I was not sure what to expect. I didn’t know if their purposed consultation time would enough time. All my notes were taken by an assistant and given to the legal councilor before our conversation so the lawyer was already up to speed when we talked for the first time. I really think their system is refined by their experience and it shows that it’s designed to best help those seeking advice.
Sidney was so kind. Very great at explaining and educating me of my rights and what I can expect in various outcomes. So I may plan my next move with thought and strategy. I had Joe Elio for my highly contest custody case for ~4yrs. At first, he started to be good at negotiating several stipulations but when it came to going to trial, he and his team did the minimal work which resulted in losing the hearing and Joe E. throwing a literal temper tantrum in front of the judge. If you are going to trial, don’t use him or his firm. He is ok at negotiating. Recently found out that the Privet investigator who referred Joe E to me no longer does business with him nor refers him to her clients.

This place just went down hill . They close your account with out any notice or without your permission . They don’t communicate about attorney’s leaving the firm . Front receptionists appear to be all over the place . This firm is shady . Would not recommend. Take your money somewhere else . Don’t waste your time , it will literally be wasted .

My husband hired Michael for a very complex child custody case with his ex wife. We worked with Michael for 3 years because of the complexity of the case, and continued unnecessary filings on the the ex wife's side. Him and his paralegal, Benjamin, held our hands the entire way through the process. They were very attentive and responsive when we had questions. They were very knowledgable about case law, and how we could get the best outcome. In the end, my husband won the case and got pretty much everything he requested because Michael put together a solid case that could not be refuted. We hope that we never need a family attorney again, but if we do, we will absolutely return to Michael and his team!

Nicholas Geman turned a potential DUI into a reckless driving charge with minimal restrictions (6 month unsupervised probation, classes & community service). Working with the team at Geman Law was so helpful and easy. I worked directly with Nicolas and Sarah, and from start to finish the communication was fantastic. Laurie is an excellent attorney! She effectively communicated and facilitated the completion and court approval of a 50/50 parenting plan between myself and my child's mother during a very hostile period of time. I did a great deal of research weighing who/what kind of attorney I hoped to work with on my divorce/modification case. I can honestly and emphatically say that I *cannot say enough wonderful things about Laurie Joe*. She (and her team) worked tirelessly on my case even in instances that she had other cases to attend to. There were even a few times where she was out of the office around the Holiday season and she still replied/called me in response to any emails during that time out. She answered all questions completely and if I still needed more information beyond the detail she provided, she willingly consulted others in order to get that information. She was an excellent sounding board for anything I needed and was very patient with me throughout the entire process. Laurie also kindly and honestly answered the dreaded "what would you do if in my situation" question, even if I did not like the answer. She also worked with my ex in a fashion that kept our situation as de-escalated as possible while maintaining the nature of what I wanted to accomplish. If you're on the fence about an attorney, working with Laurie will make you so happy you had her in your corner.

I had an issue with my wedding videographer. We hired them to film our wedding back in August 2016 and our contract had stated a finished film would be completed by October 31, 2016, It was March 2017 and after countless emails to the person, I gave up and needed some professional help.
I spoke with Brian about my situation. He had me email the contract to him so he could review and told me there was a breech of contract. He offered to call the videographer for me. The next day, Brian sent me an email letting me know that he was able to get in touch with the guy and got him to commit to an ECD as to when the film would be sent to me.
Brian checked in on me a few days after the film was due to make sure I got it. I was not happy with the final product from our videographer and talked to Brian about possible steps I could take if I wanted to sue him. After some advice I got from Brian, I decided the damages were too little for me to sue and stress out about.
Brian was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire ordeal. He was easy to work with and provided great advice.

Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.
