I was going through a divorce and was up to my neck in bills and was about to lose my house to foreclosure, but Adrienne saved the day!! She filed a chapter 13 for me to keep my house, always returned my calls and emails, and was always gracious every time we met or talked over the phone. She also put me in a program where I was able to finance a new car while I was in chapter 13!! I was always told you couldn’t buy anything while you’re in bankruptcy and Adrienne informed me of what’s real and what’s just nasty rumors about bankruptcy. I was stressed beyond my breaking point and had been praying to God about my finances. I came across Adrienne's name in a google search and just felt like she was the one God was giving to me to help. From the moment I walked into her office she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. I never once felt like she was judging me for the situation I was in. She was just there to help. Mrs King was amazing to say the least. She assisted me with an Order of Protection against my child’s father. She was always prompt when I would contact her and treated me so greatly! I didn't know anything about domestic attorneys, due to never having to go through this situation before. Mr. Hagar was straight to point, gave legal advice and informed me that I will recieve any other information in the mail. The Firm was hired for a divorce. Didn't seem to feel like they fought the case for me, just went through the motions. Then bill after bills. Felt like i was not a client but a place where they could keep asking for money. Never got a real breakdown. Even went back to them after divorce for advice on child support and all they wanted was retainer fee. Not saying I dont understand about retainer fees, just feel like the divorce ppwk wasn't detailed enough where i have to keep going back to pay for any adjustments. Should have nail all that down in the first place. Guess 40k- 50K not enough for them.

My troubles started 4 years ago when a detective from Marshal county set me up and proceeded to charge me with a felony that I didn't do. At the time I had no record or knowledge of the law. I just wanted things behind me. I hired a lawyer who was part of the Marshall county cartel and he just went along with everything they said. Long story short I now have a target on me because I bought a farm that Tony Nichols wanted. That man was trying to take advantage of me being ignorant to the law. Last I heard they were getting me on several felonies and sending me to prison for 10+ years. I then got in contact with Ross and he had different plans so I was able to walk out of the hell hole that is Marshall county court house a free man. Ross is so personable and knowledgeable, it gives him the advantage over any other lawyer. If you've been hung out to dry and see no way out from the corruption that we call small town Tennessee politics, do yourself a favor and get Ross Brazil on your side.
P.S. the DA in Marshall County is corrupt as all get out. They all are down there and need to be stopped.

I'd give zero if I could. If you're a woman trying to get out of an abusive marriage, go to someone else. My mother, siblings and I were viciously abused by my father in every way imaginable except physical and had evidence to support this. Richard was hoping for an open shut, easy money case so he had the audacity to waste my mother's time and tell her she had no case and my dad would get everything in the divorce. Keep looking.

Mr Beason came to me as a referral from another lawyer I was working with for the criminal side of my situation. My divorce included 2 small children, 2 homes and 3 businesses. There was a lot to sort through. He took the time to understand how we got here, what my goals were and he went straight to work. One thing you have to understand about Mr Beason is that he will NOT sugar coat anything and, trust me, it was 100% to my benefit. Divorce is serious. Mr Beason's professionalism, experience and sheer heart for his clients kept me on the right track of mental focus and always with a to-do list of what he needed from me. He defended me against hits from the other side that no one saw coming, not even the judge. At some points it was a long waiting game, but that was also strategy that sometimes I didn't see. I trusted him anyway because of the results (and signed court orders) I saw. Like the saying goes, "anything worth having is worth waiting (and fighting) for". Divorce takes work and I promise you Mr Beason worked harder than the multiple divorce lawyers representing my ex. Based on what I saw in the many many hearings we had in Davidson Co, my lawyer knew the law and what to say at the right time, every time. Just as important, he listened to me and took in what I had to say. My concerns and questions were validated, whether relevant or not. It was too easy to worry and be anxious about what was to come in my divorce. Surrounding myself with pros who care like Mr Beason was the best decision I made for my future with my children. The outcome is that I have full custody of my children, full control of the main business, two homes in my name and now the opportunity to move on freely and with confidence into the future. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Gere Beason.

Do not waste your money on this man.
He does not respond to calls or emails for WEEKS, and is rude when you’re finally able to get ahold of him. You’ll feel like you’re holding his hand the entire time to get him to do his OWN job. His excuse is that he needs patience because of his own personal issues. He was hired 2 years ago to work on this divorce and it is still not final even though all paperwork is done and has been done!! He blames his clients for HIS slow work!!!

Dealing with troubling times is never easy. Finding an honest attorney is just as hard. However, I was fortunate enough to find Gere! At one point in our mediation, he frequently checked on the opposing counsel and mediator to make sure neither of the two were "burning up the clock". He explained that it was common for mediators to stretch out the time so they could make more. If that doesn't tell you the type of man he is, then I don't know what else could. With the knowledge and expertise Gere brought to the table, he was able to get me everything I asked for! Gere is a true professional to say the least. Because of him, I am able to watch my son grow up before my eyes. What more could a Father treasure?

Ms. Rubenfeld and her team helped me through my divorce 5 years ago. I was very young with a newborn while trying to navigate a divorce due to my husband's infidelity. Abby met with me whenever I needed, emailed with me as long as I needed to, and returned my calls when I needed. She provided the best possible advice, and she fought for me even when I was ready to give up and give in. Even when I simply needed to vent, she always seemed to listen.
