On 06/18/2022 , my life changed. After I was released from the police station the following day I felt alone, embarrassed, remorseful, hopeless, empty, sad and clueless as to how I was going to face my new reality. That day I was taught a big lesson that I will never forget. As a kid my father told me that two of the most important dates in someone’s life are, when you are born and when you find out what you were born to do. My dream and goal in life was to be a public servant as a firefighter/medic; thus, I always tried my best to maintain a clean record and contribute to my community. I achieved my dream and served my community proud, but that dream was short lived. For the last two years my life has been on stand by and every time I hear a siren on the street my heart shatters. From the moment I first spoke with you Mr. Levin I knew I had chosen the right attorney with the right team; you and Jon and all your staff gave me hope during a time of uncertainty. I will never be able to thank you all enough for how hard you fought for me. Today, my life has changed again but in a different way. Thank you again for fighting for me so that I can get my life back as well as fighting for me dream to become a firefighter again, it is people like you that motivate me to be the best version of myself. In my 10 years of working with business attorneys, Oz has been the best one so far. He is unique in that he spends a lot of time educating business owners. I've never met an attorney who spends their valuable time mentoring and guiding business owners to make the right decisions. A female business owner who I referred to Oz was looking to own a franchise. After speaking with Oz, and learning the pros and cons from him, she decided not to purchase this franchise. That right there is incredible generous work by Oz. Most business attorneys get right down to business and contracts, but not Oz. He talks to you.

We just finished the Jury Trial yesterday 02/08/2024. We won a $20.71M judgement. The jury found in favor of us the plaintiffs in EVERY count of allegations plus we got 100% of what we ask for in punitive damages.
It was a fraud case our company got defrauded. Mr. Brown took over the case on fifth month after the first complaint was filed. The first thing he did was write up an new complaint which made everything SUPER CLEAR. This is the MOST important thing you want to keep up in a lawsuit - KEEP EVERYTHING CLEAR & COMPREHENSIVE or NEVER CAUSE ANY CONFUSIONS for the Judge or the Jurors.
Mr. Brown was crushing the defendant’s attorneys. He kept our allegations/story CLEAR & SIMPLE. Why this happened, how did it happened, who was involved and ALL evidence to support your claims. That’s really all you need to win a trial.
You will never understand how important it is to keep things CLEAR before you actually attend a jury trial. Because at the trial, the defendant will do everything they could to cause confusions to the jurors, these “confusions” could potentially turn into your disadvantages which also could create challenges to the authenticity of your story factual background.
Mr. Brown has done an incredible and amazing job keeping our lawsuit CLEAR. I want to say even a young kid could understand what happen listening to his opening statement and closing arguments. And the truth is the jurors didn’t even bother spending the time going back and forth, because everything is so clear they understand what happened, they have all the evidence they want to see lined up clear and logical to support the facts.
If it wasn’t Mr. Brown, we would have a lot more challenges in our case. The other side is a fraudster, and fraudster often “lie” try to cause confusions to the jurors. Mr. Brown proved CLEARLY that the other side is a liar and 100% NOT credible. He proved it by pinning the defendant to his lie and use
evidence to prove he lied.
If any of you are victims of fraud, in harm of any breach of contract, or suffered damages from any business or personal wrongful conduct. You want to consult and hire Mr. Brown as your attorney.
It was a large case for our company and we browsed at minimum 30+ firms before hiring Mr. Brown. The result of this trial proved we made the right choice. He’s so logical and he doesn’t waste a second on “arguing”. He knows the game he knows what is the RIGHT approach to win. Because every lawsuit is different. You need Mr. Brown who is able to identify the merit of the case, and understand the insights.
Again, the worst thing you want to do or the stupidest thing you could do is to cause confusions at the court. The other side will always want to bring up nonsense arguments. You don’t need to jump into their “trap” arguing back and forth. Because the more you argue about nonsense, the weaker you are at trial even you have a strong case. All you need to do is have Mr. Brown prove to the jury this is nonsense and everyone inside the court room will understand what kind of game the other side is trying to play.

When it comes to family law, having a competent, understanding, and well-respected attorney is a must. After much research, we decided to trust Jon Mason with our move-away case. After explaining our situation during a phone consultation, he was honest with us about the challenges we might face and gave us a good idea of what we could expect. Throughout the whole process, he made himself available for phone calls, responded promptly to our emails, and was diligent in writing and filing paperwork for our case. I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to given Jonathan Mason's excellent work on our complicated out of state child custody case. After researching many reviews/websites he was a godsend to our family. It has been an amazing experience in what could be the most stressful time in someone's life. I'm extremely lucky to have worked with such an amazing group of professionals who were supportive, caring and treated me with the utmost respect. Matt Cadwell (Managing Attorney), Maggie, Susana, Ashley, Richard and Kimberly were amazing (there are probably a few others that have helped - it felt like I had the entire firm on my side)! They were relentless (in a good way) and kept me aware of what was going on with my case at my pace. They were extremely responsive to any questions I had.
