I hired him on the request of my children for modification of custody. When the other party wouldn’t come to the table, it went to trial. Attorney Cartier was thorough in questioning myself to set the foundation of the case. When cross examining witnesses for the other party, he hung on every word and was able to use their testimony to support my case. I would highly recommend him for legal needs and will use him again in the future if ever a need arises

These attorneys have very questionable ethics. My mother-in-law has Alzheimer’s and dementia and they had her sign to revoke a POA so her scheming husband could take her retirement inheritance. She was not of sound mind and state health officials have attested to it. I guess if you want attorneys that are not ethical, go with these guys.

I had an unsatisfactory experience with The Prince Law Group for several reasons:
Unexpected Fees: I was surprised by some of the charges, such as being billed $56 for an email that consisted of just two sentences. This made me feel that communication costs were higher than anticipated.
Inefficient Use of Consultation Time: The lawyer often over-explained simple matters and spoke at a very slow pace, which extended our sessions unnecessarily. I was also charged for 15 minutes during which the lawyer discussed personal topics unrelated to my case.
Scheduling Challenges: There were instances where meetings were canceled at the last minute. This was inconvenient and felt very unprofessional.
While I understand that legal matters can be complex, these issues affected my overall experience. I hope they consider improving in these areas for future clients.

This divorce was very hard on me and at times the stress was too much. Some days I was very upset at how the court dates continued to change and dragged on. The Department of Children and Families wrongly dragged me into a case concerning my son, because of actions taken by his mother. I was afraid that they might take my son away from me. I tripped and fell and hurt myself on an uneven driveway. I hurt my knee, wrist, nose and had abrasions on my face. I was bleeding heavily. I tried to contact the building’s owner’s insurance to make a claim but got nowhere. I was referred to Attorney Kevin Hoffkins by another attorney. I was in the process of losing my home to foreclosure and was referred to Atty. Woermer by my colleague. I did not understand the process and was not sure that I could even retain the property. Atty. I panicked in a situation where it was impossible for me to appear in court In person. I shelled out $500 for 2 phone calls. I should have saved my money. Not because her answers were flawed, but because my question was. Make sure you really realty need an attorney's advice before you punch in their number and debit yourself their time. I've used them before and probably will again. I just have to learn to rely on myself a little more.

...that left me with questions and a feeling of chaos and confusion afterwards, tried to see if I could quickly get a little clarity or when? Was told only after signing the retainer I could set up another appointment!
I was in a most distressed and traumatic state of mind, vented/muttered things to myself about access to justice and prohibitive costs with dismissive treatment, MY OPINION/FEELING, after just being hit with the staggering costs for representation (AND paying $325 for what?).
So Chris said he wouldn't represent me(the audacity to think I would want him to after this kind of treatment is telling) due to his receptionist saying I was verbally hostile towards her, which I absolutely was not and even went out of my way to be polite to her and say goodbye using her name(again I was muttering to myself and towards the wall).

Going through a divorce is stressful enough. Do not bring this man into your life unless you're looking to make it more stressful, and lose all your money while you're at it. Towards the end of the literal YEARS I was stuck with Dan (got too far in and couldn't afford starting over with another retainer somewhere else), I really started to believe Dan was a malicious person. As some years have passed and I have more perspective on it now, I see he is someone who is simply just lazy and in it for the $$. To pay this man $500/hour is both sickening and laughable when I think about what he actually did during that time. A whole lot of nothing. He is arrogant, overpriced, and just a lazy man. There's plenty of decent overpriced lawyers on the Gold Coast. Go find one, because Dan Murphy isn't it.

I hired her be my divorce lawyer. She was recommended by someone I know. It is hard to understand which lawyer is good. They all have good peer views. She seemed fine till she started working on the case. It took like ages to finalize my divorce. She in general doesn't answer phone calls and doesn't reply emails. She didn't really care about and advocate my benefit. It was a terrible journey. don't recommend her.
