My experience with Tyler Murray has been absolutely superb. I've dealt with ongoing tax issues since 2018. The IRS erroneously believed that I owed them a large amount of money. That amount accrued thousands of dollars in penalties over the years. I tried many times to fix this issue, both on my own, and through different tax assistance businesses. Nothing helped, and when I was eventually threatened with a lien, I googled "tax lawyer" in a panic. Tyler was the first lawyer I called, and upon meeting with him, I felt immediate relief. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. In fact, he fixed it by submitting a written statement and tax form while I was visiting him for my first consultation. I wish that I had done this years ago instead of drowning in the stress of frightening IRS letters for the last six years. I have since used Tyler to help file my taxes, and every encounter I've had with him has impressed me. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, professional, and helpful! I would not hesitate to hire him again for any legal matter. I am endlessly appreciative and grateful for his expertise and resolve to fix my issue, and his kind and helpful demeanor. She is brilliant & Creative! Most lawyers will take divorce cases, but are not divorce lawyer, I learned this the hard way. Learn from me and hire a specialist like Kim.
She knows how to deal with and is not scared of the "shark" laywers. Has a good reputation with the Judges (very important, the judges and mediators like you lawyer). Will take the time to really understand you situation and customize a plan for your unique situation. Unlike other lawyers who just do the same thing every time. My partner had a personality disorder and a lawyer with a very bad reputation. Kim had knowledge of how to deal with partners with mental illness (from a divorce lawyer position) and what my partners lawyer was going to do, and personalized our approach! Incredible!
If your partner and/or their lawyer is trying to "take you to the cleaner" Kim is definitely for you. If you are looking for a fair agreement, definitely Kim.
I appreciated her honestly, she would prepare me for the worst, but had very positive energy, and always had a plan.
So, look no further, you just found the best.

I've been through a custody battle for the last three years. I've been represented by a few different lawyers in the past for previous modifications, etc, but not a single lawyer I've been represented by or consulted with in the past have the drive Ms. McElyea does. She knows her stuff, and she is so good and passionate about her work.
Being represented by Ms. McElyea has been the first time I've ever felt that I truly had someone in my corner fighting to give my child and myself a real voice, as well as have our experiences heard.

I came to Andrew Bryant last year after dealing with a chaotic separation. I had two children with my ex and she had made my life extremely difficult with communication, scheduling, doctor appointments, schooling and multiple other issues.
Heather took me as a client and immediately my life got easier, she communicated with my ex during the entire process and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
She was extremely professional and got me fully prepared for trial. She walked us through each step we were going to take during the trial and eased us through the entire situation.
By the end of the trial the judge removed all my child support obligations and gave me full 50/50 rights.
Since the case she has checked in with us multiple times and made sure everything is still running smoothly, which it is! The last 5 months since the trial have been so much easier dealing with my ex now that everything is set in stone.
We are very happy with all the work Heather and the the team at Andrew Bryant did for us!
10/10 would definitely recommend!

My name is Rachel Newton. In January 2024 I hired Heather Atkinson to represent me in my child custody case. Heather and Donna (paralegal) were wonderful representation. I knew they cared about myself and my case. Opposing council, representing the other party, was Greg Maceau. In about August 2024, Heather contacted me to let me know that Mr. Maceau would be moving over to Andrew Bryant’s law firm, and that it would be ok because there would be a “Chinese wall” implemented so Mr. Maceau would not have access to my case. My trial was set for October 2024, and two days prior to trial, Ms. Atkinson was disqualified as representing me as my lawyer because Andrew Bryant had hired Mr. Maceau to his law firm. Andrew Bryant and Mr. Maceau had told Ms. Atkinson this was ok, but upon reviewing rule, did not obtain the other party’s signature saying it was ok for Ms. Atkinson to continue to represent me after Mr. Maceau moved to the law firm. Ms. Atkinson called to apologize about the situation, and I had to find and retain a new lawyer, my trial date canceled and postponed. Obviously this was very distressing after already waiting for 10 months to go to trial, and spending a lot of money and time. Andrew Bryant could have waited two months to hire Mr. Maceau. He could have notified me that I needed to find a new lawyer prior to paying his lawyers to prep for my trial. Andrew Bryant never called me, tried to remediate the situation, or provide me assistance, even though this occurred because of his negligence and oversight. All I got was an invoice for $5k for my attorney and paralegal prepping for trial, and then turned around and had to pay another $5k retainer to hire a new attorney. Not to mention the lawyer fees that have accrued for the new lawyer to set a new trial date, have a new status conference hearing, prep for trial, etc. etc. While I would always recommend Heather and Donna as representation, I do not think it is the best idea to hire Andrew Bryant as your representing law firm. It might just cost you an extra $15k to your lawyer fees.

