Radford has been patient and answered every question and concern I had about my case. Everything he says he will do, he does. My son was taken away and he got him brought back home to me. I had a prior attorney for several months and Radford did more in two months than my prior attorney did in seven months. Mr. Dimmick has been an amazing lawyer hands down. He has opened up the opportunity for me to have my kids again, He has always been available to talk to and explained things very well. He went to court with me and stood up for me and my rights as the father of my kids. We have went through mediation and court together actually. He also gave me the courage to stand up for myself and my kids which I know is not part of what I paid him for but he took that time time listen and help me understand the truth of what was going on. Called in to get some legal advice, receptionist was super rude and nasty.
I called in trying to get legal advice and the lady was soooooo rude, she asked me for my email and I told her I didn’t have one, and she started laughing and said….. “who doesn’t have an email now a days, are you serious?! “ I then told her I didn’t want to give out my email because I know it was going to lead to spam, I told her she was being rude and I would take my business elsewhere.
The audacity of people, I would expect this from someone offering free legal services not an office like such. 🙏🏼 may God continue to bless your law firm.

When I found myself in the impossible position of being a stay at home mom and, facing divorce, I had no idea what I was going to do. Thankfully a good friend referred me to Aaron. I instantly felt the relief of having someone both caring and competent, in my corner. I would have been more than happy just to have my kids and, be free of my ex. What I got was so much more. I ended up with both houses and, all of the equity. I have full custody of my children and a very fair amount of child support. Ultimately, I ended up in a much better position to take care of my children than I ever imagined possible. I am also in a much better place mentally, thanks to the kindness and support of Aaron and Christine. I would highly recommend them for any divorce and parenting situation but, especially high conflict.

I had a unique case in that my divorce filing was was over eight years old, along with the added compounding difficulty of working overseas as a military contractor. The distance, time away, and time zone differences were definitely challenging. I felt that I received excellent counsel from Martin from what to expect and what would be involved. Martin and his entire staff provided timely updates and rapidly responded to my enquiries and questions. On the day of mediation I felt well-prepared, well represented and was very satisfied with the eventual outcome.
Law services are never inexpensive, but cost is only one measure of value, especially when considering the possible long-term monetary ramifications of a divorce. In that sense, I feel I received excellent value for the cost. This is THE primary focus of his practice, and Martin knows the players involved and the court system around the Nashville area. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin to anyone I know should they find themselves in a similar situation. Thank you to everyone at Marin Sir and Associates for a job well done!
