If you are in need of a trial attorney for parental disputes, I can't imagine anyone being better than Jeff Town. What I found admirable about Jeff was that he was very accessible throughout the whole process. He was attentive to everything that I had asked and worked diligently to do everything to avoid court. However, court was inevitable. Jeff's preparation for court was excellent. His courtroom presence and skills were top notch. I had the pleasure of working with Natalie Simpson during my divorce and could not be more pleased with the outcome. I had a lot of unique hurdles during my separation and Natalie helped me navigate them with utmost professionalism and compassion. She and her paralegal, Susie Jordan, were extremely accommodating and prompt with all communication and I always felt like I was her only client. Horrible firm! Sold my debt to collection agency that sued me .. I tried to contact them explain situation and my intentions and plans they didn’t care sold it and even then kept charging me monthly fee 18% APR .. yet when I call they say they don’t have anything to do with me anymore and won’t speak to me about statement I have there BUT still continue to charge me …even attorney who helped me left this firm .. horrible unethical money hungry incompetent office

I was not sure what to expect. I didn’t know if their purposed consultation time would enough time. All my notes were taken by an assistant and given to the legal councilor before our conversation so the lawyer was already up to speed when we talked for the first time. I really think their system is refined by their experience and it shows that it’s designed to best help those seeking advice.
Sidney was so kind. Very great at explaining and educating me of my rights and what I can expect in various outcomes. So I may plan my next move with thought and strategy. I would definitely seek advice from Sidney again. She is very easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable of the laws and wonderful resources to offer for more information or questions. Thanks Sidney!

Beth helped a friend of mine through what could have been an ugly, contentious divorce. Thanks to her expertise, negotiations that started out fairly prickly were turned into an honest exchange of property and assets. And, just a few months later, she was able to walk him successfully through another (non-related) litigation. She has proven to be an iron fist in a velvet glove. Jesse was amazing to work with. I was faced with a frivolous protection order case and I had no idea what to expect with any of it. From day one, Jesse explained all processes to me so that I would have a clear understanding as to what was expected of me. He took the time quite often to answer any and all questions I had, whether they were irrelevant questions or not. When the time came, he fought to get the case dismissed with prejudice and not have it go to hearing although he was more than prepared to go to hearing. I am extremely grateful for Jesse's help with this whole ordeal and I am glad I can finally put it all behind me.
I highly recommend Jesse Feinsod if you are looking for a rock star lawyer who will get the job done.

I had a contentious divorce case, followed by unending harassment from my ex-spouse. Things went south from there, and I filed for a temporary protection order. At that point, Mr. Feinsod entered my case and provided guidance and helped me gather enough evidence to end up winning my case. The court granted my permanent protection order.
Mr. Feinsod was always professional and sympathetic to my situation and well known to the court and advocates. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a permanent protection order.

I have consulted many attorneys and have worked with one in the past. Overall I dread speaking to attorneys because my experience has been not being listened to and being talked down to. Gary provided a phone consultation and was by far the most helpful and kindest attorney I’ve ever talked to. Ive also found most attorneys want to discuss fees immediately and always sell how necessary it is to hire them. Gary was completely opposite, he was so patient with my many questions. Mr. Nicholas did not represent me. He did, however, provide a consultation. I have been through a few consultations and I have noticed that the attorneys seem rushed and make you feel like the clock is ticking.
Mr. Nicholas took his time with answering my questions. Despite the fact that I was not his client, his manner was kind and considerate, and not in the least rushed or hurried. He explained the process to me, was patient with my inexperience and ignorance of certain terminology and procedural steps, and while he did advise me to retain counsel, he did not promote his own firm or himself in any way.
If I did retain counsel, it would be Mr. Nicholas.

Working with Geri and Amanda was truly the greatest experience in such a horrible situation.
After my accident I suffered from a concussion that went undiagnosed for some time, this caused me to have trouble understanding everything the firm was doing for my case, they had to repeatedly explained the same things to me. Never once did they get frustrated or treat me differently.
They continuous made sure I understood everything and that they were happy to talk it through as much as I needed. They took so much stress and worry away so I could concentrate on healing, and I could tell that they had my best interest in mind and truly cared about my well being.

I am lucky to have had Chris on my side throughout my misfortune. With Chris, I was able to flip the script on my misfortune and recover what I needed. Without him, I wouldn't have known what to do and surely would have gotten boned by insurance. There are many criticisms about attorneys, that aren't typically positive, that they're out for money and don't really care
That was not my experience working with Griffith's Law.
My case was extremely difficult and high conflict and lasted for several years. I started off with a different firm who I will keep unnamed but is one that likely pops up with a lot of stout advertising, a larger firm. Soon I realized I probably did not have the right representation. I found Griffith's Law. A smaller but mighty boutique firm that is family owned. Quickly it became evident that Suzanne and her team was the right firm for me in my case. This is where Anthony Zarsky and Cailin Degeorge were appointed as my representation, and I was fortunate they were.
Anthony Zarsky gave me more than just representation. He was always honest with me even when it was hard to hear. He gave me a clear picture of what to expect which was not what I had been told previously. It wasn't that it was necessarily negative, it was just more realistic, more clear and defined and he gave a good explanation as to why. Whenever there was a choice for me to make, he spent the time explaining the pros and cons and risk's of each. He always guided me in what things to challenge and what to agree on, to prioritize the best outcome. Throughout the case he kept my head clear, gave me constructive feedback that helped change the way I think, and ultimately helped me be a better person. I think it's important that when we're in an emotional state that somebody gives you good advice and tells what I could be doing better to help myself. This allowed me to be more effective at parenting in an extremely high in conflict emotional circumstance. He gave me the perspectives to think through when co-parenting. Anthony was not just good for me and my case, but he was also better for our child - because he kept that as the focus. There were many times that I wanted to give up, but Anthony was my support and kept me going. He truly became a person to me not just a hired attorney, like a family member. He would often check in on me to make sure I was doing okay, would always check in on my feelings, give encouragement. He's a good person and it's evident he's not just a good attorney, he is passionate about his work which makes him even better. We need to be honest with ourselves, when going through a divorce it's extremely emotional and we're not always thinking the best, it's easy to get fixated on the wrong things. He always treated opposing council and party with respect even when it was not reciprocated, in fact he was often disrespected. Always remained professional.
Anthony uses a strategic approach rather than being blunt and aggressive. This is not to say he's not capable of being aggressive, but he is more surgical. His approach proved to me he was ethical, honest and made every effort to save money when possible. But most importantly he put our child ahead of all else. Nobody ever wins in a high conflict case. But I am certain if I did not have Anthony the outcome would have been much different.
I am so grateful that I ultimately ended up with Anthony at Griffith's Law. It was impressive to realize that when Anthony was not available things were never delayed or left unattended until he returned. It was amazing to see even senior partners getting involved in my case to cover in his absence. The entire staff and everybody involved with this firm are quality people who genuinely care. I have all the confidence that if you choose Griffith's Law you will be happy that you did, your livelihood is what's on the line if you choose wrong. I couldn't imagine myself recommending any other firm.

I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a law office. Mike, the office manager did not introduce himself and even go as far as to shake my hand upon meeting with us. He sat us down handing me a clipboard full of sensitive information paperwork and said fill this out without so much as an explanation as to what it was I was filling out including all of my personal information. When I questioned him as to the nature of what I was doing, he abruptly left the table and went and got Jane who initially had no intention of meeting with me even though I was under the impression that this meeting was a free consultation in order to decide whether or not we were going to hire their law firm. I would give zero stars but that isn’t an option.
