I could say so many things about Lee Drizin and his team! When I called him as a scared 22 year old handling her father’s estate, I didn’t know where to start. Over the past 2 1/2 years, Lee and his team have gone above and beyond to help me through every step. They have been a crucial part of my coping and grieving, I would love to say not only have Lee and I have had plenty meetings regarding probate. But he has given me soooo much advice that has helped me grow and cope with losing my father. This is not a man that will fail you in any sense, I have never had a conversation with him or any of his team that has left me unhappy. If you need help with your probate needs, I sincerely mean it when I say Lee will not let you down. And a BIG shoutout to Kris, Sage, Janine and Jada and anybody else who may have been working behind the scenes!!!! A friend called Mr. Sprenz office this morning, frustrated with a very unfair situation.
Both the staff and attorney Sprenz were kind, patient, and professional — actively listening to her situation without judgment. This is unusual behavior for talented litigators. I’m grateful his office put her mind at ease.

I was referred to this firm. The person who referred me worked with Joe Riccio for their case. Different types of case but nonetheless, she used this law firm. I worked with Kristina Kirigin and unfortunately had a terrible experience. There was a lack of communication from the beginning. I was never spoken to or prepped before any hearing. The bill just kept racking up. The paralegal asked for the same documents over and over again.
When I told Kristina my expectations, she stated that her only job was to get me the guardianship. She did that and that's it. There was no guidance at all. I wasn't even aware when I officially got the guardianship since that was not communicated.
They also did not notify me when another partner at the firm was going to represent me.
All I have to say is I am happy I chose to stop working with this law firm and self-represent. Unfortunately, I made this decision after losing over $6k of legal fees. This is likely from communicating the same thing over and over again. Also, going to court over and over again due to their lack of communication and preparedness. Ex. I would submit something to them and they would not file it. Or, they would ask me to complete something the day or the Friday before the hearing. Only towards the end was the communication a little better. By that time, I was already out $5k.
ALSO, they assumed I had access to a shared drive which was NEVER given to me in the 10 months they represented me. So, the new lawyer who took over my case assumed I had access to this shared drive. More wasted time as I was in town and unable to complete what I needed to do that required me to be in person.

I am more than grateful and pleased with the results I received with Kristina Kirigin!! I highly highly recommend this attorney after carefully reviewing several attorneys in nevada! My choice was left between her and Joe riccio before learning that they actually worked together. I was in a highly contested custody battle in between 2 different states with another very aggressive attorney representing my ex. I found Kristina Kirigin after having to fire my last attorney and she was able to turn my entire case around that was originally going in my ex's favor due to his constant lies. We went to trial and prevailed with me getting primary physical custody, final say with legal custody, no travel and attorneys fees!! She made my ex tell the truth which broke his entire case. She also worked out a payment plan with me during the process. Kristina Kirigin and her paralegals are life savers! They were all very quick with responses to each email, text or call I made.

I went in for a consultation but definitely will go back and hire Donn. He’s knowledge is out of this world! he listened to everything I had to say, and trust me, I had way to much to say and so many questions lol. He’s Not like you're typical money hungry attorneys that give you a free 5 min consultation don’t answer your questions, don’t care about you, and only see you as as a dollar sign then they pressure you to hire them. When I came to Julie in August of 2021 I was a scared mother of 2 small ones, my (now ex) husband had left me and my two small children in small desolate town in Southern Nevada with no means to survive, if you aren't a miner, driller or their wife of one, you have no future in this area. I was beyond horrified, I needed to move to another place to simply survive. I had family in Northern California but my kids dad was absolutely against this and threatened to press kidnapping charges if I left. In the time Mrs. Raye worked with me to gain custody and the right to relocate she helped me find a since of self worth and courage to keep fighting for my kids and to continue to do the right thing for them no matter how hard. Without her I am not sure how my life would have turned out nor do I want to think about the possibilities. I do know that I thank her more than anyone can ever comprehend for my second chance at life with my kids.

If you hire her it is not about you or the mental health of your children, it is about her dragging it out in order to collect more lawyer fees from you. She will ignore the other side prior to court in order to make sure it does go to court $$$$. Her unwillingness to listen cost majority child custody the father was willing to offer. During my time of need Doris Nehme-Tomalka was there. I previously got ripped off by two lawyers prior to finding her. Definitely you would get much more than you pay for.

Doris helped me in my custody battle that I wasn't sure I would win. She gave me confidence and security as the court process moved along. I received the justice that I deserved in court because of Doris. She aggressively fought for me and earned every bit of my trust in her. When it came time for my ex to again try and gain full custody of our children and change there school. I knew exactly who to call. Doris. She remembered details from our previous battle years before. She writes the best motions and counter motions. The quality of her paperwork far exceeds any of the lawyers we were up against. This is why the last time I was up against my ex I didn't even have to go to court because Doris's motion was so precise and overwhelmingly easy for the judge to make his decision. Hello, good afternoon. Today I was in his office at 10:30 am, I wanted to speak with my Lawyer Alexander and they denied me to speak with him. He was assisted by his personal secretary and made me go to a conference office and he told me that Alexander was no longer my Lawyer that he canceled the contract and did not want to represent me anymore. I told her that I wanted to talk to him, Attorney Alexander, and she told me that he didn't want to talk to me and wanted to give me the contract cancellation papers, but I didn't accept them and she told me that she didn't care because she already sent him mail. I told him that he called me on Friday afternoon but I was finished at the hospital 🏥 Mountain View 🏥 and I couldn't answer when he called because the doctors were checking me out. They also left me hospitalized and the next day they did an Emergency MRI at 8am due to the condition of my condition due to the very high Pressure. Nausea, a lot of headache, blurred vision, dizziness, etc. I called after they did the MRI at around 9am. I talked to the operator because she told me that the offices were locked. I told her that I wanted to speak with my Lawyer Alexander and she took all my information and told me that she would send him a message immediately so that Lawyer Alexander could contact me. I told her that I was admitted to the Mountain View Hospital 🏥 and she also told her I passed Room 504 where I was. Because I wanted to explain everything the doctors told me about my critical situation and for that reason I was hospitalized. But Lawyer Alexander never called me or even sent me messages. Today I went to his office, Erick Palacios, to speak with the lawyer and they denied me. Until today, Tuesday July 30, it is 12:40 pm. I never heard back from Attorney Alexander either by phone or by message. Super hard to get ahold of, he wasn’t ever on top of it. He was always rushing us to agree to things we didn’t wanna agree to. Kenneth also would forget everything I would recommend to put in papers.
I got hit with a bill for almost 9000$. For nothing. When I feel like I could have done a better job my self.
He didn’t go for back child support or insurance. I have to provide insurance on the child and everything else. While the father gets half custody. And doesn’t have to support her or help with anything.
