Hired Mr Ferris after the absent father of my child reappeared and wanted timesharing. Mr Ferris was always very responsive and took the time to explain everything to me about family law cases and was realistic about the complexities of my situation. We ended up with child support and everything we wanted out of a time sharing plan. Forever grateful to Mr Ferris and all the hours of work he put into my case. Highly recommend!

I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.
We had quite a bit of push back from the very beginning, but he was able to guide me throughout the process and despite persistent pushbacks and demands from the insurance company, I was just told today that we finally got the approval! His assistant Sonya has also been excellent.
Getting the approval is way more difficult than I first imagined. I am so glad that I had Eddie to help me. I'll recommend him and his team without a hesitation

I initially consulted with Ashley because I got turned away at the courthouse for not having filled out the correct form. The whole process was so confusing to me, and Ashley did a great job in explaining how it works. I decided to hire her to file my divorce for me, and I'm so grateful! She was extremely professional and kind, as well as very flexible with her schedule to make it easy for me to meet with her. I am so appreciative that she handled all the paperwork and court processes for me, as well as explained how to fill out forms in such a patient and easy to understand way. I had a pretty simple divorce all things considered, but she's great at what she does and knows how to get things done quickly!

I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.

Nicole Alvarez, Esq is an absolute dream of a criminal defense lawyer. She was recommended to me for her amazing reputation, which she lived up to. Her knowledge of the law and know how to navigate the legal system as well as the respect of the court makes her the best choice to your guide thorough legal issues. My particular case took several years to finally end in a positive outcome, by putting trust in her, being patient (as the courts do take their sweet time) and understand she is out there fighting for you, even if you don’t hear anything in months. She’s fighting for the best outcome she can get and just doesn’t settle on the first, simple or quickest outcome to get you in and out, but what’s the best outcome for you, the client, she can get!! 10 stars!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Sonja Jean as a family attorney. Her professionalism was severely lacking, and her approach raised serious concerns about ethics. Despite charging exorbitant fees, the value of her services was extremely poor. For the high price she demands, one would expecta lot more quality, diligence, and integrity. Unfortunately, I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a competent and trustworthy attorney. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for legal support.

She was successful getting the judge to agree to the prenuptial agreement and to prevent having to disclose finances which were not included in the prenup. I hired Mr. Gautier at the beginning of a very difficult family case, he was highly recommended by another attorney and he didn’t disappoint. From his staff at the office, very professional and empathetic, to Mr. Gautier itself, it is a service I would recommend to anyone in need of legal representation. Mr. Gautier is detailed when organizing the case and gathering data, is excellent when developing a strategy to bring success to the case. Another aspect I would like to point out is the he takes the time to not only be prepared to defend the case in court, but he also takes the time to prepare you. For some of us, this is a highly sensitive, heartbreaking time and it can be extremely stressful, Mr. Gautier takes all the time to explain the different scenarios that may arise in court, he answers all your questions and makes sure you are as prepared as you can be to go through it. At the beginning of the case he told me he could not promise anything but he would promise me this “ that he would fight for my case with everything he got” and I can truly say he did that. I had extremely successful results, I obtained more than I asked! I can say with no doubt that if you are looking for a family attorney, Mr. Gautier is your best choice.

I used Fausto for two real-estate investments properties, commercial lease negations and assistance with current commercial landlords for my businesses. Fausto has always been able to achieve the desired result with everything I have given him. The worst Atterney I could have ever chosen in my life. He left on vacation when my hearing was set. Then sent someone that didn’t have a clue hat was going on with my case. Worst mistake of my life as far as picking an Atterney. Huge mistake. He left when I needed him and paid him for. Then never answered. Huge mistake choosing Manny a Perez. Huge mistake. I happen to be one of those people that have been convicted of something g I did not do because I chose the wrong Atterney. At the end Manny told me I could just switch to another Atterney if I want after he took my money. Horrible experience. Don’t hire this guy. Hey tried to pursue me for additional money after he didn’t show up at my hearing. Horrible experience. I totally made a huge mistake by hiring Many Perez. The worst thing is that my mistake will now follow me for the rest of my life, from something that I am innocent of. He had no interest in my case at all. He left on vacation and ignored me while I stood in court alone. But charged me for that. Again. Huge mistake.

I used Fausto for two real-estate investments properties, commercial lease negations and assistance with current commercial landlords for my businesses.
