to consult, but hired her fully when I knew it would be going to trial. Lorna is so organized and knew my case inside and out. There was no comparison between Lorna and my ex's attorney as to who knew what they were doing in court. Lorna helped me win all the motions that my ex filed against me. I have had attorney's in the past who were a total waste of money. Lorna was worth every penny. She returned every call and every e-mail. Jesse was amazing to work with. I was faced with a frivolous protection order case and I had no idea what to expect with any of it. From day one, Jesse explained all processes to me so that I would have a clear understanding as to what was expected of me. He took the time quite often to answer any and all questions I had, whether they were irrelevant questions or not. When the time came, he fought to get the case dismissed with prejudice and not have it go to hearing although he was more than prepared to go to hearing. I am extremely grateful for Jesse's help with this whole ordeal and I am glad I can finally put it all behind me. I highly recommend Jesse Feinsod if you are looking for a rock star lawyer who will get the job done.

I had a contentious divorce case, followed by unending harassment from my ex-spouse. Things went south from there, and I filed for a temporary protection order. At that point, Mr. Feinsod entered my case and provided guidance and helped me gather enough evidence to end up winning my case. The court granted my permanent protection order. Mr. Feinsod was always professional and sympathetic to my situation and well known to the court and advocates. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a permanent protection order.

I have consulted many attorneys and have worked with one in the past. Overall I dread speaking to attorneys because my experience has been not being listened to and being talked down to. Gary provided a phone consultation and was by far the most helpful and kindest attorney I’ve ever talked to. Ive also found most attorneys want to discuss fees immediately and always sell how necessary it is to hire them. Gary was completely opposite, he was so patient with my many questions. If my situation requires an attorney down the road Gary will be my attorney of choice without a doubt. Thank you for putting my mind and heart at ease today!

Mr. Nicholas did not represent me. He did, however, provide a consultation. I have been through a few consultations and I have noticed that the attorneys seem rushed and make you feel like the clock is ticking. Mr. Nicholas took his time with answering my questions. Despite the fact that I was not his client, his manner was kind and considerate, and not in the least rushed or hurried. He explained the process to me, was patient with my inexperience and ignorance of certain terminology and procedural steps, and while he did advise me to retain counsel, he did not promote his own firm or himself in any way. If I did retain counsel, it would be Mr. Nicholas.
