I was referred to this firm for my needs and I am wholeheartedly impressed with my experience. The worst customer service I have ever seen, I put one star because I can't put "zero" to be able to leave my review. I always have to be the one to call to be told how the case is going and it's been over a year now. They all give different information, there is never a concrete update on the case and now in the end they contradict themselves in what they tell me and they never call, if I don't call I don't know how the case is going. I had to go once in person to the office without notice because they didn't answer my messages and they didn't even return my calls. I had surgery on my back and I gave them all my medical records that I was fine before the accident and the results of the MRI after the accident showed that I had a new situation in my back and with what they offer me, it's not even enough to cover any treatment and recover my health, they definitely don't fight for their clients and they don't care about them. Now finally, today someone called me and I totally disagree with what they told me and offered as they keep contracting themselves. NEVER!! I would NOT recommend this law firm to anyone; it has been a long and exhausting process and in the end I am not satisfied with the result.

David is very knowledgeable and nice. We had a customer who had conflicts with the available closing dates, and the only date that they are free to sign the closing document was on a Saturday. I felt very rude to try to ask David if he could accommodate, because I am afraid none of the escrow officer would like to work on their weekend, but David did. He is actually the one who values the customer service like me and will be willing to do everything to close the deal and make the deal done. My customers also gave me feedbacks that he was very nice and gave clear instructions to them for them to prepare for a smooth, easy, and punctual closing. Highly recommend!

I can't express how thrilled I am with Sharon's services! I was desperate for help with my custody case—my ex had completely alienated me from our two girls, and every lawyer I called before Sharon either charged for a useless consultation or scheduled me weeks out with no real interest in my case.
Then I called Sharon. From the start, she dove right into understanding my situation, asking detailed questions that no one else had even thought of. During our one-hour phone call (with no guarantee I'd hire her), she showed a level of dedication that blew my mind. We even decided to meet at Olive Garden that same evening, and she drove 45 minutes past her office hours just to accommodate my late working hours.

Troy Moore was extremely helpful to my family during very difficult times. After my father passed, he guided us through the challenging and confusing probate process. This firm is a powerhouse! The talent here doesn't only include the attorney's, but also the paralegals, legal assistants, and even the office staff. This is an eclectic group of well experienced professionals that will know how to represent you at trial, if your case goes that far. There isn't an angle they won't think about to get you the results you are looking for.
I had the pleasure of being represented by Walter Schouten. Ironically, he was referred to me by an attorney that I consulted with. I was told to call Walter because he is very knowledgeable and he's an outstanding trial lawyer. Walter took on my case and he was assisted by an amazing paralegal in Vanessa Enciso. This dynamic duo believed that they could help my situation in securing me a new trial for a custody case. They went to work immediately. This was 2 weeks after I lost at trial while being represented by a different firm.
Long story long...Walter was able to get me a new trial, and he was able to get the judge to change her previous ruling. I am now the custodial parent of my 7 year old son.
I have to admit that even if I wasn't awarded custodial rights, I was more than satisfied with the representation and would have been able to live with the ruling a lot easier. Knowing that I was being properly represented was huge for me. Especially since the previous firm I hired for this case was absolutely terrible.

Non fake review. I also have paperwork I can load with pictures that I was a client if this were to get denied. I should have placed this review long time ago. They dropped the ball on my case I paid a lot of money for them to only lose the evidence on court day. They simply said there’s nothing we can do. In his video he explains how he likes to get people and court while there defenses are low. That is an accurate description of how they act when they can’t/ couldn’t win against the court. they take the same approach to their customers after that. If they’re willing to fix this problem without additional cost to myself I’d be glad to change the review.
