The Nashville criminal defense firm, PNC Law gives you that comfortable family feel, is a real professional. From the moment I called him frantic, wrongfully accused and never been arrested until the moment the prosecutor gave me bogus charges! After seaching for "top lawyer near me" and found the best defense office at PNC Law. One call is all it took and I knew I needed to retain his services asap.
Philip Clark tirelessly, sent the DA every piece of evidence I gathered, he made me feel confident about not going to jail. I live in the Hillsboro West End, and the drive to their firm on Main Street was quick and easy. I am a corporate America career guy, who would have lost his life had these wrongful accusations stuck. I never had a doubt Philip would win my criminal case or at least adviod jail. Each concern I had was met with a calm, and measured and logical explanation. There is no question in my mind that Philip Clark is the best defense attorney in Nashville, probably TN, and most likely the USA. And I almost forgot to mention his rates and payment options are unbelievable. Thanks PNC Law I can look forward to spending time with my family very soon and put this all behind me.

Trudy and Jeff are a dynamite team! I honestly can’t sing their praises enough. Such a blessing! Trudy and Jeff helped me through a downright awful divorce. My ex tried to take my son from me and put me in jail through multiple false abuse accusations to the police in three different states. While these were investigated I lost out on an entire year with my son. But Trudy was able to take this horrible situation and turn it around for a complete victory in the courtroom! Not only did we win a default judgement, but I won 100% custody of my son! Now my son is a straight-A student, in Cub Scouts, in sports, and in church. As a father, I cannot even begin to tell you how much I appreciate Trudy and Jeff. Nobody will fight harder for you. Nobody will communicate with you better or care about you more. They are not only the best, they are family.

Called in to get some legal advice, receptionist was super rude and nasty.
I called in trying to get legal advice and the lady was soooooo rude, she asked me for my email and I told her I didn’t have one, and she started laughing and said….. “who doesn’t have an email now a days, are you serious?! “ I then told her I didn’t want to give out my email because I know it was going to lead to spam, I told her she was being rude and I would take my business elsewhere.
The audacity of people, I would expect this from someone offering free legal services not an office like such. 🙏🏼 may God continue to bless your law firm.

When I found myself in the impossible position of being a stay at home mom and, facing divorce, I had no idea what I was going to do. Thankfully a good friend referred me to Aaron. I instantly felt the relief of having someone both caring and competent, in my corner. I would have been more than happy just to have my kids and, be free of my ex. What I got was so much more. I ended up with both houses and, all of the equity. I have full custody of my children and a very fair amount of child support. Ultimately, I ended up in a much better position to take care of my children than I ever imagined possible. I am also in a much better place mentally, thanks to the kindness and support of Aaron and Christine. I would highly recommend them for any divorce and parenting situation but, especially high conflict.

Radford has been patient and answered every question and concern I had about my case. Everything he says he will do, he does. My son was taken away and he got him brought back home to me. I had a prior attorney for several months and Radford did more in two months than my prior attorney did in seven months. I can’t express my appreciation for what he has done for me, and I would highly recommend Him to anyone.

Mr. Dimmick has been an amazing lawyer hands down. He has opened up the opportunity for me to have my kids again, He has always been available to talk to and explained things very well. He went to court with me and stood up for me and my rights as the father of my kids. We have went through mediation and court together actually. He also gave me the courage to stand up for myself and my kids which I know is not part of what I paid him for but he took that time time listen and help me understand the truth of what was going on. Mr. Dimmick has been very proactive in my case always looking ahead and let me know what was coming up . The money that we have paid him I feel was very reasonable and can't ever compare to the work that he has done for the kids and I. I would recommend him 1000% with out question.

Audrey Anderson did not do what she said she was going to do for me. A total disappointment. She told me one thing before she was paid, then changed her story after she was paid.
She even discussed my case details with a random contractor that came to her home, it turns out the contractor knew me, and I was informed.
Audrey was fired, because for three (3) months, her response to me was," I am unable to reach opposing counsel".

I had a unique case in that my divorce filing was was over eight years old, along with the added compounding difficulty of working overseas as a military contractor. The distance, time away, and time zone differences were definitely challenging. I felt that I received excellent counsel from Martin from what to expect and what would be involved. Martin and his entire staff provided timely updates and rapidly responded to my enquiries and questions. On the day of mediation I felt well-prepared, well represented and was very satisfied with the eventual outcome.
Law services are never inexpensive, but cost is only one measure of value, especially when considering the possible long-term monetary ramifications of a divorce. In that sense, I feel I received excellent value for the cost. This is THE primary focus of his practice, and Martin knows the players involved and the court system around the Nashville area. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin to anyone I know should they find themselves in a similar situation. Thank you to everyone at Marin Sir and Associates for a job well done!

Kristen represented me through a custody dispute, as I tried to navigate the best possible scenario for my daughter, age 5. We knew some of the things I was fighting for (relocation) was an uphill battle, but she supported me while also giving me realistic assessments of our options. I retained Kristen in December of 2021. During our initial meeting she answered every question and I had 3 pages of them. She never made me feel rushed and even asked if I had additional questions. She and her team made me feel important. When dissolving a marriage of 28 years it can be absolutely crushing as we all know. Kristen was always a voice of reason and calm. The Firm was hired for a divorce. Didn't seem to feel like they fought the case for me, just went through the motions. Then bill after bills. Felt like i was not a client but a place where they could keep asking for money. Never got a real breakdown. Even went back to them after divorce for advice on child support and all they wanted was retainer fee. Not saying I dont understand about retainer fees, just feel like the divorce ppwk wasn't detailed enough where i have to keep going back to pay for any adjustments. Should have nail all that down in the first place. Guess 40k- 50K not enough for them.
