From the very initial contact I had with Andy I felt very comfortable and at ease having him represent me in my divorce. Andy spent a great deal of time, listening and understanding my situation and was extremely diligent in every aspect of the divorce. I am from out of state and was charged for excessive speeding and careless driving. I had no idea how to approach the situation as this was my first charge ever. She went out of her way to read my medical records, get letters from my doctor and even contacted an expert in COPD which was the main part of my case. I worked with Robert as my attorney for the last 2 years for my custody case. As a unmarried father in Minnesota, the odds are definitely against you. I hired Robert (Bob) to represent my daughter and I in Family Court. I was seeking full legal and physical custody of my daughter. When Bob and I first met, we were quickly able to see my situation was in dire need of legal assistance. As a single father, this was by far the scariest thing I have faced in my life. Bob was able to take a pragmatic approach, explain to me the processes within the court system, and guide me through litigation with confidence. There were false claims of abuse and Bob was able to not only deal with them, but to bring an emergency motion that granted me temporary custody. As a trial lawyer, I couldn't have been more pleased with Bob's professionalism, knowledge and legal advice. Bob represented me in court on several occasions leading up to and ultimately throughout a 4 day trail. Bob's experience and knowledge of MN state law was key in our outcome.
I was awarded full legal and physical custody of my daughter and mother had to do supervised parenting time. My situation deserved this outcome, but Bob was the individual who brought the argument to the court and ultimately won the case. He chewed up mother's expert witness. He also represented me in post decree matters and was always responsive and on point. His fees were reasonable as well.
I have since referred my friends and family to seek Mr. Manson's services if they find themselves with any family law issues. They have all been as pleased as I was with his services.

I hired Rebecca to make changes to my parenting plan that was poorly done due to lack of representation in my final divorce hearing. I don’t usually write reviews but if this helps one person I will be happy. I tried debt consolidation for 6 months and was getting collection calls and letters daily. I decided to look into bankruptcy and tried a different law firm first and the man missed my appt after they had already rescheduled once. I was frustrated so I went online and found Tim Theisen and gave him a call. After our first meeting, I felt so comfortable with him and felt better about my future. He answered all my questions and laid out everything he would need, what would happen during the process and how long it would take. He is just an all around nice guy and Amy at the office is amazing too. He sticks with you til the end. I can’t thank them enough! PS. I had worked with another attorney before coming to see Tim. The other attorney was very aggressive and rude. I mostly talked to some one in his office and not the attorney himself. I got very little information and resistance to asking questions. It took a long time and was never completed. I left that office and was referred to Tim by a friend.
The difference was like night and day. He spent time explaining things to me in great detail.
I met with him directly and he answered all my questions. He was patient and kind.
He was not judgmental and was sensitive to my
situation.
I needed to keep my car for work and he was able to do that. My job requires that I have a car.
The stress had been overwhelming. My problems started with health issues and I needed to reduce my hours at work.
My case was processed faster than I expected. Once it was done, I felt like I could breath again. A huge weight had been lifted. Now I can begin working on resolving my health issues. Awesome experience from beginning to end. I had an intimidating amount of IRS debt, and no idea how to handle it. The thought of taking on the IRS by myself gave me anxiety. I had spoken with a few “settle your tax debt for pennies on the dollar” people, and not only were they extremely expensive, I felt like they were over promising and being unrealistic (Aka pay us $4k and the IRS will accept a settlement of $250 even though you own property with equity - not realistic). Tim walked me through the entire process, and was confident and knowledgeable, and told me exactly not only what filing chapter 7 could do for my situation - but what it couldn’t do.
