I was being unjustly sued by my HOA and called Atty Wyatt for representation. He patiently listened to details of the case, asked pertinent questions over the phone. His amazing receptionist quickly scheduled an appt. and Atty Wyatt refused to charge me. I could have paid him personally and I also had membership in a corporate legal plan and again, he refused to charge me a dime. Atty Wyatt gave excellent advice, composed a response to the HOA's claims and it was filed the same day! The services and time that Atty Wyatt provided would have easily been billed at $4000 or more at a firm that would have done 1/3 of the work that he did. He did not know me from Eve and is the absolute nicest and most jovial attorney I've ever met! I'm happy to report that the case was DISMISSED due to the kindness and exemplary legal advice of Atty Justin Wyatt! Thank you for stellar advice!

We hired Justin for a highly contentious case. Over the course of three very long years, he listened and used his high energy approach to help us get to a place where we won. My wife and I worked with Suzanne during a custody and child support modification that my ex-wife filed around the time when the previous poster who chose to remain "Anonymous" commented and gave a one-star rating. To that poster - you know your case better than anyone else including your attorney and if you catch something in a draft document that your attorney didn't - so what. It's your case so you should be reading the documents, catching things, and making changes/suggestions too. If there is something that is important to you, then stick to your guns. Don't blame your attorney because something that they might not view as important in the grand scheme of the case may be very important to you for some particular reason. So communicate that to you, it is important and why it is such and recognize that sometimes it is easier to give on something if it means you can move on.
For me, I was extremely pleased with Suzanne on everything from responsiveness, timeliness, counseling within the legal guidelines, documenting, settling, and finalizing the entire custody and child support modification. In working with Suzanne, I felt that it was a team effort - my wife and I had our role, Suzanne had hers, and we coordinated on everything in between - strategy, ideas, negotiating points, documentation, etc. She is very direct, engaging, and is very timely in her responses and turnaround time. My only regret is that I didn't have Suzanne as the attorney for my divorce and the first modification. Thanks, Suzanne.

Me and my wife recently finalized an adoption with Ms. Prescott. We initially started the process with another lawyer and was getting no where. My wife located Ms. Prescott and gave her a call. From the very first meeting we felt very comfortable with her and she was very excited to work our case. There were some snags along the way but not from their doing. There were several waiting periods on certain things but her office stayed on top of them and communicated what was going on when we asked and even when we didn't. The adoption was very sensitive and Suzanne made sure certain things were not mentioned to our daughter. Really and truly we just kind of sat back and cruised through the whole process. I am now the daddy to two beautiful children and have Suzanne and her great office staff to thank!!!!

I cannot express how grateful I am that I found Daria and her team. I was in the unfortunate scenario of unexpectedly being plunged into our broken family law system.
I interviewed a few attorneys and hired one from another firm (S-M&P). I quickly realized I had made a mistake, as the competence of that attorney was severely lacking and it was clear that they viewed me as an ATM. After a month of manufactured drama/crisis and thousands of dollars down the drain, I made the decision to change attorneys.
I was referred to The Wise Law Firm by a friend of a friend, and from the start, Daria exceeded the high expectations that I had coming in. She was very transparent about my realistic options and the most likely outcomes. She didn't try to push the more contentious options simply to drive up her billable hours. There was never a time when I felt like I was being 'nickel and dime'd into oblivion - their billables are very fair and accurate and I never had to question any line item on my statements.
Daria and her team had the goal of achieving the best outcome for my family and me, and I am confident that my case would not have had the favorable outcome that it did, had I stayed with the other attorney. Family law is an ugly place, and I can't imagine dealing with it day in and day out, but somehow Daria and Stephanie have found a way to insulate themselves from becoming cynical and jaded.
If you are reading reviews because Daria is your opposing counsel, I can say with confidence that Daria is as professional of an opponent as you will find. She is not manufacturing drama/conflict in an effort to drive up the billables and the duration of your case.
If you have already hired another attorney and are having doubts, I would highly suggest making a switch - it's not worth it to stay with an attorney that you don't have full confidence in - the figurative and literal costs are far too high.
TLDR: If you are looking for a family law attorney, I cannot recommend The Wise Law Firm enough.

For the last 7 years, Ms. Wise and her paralegal, Ms. Kayler, have been like extra family members, assisting us with some of the most challenging circumstances our family has ever experienced.
In every event our family has encountered (including parenting plans, modifications, emergency custodial issues, multiple mediations, protection orders, guardian ad litems, all manner of temperaments from opposing counsels, new judges), Ms. Wise's counsel and advice has been spot on. She's not one to make promises, but she has a solid grasp of the legal systems in the area and can accurately guide your expectations and limitations.
I have lost count of how many court appearances and mediations we've attended with Daria at our side, but our children and family have come out safer and better off after each one.
I have personally referred her to many of my friends in need of family legal services, and they've reported the same. She's timely, communicates well, and is passionate about helping her clients and their families.

