The experience received by attorney Trevor Hatfield was phenomenal, to say the least. Although borrowing the motto from another familiar business due to it's ideal application, I must say, I immediately knew we were in good hands!
We approached the elevator and took it to Hatfield and associates offices. Suddenly, surrounded by glistening white walls beautifully garnished with interior floral decorum, I felt encompassed within a style of professionalism and class. The leather seats were comfortable and of quality. Even the cylindrical glass tabletop shone so immaculately, you'd have felt comfortable eating food served directly upon it!
The ladies at the front desk were pleasant. We did not wait long before Mr. Hatfield invited us beyond the door into a private conference room. Trevor Hatfield was clearly a gentleman of stature and wisdom, an asset to his trade. His skilled approach to the issue at hand was reassuring, and suddenly we took comfort for the first time, knowing that things will work out exactly as they should!
Mr. Hatfield was thorough, went over every detail of the case, explained our options, and confirmed we understood what was needed to move forward successfully. I was in an accident back in July. Didn’t really know what to expect from hiring an injury attorney, but I made a great choice with Lerner and Rowe. I especially want to give a shout out to Stephanie, who was the main individual I spoke to regarding my case. She was upfront and honest about the process and about how long it would all take. Tom Standish and his associates, mainly Phillip Spralding, do not practice evidence based law. They are scum bags, who pander to vulnerable females in difficult times to maximize their firms profits. They do not care about the best situation or well-being of children. They more focus on how they can exploit the imperfect system of family law for their maximum benefit.
They are racist.
I don’t know how they have such a high rating on this platform, but I strongly disagree.
I hope this firm, and attorneys of this shallow caliber lose their credibility as soon as possible.

I was referred to this firm. The person who referred me worked with Joe Riccio for their case. Different types of case but nonetheless, she used this law firm. I worked with Kristina Kirigin and unfortunately had a terrible experience. There was a lack of communication from the beginning. I was never spoken to or prepped before any hearing. The bill just kept racking up. The paralegal asked for the same documents over and over again.
When I told Kristina my expectations, she stated that her only job was to get me the guardianship. She did that and that's it. There was no guidance at all. I wasn't even aware when I officially got the guardianship since that was not communicated.
They also did not notify me when another partner at the firm was going to represent me.
All I have to say is I am happy I chose to stop working with this law firm and self-represent. Unfortunately, I made this decision after losing over $6k of legal fees. This is likely from communicating the same thing over and over again. Also, going to court over and over again due to their lack of communication and preparedness. Ex. I would submit something to them and they would not file it. Or, they would ask me to complete something the day or the Friday before the hearing. Only towards the end was the communication a little better. By that time, I was already out $5k.
ALSO, they assumed I had access to a shared drive which was NEVER given to me in the 10 months they represented me. So, the new lawyer who took over my case assumed I had access to this shared drive. More wasted time as I was in town and unable to complete what I needed to do that required me to be in person.

Mr Onello charged 30k but simply did not do his job for the amount he charged. The divorce got dragged out much longer than it supposed to because Mr Onello wanted to charge maximum for the minimum work he did. At the end, I had to file my own forms because he was asking for more after I paid 30k. The case is listed as Cassel vs Cassel in Clark county so this is a legit one star review. Avoid at all cost.
One last point I want to make. Mr Onello spends more time removing one star reviews than actually working so I would assume all the 5 star reviews are not legit. Don't fall for false reviews like I did.

I went in for a consultation but definitely will go back and hire Donn. He’s knowledge is out of this world! he listened to everything I had to say, and trust me, I had way to much to say and so many questions lol. He’s Not like you're typical money hungry attorneys that give you a free 5 min consultation don’t answer your questions, don’t care about you, and only see you as as a dollar sign then they pressure you to hire them. There's a reason Lee Drizin is so highly rated on Google, and it's because he is a really good attorney.
I'm a young woman, still in college, and when my mother passed unexpectedly and suddenly, I wasn't sure what to do to handle her estate and everything that comes after someone passes. I found Mr Drizin on Google, and it has been history ever since. Him and his team are constantly available to answer any questions one may have during the entire process, and he has steamlined the entire thing to be as painless and direct as possible. It is not easy at all, as there are so many accounts nowadays that people can have, but I was always directed to who exactly to contact and what to do.
My advise is twofold to anyone going through the probate process after the loss of a loved one: one, use Lee Drizin, and two, make sure to keep on top of all you have to do on your part to get paperwork and documents. These are the best ways to make it as painless as you can.
I also want to thank Mr Drizin and his team for also suggesting an accountant to help with the final tax documents, which also smoothed the process. With decades of experience, it clearly shows in everything Mr Drizin does to run his attorney's office. I cannot recommend him enough.
