I called a well known attorney after seeing his commercials for years back in 2011. I knew I had a case I just needed someone to listen to me and hear my story. That attorney was only interested in taking cases that were a guaranteed win, and as many as possible. He referred me to Phil. I had never heard of Phil or his firm so I was skeptical but had no other option. I left Phil a message and he responded via text to set up a time to talk. Finally someone was willing to hear my story. I was expecting a girl from his office to call in the way that the previous firm had done. Phil called me directly and did not rush me at all. I was a little put off because his personality was different than the charismatic attorneys I had seen on tv, but no one else had given me more than 5 minutes and here he was asking questions and showing empathy and interest for an hour. He believed me. Also he was my only option. He took my case.
What I saw over the year that Phil represented me was a man who was not afraid of or intimidated by anyone. He believed me. He fought for me. It didn’t matter who opposing counsel was or how big the case was going to get. He fought for me and we won. I was awarded a large settlement after three other attorneys told me I had no case.
Phil isn’t going to win best personality or be on a commercial or the cover of those magazines that attorneys pay to be featured in…but I have never seen someone so passionate, determined and unafraid. I hope I have no need, but if I do need an attorney again, I wouldn’t consider anyone BUT Phil.

Philip Trenchak and his Office Staff have helped me immensely with my Separation Agreement from my previous employer. I was new to the area and had no one to speak to when middle management decided to make personnel changes while the CEO was on sabbatical. Basically, my workload was increased and the respect given to me and my support staff decreased. I tried to defend myself by speaking to Corporate directly and give my A/P staff a raise but I was repeatedly ignored. They would not speak to me directly and told me to hire a lawyer.
I used AVVO to find Philip's Stellar Law Office. They were very attentive, gave me specific options with fees on how to move forward, and were very patient with me and diligent with my case. Since my employer would not speak to me, Philip and Cristina were in constant communications with them and kept me updated with any new developments. After 3 months, Philip's office secured my Severance Payment and I can now move on to working for a more ethical not-for-profit company. I highly recommend Philip Trenchak to fight for your employment rights!

While we all understand that people view things differently and the court verdicts can and will be viewed by some people as good and by others as bad. That is not the case with me.
It is undeniable the results attained by attorney Ed Miley for me. My case was a child custody and support case. Honestly I actually felt quite abused by the family court system until I retained his services. You hear often of the great attorneys that come out swinging or in my case attacking like a prize fighting pit bull. Needless to say the results were and are outstanding.
I felt that the process from start to finish was both fair, swift and the results/outcome extremely satisfying.
Thank you for fighting for the little guy that didn't feel like he had a voice in the matters of what happens with my child.
I highly recommend only if you're going for the jugular.

Unfortunately, my experience with this attorney was not positive. If you’re going through a divorce for the first time, I would recommend seeking someone else to guide you through the process. Mr. Miley was impatient, dismissive of my concerns, and seemed unwilling to answer my questions thoroughly. His demeanor felt combative, which added unnecessary stress/anxiety to an already difficult process.
Additionally, the financial aspect was frustrating. I recently paid $150 for a ten-minute consultation, only to leave feeling like my concerns were ignored and my anxiety heightened. When I attempted to follow up, Pam, the person handling communications, was unprofessional and rude in both phone calls and emails.
This is just my personal experience, and I sincerely hope yours will be better. Good luck in your search for legal representation.

The experience received by attorney Trevor Hatfield was phenomenal, to say the least. Although borrowing the motto from another familiar business due to it's ideal application, I must say, I immediately knew we were in good hands!
We approached the elevator and took it to Hatfield and associates offices. Suddenly, surrounded by glistening white walls beautifully garnished with interior floral decorum, I felt encompassed within a style of professionalism and class. The leather seats were comfortable and of quality. Even the cylindrical glass tabletop shone so immaculately, you'd have felt comfortable eating food served directly upon it!
The ladies at the front desk were pleasant. We did not wait long before Mr. Hatfield invited us beyond the door into a private conference room. Trevor Hatfield was clearly a gentleman of stature and wisdom, an asset to his trade. His skilled approach to the issue at hand was reassuring, and suddenly we took comfort for the first time, knowing that things will work out exactly as they should!

Julie Raye was my lawyer throughout an extremely difficult case and time for me. Not only was she a very good lawyer but she was a huge support system when I really needed it . She was very efficient with communication . I never had any issues with getting ahold of her . She was amazing in the courtroom . She was aggressive and fought hard for me . She was always on time and took hours of her time to prep me every time we had to go to court . She was knowledgeable and a strong advocate for me when I really needed it, even helping me to advocate for myself when I had never been able to do so before. I highly recommend Julie Raye as an attorney and would definitely use her again !

My Father passed unexpectedly and thought he had his estate taken care of because he paid for his funeral in advance and had assigned an administrator/power of attorney to handle his affairs. The nightmare began about 30 days from his death when the administrator my Dad had assigned failed at his duties. There's a reason Lee Drizin is so highly rated on Google, and it's because he is a really good attorney.
I'm a young woman, still in college, and when my mother passed unexpectedly and suddenly, I wasn't sure what to do to handle her estate and everything that comes after someone passes. I found Mr Drizin on Google, and it has been history ever since. Him and his team are constantly available to answer any questions one may have during the entire process, and he has steamlined the entire thing to be as painless and direct as possible. It is not easy at all, as there are so many accounts nowadays that people can have, but I was always directed to who exactly to contact and what to do.
My advise is twofold to anyone going through the probate process after the loss of a loved one: one, use Lee Drizin, and two, make sure to keep on top of all you have to do on your part to get paperwork and documents. These are the best ways to make it as painless as you can.
I also want to thank Mr Drizin and his team for also suggesting an accountant to help with the final tax documents, which also smoothed the process. With decades of experience, it clearly shows in everything Mr Drizin does to run his attorney's office. I cannot recommend him enough. I'm not sure how the other attorneys compare, but I can guarantee that he knows his stuff and gets it done here.

We have had the pleasure of working with Joe Riccio and his staff recently for our son's divorce. He was 21 when he got married, and was married in CA, where his ex still resides.