They also showed great empathy in handling my peculiar case; were very responsive and understanding of my financial difficulties and very generous in giving no charges whilst still working very hard to ensure that all my needs were tendered to. If you are looking for a firm that will fight for you and have your back, this is your firm. My case lasted 4yrs and Daria still remembered details of the case that even I had forgotten that ultimately helped me in gaining custody of my children as well as a very fair final judgement. I will highly recommend this firm, definitely a good lawyer you can trust!

These last few years in have been dealing with hostage situation in the form of my Ex wife who choose to leave our marital home with our child. My previous representation IS a wreck and I had to find someone that actually could do the job.

Gina Grady of this lawy firm recently represented me for a case involving a divorce with children. She helped me settle this divorce, get a contempt against the children’s other parent for refusing visitation and in the end I got custody of my children because of their previously unstable living environment.
Both the firm and Mrs Grady were very professional and very responsive. They allowed me to do as much leg work as I could to help with the case and Mrs Grady would use all resources available, including conferring with other attorneys at the firm, to ensure that everything was handled and accurately and proficiently as possible.

As a father, I had an uphill battle getting my kids out of a toxic environment where my ex-wife was actively alienating my children to the point where I was losing communication with them. Brandy was appointed to be the Guardian ad Litem to investigate my case.
When I was searching for the right legal representation, every attorney knew Brandy and had high praise for her. One lawyer told me that if Brandy is involved, you better be in the right. She comes to trial prepared, documented, and fully investigated. I found this to be true. Throughout the two year investigation, it was clear that she was focused on the best interest of the children. I don’t know if anyone else could have sorted through the complexity of my case.
Brandy thoroughly investigated the evidence to separate information from misinformation. She interviewed school teachers, family, friends, doctors, and my children. My case was very complicated. Even though the alienated children signed affidavits to live with their mom, the courts recommended a change of custody. Brandy handed down a very comprehensive and detailed report to the court. Even though the evidence spoke for itself in the end, I wasn’t sure where Brandy would stand in her recommendation until she was called to testify in the temporary emergency custody hearing. She doesn’t show her cards and did not take sides until she finished her investigation.

Some years ago, my wife and I made the difficult and painful decision to end our marriage after 15 years with two minor children. Although we were unable to maintain the marriage, we were in complete agreement about continuing to raise our children with joint custody for the both of us in separate households.
We initially tried some self-help software to draft a settlement agreement (A good basis to begin the discussion but not really sufficient without being reviewed by an attorney when there are children involved.). We then initially hired Brandy to review and revise the settlement agreement so it would pass legal muster in Georgia courts.
To our mutual shock, The judge in our case did not want us to have a joint custody (What?!) because in the judge's opinion that never works out really that people will cooperate through the remainder of the child rearing years.
We both protested and insisted that both of us were in agreement and we both want to joint custody for the children and that's also with the children desired. The judge informed us that it was "not our decision" and proceeded to conduct a hearing to decide which of us was going to get full custody against both of our wishes.
During a recess, I made an emergency phone call to Brandy and informed her of the situation. She suggested that we immediately dismiss the case and come to her office to consult how to achieve what we were both trying to accomplish.
We did so and she suggested that we both waive venue and re-file in another jurisdiction where the judges reward cooperation and respect joint custody when it is in the best interest of the children and both parents and with full cooperation.
We did so and after languishing for eight months in the original court without satisfactory resolution for anyone, we sailed through a friendlier jurisdiction of her suggestion in less than two months and got some closure on the legal issues.
That has been nearly 10 years at this point and I am glad to report that not only are both of our children healthy and successful college students, but my ex-wife and I have remained friends to this day.
This is largely attributable to Brandy's innovative and quick thinking solution to avoid an irreparable situation that would have doubtless tarnished the relationship with my ex-wife and I, and between each of us and our children.
If there is anyway you can salvage your marriage especially with children, I counsel everyone I know to try that first. If you cannot come to mutual resolution I definitely recommend using an attorney for divorces with children in Georgia.
If you find yourself in this unfortunate situation, there is no attorney I can personally recommend more highly than Brandy Daswani.

I called Saeed and explained my traffic ticket; unlike the other lawyers who wanted me to hire them immediately and pay them up front. Saeed advised me that my traffic ticket was a simple expiry of tag and that i should be able to pay the fine without paying thousands to any lawyer.
