I was referred to Jeff by one of my clients who is also a real estate investor and fix n flip guy. When I first met with Jeff, he gave me his background of experience in this scope of law. He then explained how construction defect cases work as well as the ins and outs of how to navigate through one successfully. He thought from the beginning that there was no real claim but that we had to fight this as fraud and conspiracy were being charged. Long story short, we went to mediation and settled for less than what my attorney fees would have been to fight this. Btw, this dragged on for almost a year before we got to this point. While I didn't like the idea of settling as I felt that I did everything right in the sale of the home, the thought of wasting time and money in a trial made the outcome much more tolerable.

Mr Wittebort, is a great divorce attorney. He was straight forward and "honest". When I was asking for some unreasonable request he let me know that it would not be allowed in the divorce guidelines. When I got to court my husband asked for everything and I walked away with every I wanted. My daughter had divorced and was having trouble with her ex-husband, he was trying to take custody of their son from my daughter. Her previous lawyer did not seem to be very knowledgeable in the area of family law nor did she seem to care what happened and made a bad situation even worse. She didn't seem to care about what happened to the child or my daughter.
With Jeff's knowledge and years of experience he was able to over come the mistake that had been made by the previous lawyer and come to a resolution that was best for the child and fair for both my daughter and her ex-husband.
I have been in law enforcement for 18 years. In my experience I believe that Jeff is one of the best lawyers I have worked with.

Fred Dunsing and his professional staff have exceeded our expectations regarding what could have been a lengthy custody
issue. The entire process took us, the grandparents, five months to resolve our legal representation. His firm did not abuse our time or money; they followed all legal procedures and we met only with Mr. Dunsing twice and once at court in front of the judge.
The firm made it less stressful for us and we won our case with flying colors. Mr. Dunsing and his staff are very straightforward, no-nonsense, and thoughtful. We were more than fortunate to

Mr. Israel hired me to perform work for him as a process server on his various cases. Towards the end of 2022, beginning of 2023 Mr. Israel stopped responding to my calls, emails, etc.
Mr. Israel does not contact me, return any communication, respond to third party debt collectors, law enforcement, or any other person I have reach out to him.
**2024 update**
Mr Israel now has a judgment against him for invoices owed to me. A court has found that he did in fact owe me money, that he did in fact not pay, and failed to follow the court ordered stipulation agreement. He continues to refuse to pay, defying court orders, judges orders, and the legal process entirely. I will continue to update this review as the process continues.

In the beginning it felt like this firm truly had my children's best interest at heart. My case played out for over 3 years. After "winning" at trial with further litigation to take place, I was struck with an uneasy feeling. I felt bullied into a settlement as the attorneys were fed up with my case. Many people had told me over the duration of my case that things weren't quite adding up and that my attorney did not seem to have our best interests at heart. I began to reflect on the case and all the inconsistencies, placating to the other side and capitulating to them as well. I then conferred with another attorney and ended up retaining her services to finish out my case. Upon the new attorney's review of my case, she stated this case was a mess, and she was flabbergasted at all the litigation that was allowed to take place. She mentioned there was a much more direct way to have gone about this case, less money and time wasted, not to mention my children's mental and emotional health. My worst feelings had been confirmed. It is a relief to finally have someone on my case who is truly for the children and not the money.

