My mother and I hired Mr. Fieldsted after my father suddenly passed away. We needed his help getting properties not listed in the trust to be put in my moms name/in the trust. We also had him create a new trust for my mom. He was honest and up front about the cost and was very accurate about length of time things would take. Since we liked him so much he has since dissolved an LLC for us, advised us on property sales, had him create a unique power of attorney, and evict a tenant. I highly recommend Mr. Fieldsted.

It was my pleasure to be represented by Brett & Heidi.
Initially dealt mainly with Brett where I got my child back after a Fake DV order was filed and granted against me with weak evidence.
After we finished the first hearing I got 50% custody of my child, and Heidi took over from Brett at that point.
The other party does not follow our court order, and constantly lives in a where double standards is okay. Heidi is efficient in her wording to detail and highlight the issues in writing to opposing counsel, letting them know how their client is violating the court orders. Everything is properly documented with evidence of communication.
Heidi is busy, I can imagine that when you're amazing at what you do you'll be in demand but she typically gets back the same day or next.
I can't recommend Heidi enough, she is professional, swift, and gets the job done.

Jordon is personable and bright; his integrity is impeccable. Jordon is reassuring throughout the process and truly cares about his clients' wellbeing during the process. He is, however, busy with large cases that often result in less than timely responses to opposing counsel. Despite being assured that my case was no more or less important than any other, the actions spoke otherwise.
Before signing a retainer with Jordon, ask about how your case will be handled when he is tied up in court with another case (which occurs quite often). Be prepared to take a back seat to a more demanding and lucrative case than yours.

My long-term attorney who was a wonderful person fell ill and had to resign then the second attorney I hired also fell ill and resigned. I was in violation of a court order and the judge refused my request to continue the trial to a later date. With only a week to prepare for trial Stephane Quinn and the entire law firm worked diligently to prepare for trial. In a matter of days they were well prepared and acquainted with the facts of the case unlike my prior attorneys. Stephane Quinn and Danielle Struwe his second chair went to court prepared and ready to handle such a long complicated and contentious divorce case.
