Choosing them was a huge mistake. I strongly regret utilizing them. The medical doctors They contract with have no ethics. I attended oneappointment and that’s it. They didn’t do shit for Me. After working 45 days With them and not Having a clear Case plan Or having a clear direction. It was just Sloppy. Within that timeframe, I only had one medical appointment and my car was not even being looked at to get fixed. After mentioning multiple times My car wasn’t driving properly but yet they expected me to go drive around wherever this doctor wanted me to go. At the end of the day. I wasted my time my gas. I felt like emotionally they knew I was vulnerable and took advantage of my situation.
After realizing that This wasn’t a good fit I terminated services. I feel like they weren’t advocating for me. When I terminated services. They Email me a lien contract. I terminated services because I was not happy with customer service or the Way they were handling my case or the fact that they didn’t listen to me as a client. To the point where I was getting involved and I was utilizing other resources. I utilize their doctor once, But contacted my personal doctor three times and was seen at the emergency room seven times since my car accident.

On October 28, our son was hit by a vehicle while riding his bike. It was a catastrophic accident and injury! The last thing a Parent wants to do when in this situation is think about having to do really anything other than be right there by your child side! From our first contact with the firm, it was clear there was something different about them. A level of genuine humanity and concern for our son that exceeded the legality of it all. Lou Gene came to the hospital and sat with our family for hours! The process was extremely easy, which was beyond necessary in our situation… All communication has been prompt and clear. I was told several months ago that it would take three months for the pay out it has now been way over that time and I still have not received anything every call I make to my attorney he never wants to answer and when he does he says he's still waiting for a response from certain appointments which is not true because they all responded already , interesting that attorneys can take a bigger percentage out of the settlement the longer they have it in their hands do not come to mvp accident attorneys!!

Mr. Razai is a proactive attorney that never lets anything slip through the cracks. He is forthcoming with all the possible outcomes so you can make informed decisions. He also explains the law in a way that is methodical, so things are more clearly understood. There is no middle-man to deal with as he deals directly with your case, so he is always available to respond to emails and phone calls.
Previously, I was dealing with an attorney that I had spent $10k to carryout a set aside that should have taken 3 mos, but took 7 mos. I needed to get my kids back from a my children's narcissistic father who had played the judge at a custody hearing and did not tell the court that I had an excused non-appearance, therefore granted him the custody schedule he had been seeking - a 20/80 timeshare! Mr. Razai took on my case and handled it as if he's done it a thousand times before.
I hired Mr. Razai, who had a clear hold on the Orange County court system and the Family Law judges which gave me a sense of comfort. It also helped that he was a parent himself. But more importantly, he wrote an article about the phenomenon of the narcissistic father battling divorce and acted accordingly during my case. Considering this, I was impressed that Mr. Razai was able to keep the custody and child support hearings out of court which saved me a lot of grief and exorbitant costs.
Mr. Razai was recommended to me by a friend and I would do the same for anyone who is looking to defend your case in a succinct, professional manner. He is a hero in our household because he was able to get my ex to rightfully change our timeshare back to 50/50 AND defend my case against child support modification.

We just finished the Jury Trial yesterday 02/08/2024. We won a $20.71M judgement. The jury found in favor of us the plaintiffs in EVERY count of allegations plus we got 100% of what we ask for in punitive damages.
It was a fraud case our company got defrauded. Mr. Brown took over the case on fifth month after the first complaint was filed. The first thing he did was write up an new complaint which made everything SUPER CLEAR. This is the MOST important thing you want to keep up in a lawsuit - KEEP EVERYTHING CLEAR & COMPREHENSIVE or NEVER CAUSE ANY CONFUSIONS for the Judge or the Jurors.
Mr. Brown was crushing the defendant’s attorneys. He kept our allegations/story CLEAR & SIMPLE. Why this happened, how did it happened, who was involved and ALL evidence to support your claims. That’s really all you need to win a trial.
You will never understand how important it is to keep things CLEAR before you actually attend a jury trial. Because at the trial, the defendant will do everything they could to cause confusions to the jurors, these “confusions” could potentially turn into your disadvantages which also could create challenges to the authenticity of your story factual background.
Mr. Brown has done an incredible and amazing job keeping our lawsuit CLEAR. I want to say even a young kid could understand what happen listening to his opening statement and closing arguments. And the truth is the jurors didn’t even bother spending the time going back and forth, because everything is so clear they understand what happened, they have all the evidence they want to see lined up clear and logical to support the facts.
If it wasn’t Mr. Brown, we would have a lot more challenges in our case. The other side is a fraudster, and fraudster often “lie” try to cause confusions to the jurors. Mr. Brown proved CLEARLY that the other side is a liar and 100% NOT credible. He proved it by pinning the defendant to his lie and use
evidence to prove he lied.