We so much appreciate the personal help and attention our son's lawyer, Chris Corkadel, gave to him and to us as parents. As out of state residents, all three of us needed help in dealing with our son's past traffic violation in Colorado, which prevented him from overcoming the suspension of his driver's license in any state. This in turn obviously blocked avenues of work and income during a time when the pandemic made it crucial to find jobs. I hope for the future Google Reviews can provide an option of (—) Negative starts in the mean time I’m gonna rate this little mediocre house “business” a — 9. I schedule an appointment with a month of anticipation for March 18th on the first place, mind you I create this appointment around February if not sooner around last weeks of January. I call to confirm on March 15th to my surprise a lady answers and says “we hope you called us back, we are gonna have to reschedule due the person in charge of your case is out for an audience” My initial thought was, there’s no one else that can take my case? There’s just one lawyer? Didn’t thought that much of it, they rescheduled me for today April 8th at 4pm. I call today in the early morning to confirm my appointment before I do so I found a v-m in my phone form some lady saying “please call us back as soon as you hear this” so I do, for my surprised the First Lady that answers doesn’t have any idea of how to help me, they transferred me with another person and this one tells me we are gonna have to reschedule the reschedule ONCE AGAIN! Due the lawyer taking your case is out sick.” I am beyond upset at this point, this is the second time they rescheduled me! I told the lady the that was unacceptable, she give me the option to come tomorrow and the I told her that I couldn’t be missing work, I already asked for the evening off so to please let me keep the same time and to find me another lawyer that could take care of my case. This lady proceeds to tell me “yes, let me see what I can do and I would give you a callback.” This happens at 10:23am for the rest of the day I never received a call, email, text, message , fire sign or anything from this person. So, if you are desperate, have limited funds and need assistance ASAP please AVOID THIS little piece of trash !! They would waste your time, resources, money, gas and words. Spend the extra fees in someone that actually follows direction, mean what they say and has genuine word, not this little circus. Do better , y’all playing with peoples lives and time. Shame on you and your ancestors!!!!

I had a personal injury case pressing the statute of limitations of 2 years from a car wash accident. I hired Sergei because the initial consultation was smooth, and everything laid out was in line with my objectives. After I hired him, there were long periods where he was working other cases and came back to mine only when the deadline was coming due. He would then work late, last minute phone tag with my ex and I without any kind of recording, and when we went to court, my ex had pretended like none of the conversations had happened. Additionally, while sitting in court he would have casework on his computer for another client...definitely not my case because the names in the documents were none of my kids, my ex, or me. During the breaks at court he would be on the phone with other clients, and not discussing what to expect while at court, what was coming, or what he was going to do for me on my case. As the months had dragged on in this process, his clerk would file paperwork with the court that had material errors that needed to be corrected (at my expense, again), and these documents would continue to drag out my case because the financial numbers were so inflated my ex would continue to refer back to them and I'd have to provide the same statements over and over again. When he would "bargain" with my ex, it always came to surrendering more and more of my assets in exchange for moving things along. Giving up 60%, then 65%, then 70% of my 401 in exchange for getting the divorce settled and over with. I eventually had to ask that he no longer represent me in my divorce because I couldn't afford his services. There was further dispute when the severance date was, and this was adjudicated in court as well when he placed a lien on any marital assets I may be awarded. In addition to the disputed bill, I was billed for the hourly rate of him and others at his firm to file suit against me, also being added to the lien. This debt, for several thousands more, is currently in collections and I'm looking at a chapter 7 to get clear of it. I'm glad some people were pleased with his services...but I regret hiring him with every collection call I receive.

I hired Miles to represent me in a traffic case in which I was unable to attend the court date. In the end, he got me the best possible outcome regarding the tickets, however, the process leading up to the court date was a little shaky. It was often difficult to reach him and I felt as though I had to keep an eye on the process. He would not ask for paperwork from me, instead, I periodically had to check in with him to ensure he had everything he needed from me. Finally, on the court day, he called looking for more files. I would have expected them to check and make sure they had everything before the court date.
But like I said, in the end, everything worked out so I can't complain.

I contacted Mr. Cabral immediately after getting my ticket. The ticket said it was a misdemeanor traffic violation and I didn't want a chance to go to jail or the stress of having to deal with this on my own. Mr. Cabral worked on my case right from the beginning and kept in contact with me with each step. The ticket was written incorrectly so no one was going to take responsibility at the clerks office to determine which way to interpret the ticket. Mr. Cabral must have visited my case at least 5 times or more before meeting me. He was very professional and approachable. The $500 I paid was well worth the trauma and stress I didn't have to go through.