My sister has came to this attorney and asked him for help and this attorney has done nothing for them but cause her anxiety stress and pain he does not do his job well and he is financially made us struggle and taken at least $50,000 in debt this attorney does not answer calls does not answer emails and will not respond to anything and charging my sister more than what she has to offer this attorney is no longer a legal team but a burden on my family I have sat back and watched and I do not like what I see or would I hear when an attorney is taking advantage of my sister and her trying to get the divorce settled he is not doing her job Catherine Ford............

I was a client of Mr. Frank DeVincent's as I was going through a complicated divorce case that involved a relinquishment request from my previous husband of our daughter. After my daughter and I were abandoned by my previous husband, I knew I needed to find one of the best attorneys in the country to secure our safety. Mr. DeVincent, established as one of the 'Super Lawyers' and top 5% attorneys in the state of CO for numerous consecutive years, was recommended to me by another Attorney in California. I immediately felt safe and confident after my initial conversation with Mr. DeVincent. He set aside an hour to speak with me and he compassionately listened to my story and answered all my questions. I spent the next year and 10 months working with him. Mark Galler lost $90k of my money. He told me that my witness did not show up over phone or in person, but he was on the phone waiting for over 2 hours. I felt like Mark Galler and the other party had too much coordination in the courtroom for someone who wasn't represented, and when I asked for the communication record, I was told I'd need to pay for it too. They knew full well that they had taken all my money and had the audacity to tell me I needed to pay more to them to find evidence of collusion.

We worked with Justin Pierce of Ross Law, P.C. on a simple trust for our estate. I hired Mariah partially because of the good reviews here. I would however caution against others doing the same. My case was very simple and she intentionally dragged things into long expensive war with my ex. She constantly battled my exes lawyer on things that didn't matter and ignored the only things I said were important. I think she ended up on the losing side of every exchange she had with my exes more experienced lawyer. She took what should have been an easy case and made it difficult and expensive and did irreparable damage to my relationship with my ex whom I am trying to remain civil with. Maybe it's simply the norm for lawyers in this field to care more about their own interests than the families that hire them but I feel like entrusting her with my case was a mistake.

Even when I wasn't being responsive Arra would call and text me with new ideas to help and sometimes just to make sure I was ok. I see that most reviews are from clients of a very different sort. Laura was the man I called a husband's lawyer. My experience with her began with a phone call - blindsided - that my husband had filed for divorce, the VERY DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. She was habitually negligent (SLOW in getting around to ANYTHING), devious, and diverting. Worked great for my ex, of course; but no lawyer should be allowed to practice who makes life a nightmare for ANYONE. What could have been done in 3mo, went over a year. Most important is that she chose to defend a man/situations that are INDEFENSIBLE. Knowing all the circumstances, she pushed for my children to be forced to start seeing their father who'd estranged himself from them for TWO YEARS; WHEN, we'd asked for reunification therapy to facilitate this process. She counseled him to "start attending" their soccer games so he'd have it to say in front of the judge - and he literally attended ONE. Things naturally proceeded to go terribly, to the point that she finally called him out and he then proceeded to quit her - JUST before our final conference by which he therefore missed, dragging things out once again. Super mystified, disappointed, and mortified that there are indeed lawyers who operate the way Laura does. She holds families' LIVES in her hands. A NIGHTMARE. This site insists you must choose at least one star. Obviously, I would choose none. She is NOT a lawyer of integrity. But, if that's what you're looking for, then she's the one for you.
