Trudy and Jeff are a dynamite team! I honestly can’t sing their praises enough. Such a blessing! Trudy and Jeff helped me through a downright awful divorce. My ex tried to take my son from me and put me in jail through multiple false abuse accusations to the police in three different states. While these were investigated I lost out on an entire year with my son. But Trudy was able to take this horrible situation and turn it around for a complete victory in the courtroom! Not only did we win a default judgement, but I won 100% custody of my son! Now my son is a straight-A student, in Cub Scouts, in sports, and in church. Rachel gracefully supported me during my divorce process, which began as uncontested, but shifted into a contested divorce, along the way.
Rachel was always responsive to my emails throughout my case, and I experienced her as patient and kind during each communication we had during my case. Additionally, I experienced Rachel’s legal guidance throughout my divorce as wise, responsive, and precise, while always keeping my best interest as her client front and center. Rachel had a balanced approach of being warm, while also being realistic and “telling it like it is,” regarding each detail of my case, which I deeply valued and appreciated, and helped me to wholeheartedly trust her as my counsel.

Stratton Family Law was the exact help I needed to navigate my Divorce. I had never done anything legally before or even been present in court, so I first googled some lawyers in Nashville which sent me to a larger law firm first. I felt very unimportant and like the intake person on the phone couldn't wait to get to the next caller. They even wanted a deposit of several hundred dollars before I was even allowed to talk to or ask any clarifying questions from a law professional and wanted that money before I even had a zoom meeting with them. I immediately was turned off by that experience and went back to google.
Thankfully, the "Family" in Stratton Family Law caught my eye and was my second attempt at finding a lawyer. The experience was immediately a night and day difference. The office building is a little stuffy on the way in, but once I met my lawyer, Micalah, she made everything so easy on me. Not only could I tell that this firm cared about me as a customer, but she was also great at answering all of my silly questions along the way without sounding condescending or any of the negative implications that the larger firm made me feel. They have a very fair and honest payment plan, she was prompt and kind in communications at every step of the way, and they overall made the experience a breeze even when I was emotionally struggling in court. Truly the best law office out there to handle divorce matters. My brother got divorced some years back and basically I learned from him where he had to hire another attorney to handle his case because the first one messed things up. So when I got into my situation with my wife basically I Googled lawyers in my area Roland Hairstons team came up and I just looked at the reviews and what got me were the reviews where they had to handle cases that other attorneys couldn't finish or going in the wrong direction. That's what got me over and from that point I knew this was the firm to handle my situation. They are straight up with their fees and no hidden fees. I'm not a million dollar client but they treated me like a million dollar client. If I didn't speak to Hunter one of the other attorneys would handle the situation and was on top of it like I was talking to them about everything which was amazing and a great feeling. It's nice when you don't have to explain yourself all over again which means lawyers in this firm communicate to each other so everybody's on the same page. Again thanks for the help your firm is truly the best.

Life experiences can be extremely stressful. I presently reside in Texas. My mother, who resided in Nashville, Tennessee, recently passed away. Although she had a will and I was named executor, I was unaware of the procedure in Tennessee because state laws vary. After researching and speaking with the probate court, I discovered that the initial legal advice I was given was not entirely accurate. At a loss, I was referred to Hairston and Associates because of their expertise in this field and familiarity with Tennessee court proceedings. Mr. Hairston scheduled a p consultation with me. He eased my anxiety by explaining the process, addressing a complex issue of a sibling listed in the will, and available options. After creating a plan, his team walked me through each step, kept me informed, and took care of the details. ZOOM enabled me to attend court with Mr. Evans (attorney at the firm). The probate court was familiar with the law firm and its work. The judge complimented Mr. Evans on having everything in order, and the order was signed in less than five minutes, allowing me to move forward with my mother's estate. I highly recommend this firm if you're dealing with any probate matters. Hairston & Associates exceeded my expectations due to their expertise, organization, and empathy.

