Atty Matt Karr is excellent. He spent the time to understand our need for a credit bypass trust. He explained the process in clear declarative English rather than legalese. I feel that his fee was very reasonable. He supported his documents with a video explaining everything so that I could replay it if I had questions. We spoke to other lawyers that charged more and some that charged less. It is very hard to compare prices like buying a car. I recommend that you meet with Matt before selecting an attorney. BTW trusts are his specialty not just another work product.

I am incredibly grateful to have had Marc represent me in a highly contentious custody case that resulted in a life-changing outcome. What began as a custody case quickly evolved into a complex, multi-day trial with my ex-wife filing for permanent removal from Massachusetts and multiple states being involved.
With Marc’s representation, I was awarded full physical custody and final decision-making authority in legal matters concerning my Child. Prior to Marc taking my case, I had no custodial rights over my daughter and no guaranteed visitation schedule. Your credit card will be charged. I was charged over $10,000 in one month for a contested divorce. I do not recommend this large firm, as they are looking for billable hours. Effie was distant from me and made no effort to get to know my story. I chose the Limited Representation and when you Google this, there should be a partnership. Instead, she did everything and didn't even know how to use Dropbox. I would not recommend this firm.

Attorney Cummings was wonderful. I went to her for a prenuptial agreement and this was my first experience with a lawyer. She was personable, responsive, and explained complex terminology in layman's terms. She helped us create a fair agreement within the necessary timeframe. My inability to give 5 stars (I would say 4.5) results from some lack of communication from the firm, and I will preface that I am an anxious person by nature. Attorney Cummings was out of the office for an unexpected amount of time due to a significant personal emergency. While I would not have expected communication from her or continued work on my case during that time, I do wish someone from the firm could have been more communicative about what to expect. With more communication, I would have spent less time worrying about finalizing before our deadline. It made the experience a bit more stressful than it should have been. I provided this feedback to Attorney Turco and do believe it was well received. Overall, I would fully recommend Attorney Cummings. She went above and beyond for my prenuptial agreement. Additionally, Attorney Cummings and the firm were communicative about the closing out process and when I would receive my retainer.

I use superlatives sparingly, but Lauren is exceptional. When I came to her, I had been thrust into the Twilight Zone - kicked out of my house, able to see my son only sporadically at my ex’s whim, feeling hopeless and powerless, and fearing for my child’s future. It was a situation I never anticipated finding myself in, and one I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
Lauren immediately sprang into action, formulated a strategy, and explained how to execute it step by step. At each stage, it proved effective beyond my expectations. Over the course of a year, I exchanged over 300 emails with her and her staff, and most of mine were answered within minutes. She was always available and willing to communicate, explain, and answer questions. Through a very difficult and at times harrowing process, I never felt alone. Her staff was always friendly, patient, and supportive.
Lauren’s extremely competent, hard-working, and meticulous. She was always very well prepared, and aware of the most minute relevant details. I felt my case always had her full attention, despite not being particularly lucrative. She’s also honest, ethical, and direct. This means you will not be overcharged, and also that she’ll never sugarcoat or overpromise, as other reviewers have said.
My divorce and custody battle was hell, but Lauren made all the difference. I can move on with my life, and be there for my son. Enlisting her help was the one good decision I made in an otherwise very difficult situation.

I can’t find words to express my gratitude for an exceptionally excellent job Lauren had done during my divorce case which was finalized recently. She is truly the most intelligent, diligent, highly knowledgeable, confident, fearless and bold attorney. I didn’t start with Lauren but it was the best decision I made when I hired her (as my 3rd counsel) after firing two previous incompetent and non-transparent attorneys. The divorce was stuck and lingered unnecessarily for nearly 1 year before Lauren represented me. No attorney can beat Lauren in strategy, transparency, timely response, knowledge, and for an honest advocacy. At the court hearing, she communicated clearly with fact based evidences and fearless actions. She was able to make opposition to payback some of the fees. She is very caring and warmest human which we need during the divorce, and also she had been honestly upfront to me by providing true advice, had never promised anything that she couldn’t see within the reach by laws.

I called Mr. Miller to seek his advice as the plaintiff in a commercial landlord-tenant dispute that was scheduled for small claims court in a couple of days. He spent over two hours on the phone with me during our first phone call gathering the details of the case and advising me on how I should proceed representing myself in court…without charging me a dime!
I decided to hire Mr. Miller for which he charged me a very reasonable fee. Mr. Miller understood the facts of the case very quickly and represented me during the trial with the utmost competence and professionalism. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Anthony. He made a very difficult situation manageable. I hired him for a consultation and it was the best time and money I have ever spent. What a wonderful lawyer and wonderful human being. And I'm very experienced at meeting many lawyers through my parents divorce, as they filed for divorce while I was in my 20s, and they were in their 60s. I'm so gladI found Rob, because there are a lot of people you cannot trust in this field. My mother's lawyer was a family family lawyer just like Rob, but my mother ended up getting overcharged for little to no results. After 35 years of marriage, its tragic, my dad has had a $250k a year salary for a long time that has only gone up for 30 years. But my mother ended up without her basic needs taken care of. If only we knew Rob back then.
I consulted with Rob on a case regarding my daughter and got more crucial information in 2 hours than a lifetime with any other family lawyer I have used.

But fair warning, they will keep taking money from you after all of your invoices are paid and they will completely ghost you. Use a card ONLY to set up payments. One you can cancel.
In response to the response from Turco: You are correct, I did not engage you so all payments to the firm you subsumed in my name should have ended especially when my invoices were paid in full. They did not and money was taken from my account without a contract. Interestingly, I got a refund after posting this review so my advice stands. Make sure to put a payment on file you can dispute. Delays trials he defends for FIVE YEARS because he chooses to prioritize more media-prominent trials over those that aren't gaining as much traction. Will goad judges into cancelling trials because he's on vacation, even when the victims families show up to court for hearings time after time. Reddington deserves disbarment.

Where others clients are saying Sam will do what she needs to and takes it to the next level, they aren’t lying. Sam has done exactly that and told my ex husband to change his child support without a modification. He is currently in arrears because Sam tells him it is okay. She thinks she is above the law. As long as it is money in her pocket, she will do anything, even screwing over her own clients.