My troubles started 4 years ago when a detective from Marshal county set me up and proceeded to charge me with a felony that I didn't do. At the time I had no record or knowledge of the law. I just wanted things behind me. I hired a lawyer who was part of the Marshall county cartel and he just went along with everything they said. Long story short I now have a target on me because I bought a farm that Tony Nichols wanted. That man was trying to take advantage of me being ignorant to the law. Last I heard they were getting me on several felonies and sending me to prison for 10+ years. I then got in contact with Ross and he had different plans so I was able to walk out of the hell hole that is Marshall county court house a free man. Ross is so personable and knowledgeable, it gives him the advantage over any other lawyer. If you've been hung out to dry and see no way out from the corruption that we call small town Tennessee politics, do yourself a favor and get Ross Brazil on your side.
P.S. the DA in Marshall County is corrupt as all get out. They all are down there and need to be stopped.

Thanks to Paul Randolph’s legal prowess, which is truly remarkable, he successfully sought the dismissal of 18 charges against my nephew. This case was extraordinarily complex, involving 6 felonies and 4 theft counts. After those charges were nollied due to misidentification, the Police Department in Rutherford County, Tennessee, charged my nephew with 8 new theft counts. Undeterred by this development, Paul meticulously explored every detail of the case and concluded that the Police Department did not have probable cause to arrest my nephew.
Paul's representation throughout this ordeal has been nothing short of exceptional. Called in to get some legal advice, receptionist was super rude and nasty.
I called in trying to get legal advice and the lady was soooooo rude, she asked me for my email and I told her I didn’t have one, and she started laughing and said….. “who doesn’t have an email now a days, are you serious?! “ I then told her I didn’t want to give out my email because I know it was going to lead to spam, I told her she was being rude and I would take my business elsewhere.
The audacity of people, I would expect this from someone offering free legal services not an office like such. 🙏🏼 may God continue to bless your law firm.

When I found myself in the impossible position of being a stay at home mom and, facing divorce, I had no idea what I was going to do. Thankfully a good friend referred me to Aaron. I instantly felt the relief of having someone both caring and competent, in my corner. I would have been more than happy just to have my kids and, be free of my ex. What I got was so much more. I ended up with both houses and, all of the equity. I have full custody of my children and a very fair amount of child support. Ultimately, I ended up in a much better position to take care of my children than I ever imagined possible. I am also in a much better place mentally, thanks to the kindness and support of Aaron and Christine. I would highly recommend them for any divorce and parenting situation but, especially high conflict.

Truly the best law office out there to handle divorce matters. My brother got divorced some years back and basically I learned from him where he had to hire another attorney to handle his case because the first one messed things up. So when I got into my situation with my wife basically I Googled lawyers in my area Roland Hairstons team came up and I just looked at the reviews and what got me were the reviews where they had to handle cases that other attorneys couldn't finish or going in the wrong direction. That's what got me over and from that point I knew this was the firm to handle my situation. They are straight up with their fees and no hidden fees. I'm not a million dollar client but they treated me like a million dollar client. If I didn't speak to Hunter one of the other attorneys would handle the situation and was on top of it like I was talking to them about everything which was amazing and a great feeling. It's nice when you don't have to explain yourself all over again which means lawyers in this firm communicate to each other so everybody's on the same page. Life experiences can be extremely stressful. I presently reside in Texas. My mother, who resided in Nashville, Tennessee, recently passed away. Although she had a will and I was named executor, I was unaware of the procedure in Tennessee because state laws vary. After researching and speaking with the probate court, I discovered that the initial legal advice I was given was not entirely accurate. At a loss, I was referred to Hairston and Associates because of their expertise in this field and familiarity with Tennessee court proceedings. Mr. Hairston scheduled a p consultation with me. He eased my anxiety by explaining the process, addressing a complex issue of a sibling listed in the will, and available options. After creating a plan, his team walked me through each step, kept me informed, and took care of the details. ZOOM enabled me to attend court with Mr. Evans (attorney at the firm). The probate court was familiar with the law firm and its work. The judge complimented Mr. Evans on having everything in order, and the order was signed in less than five minutes, allowing me to move forward with my mother's estate. I highly recommend this firm if you're dealing with any probate matters. Hairston & Associates exceeded my expectations due to their expertise, organization, and empathy.

Audrey Anderson did not do what she said she was going to do for me. A total disappointment. She told me one thing before she was paid, then changed her story after she was paid.
She even discussed my case details with a random contractor that came to her home, it turns out the contractor knew me, and I was informed.
Audrey was fired, because for three (3) months, her response to me was," I am unable to reach opposing counsel".
