Ponce law was very effective with my case, was easy to reach when ever I had questions and kept me updated. Chyanne responded to text and calls in a timely manner. I lose a lot in an auto accident where my car caught fire. They helped with a property damage claim where I recovered everything I lose, most attorneys don’t help with this but they did!! I had a challenging situation where I was hit from the side by an underage driver with only a permit, and the adult supervising them didn’t have a license either. It was a car wreck in Nashville, and unfortunately, I ended up with two bulging discs.

Truly the best law office out there to handle divorce matters. My brother got divorced some years back and basically I learned from him where he had to hire another attorney to handle his case because the first one messed things up. So when I got into my situation with my wife basically I Googled lawyers in my area Roland Hairstons team came up and I just looked at the reviews and what got me were the reviews where they had to handle cases that other attorneys couldn't finish or going in the wrong direction. That's what got me over and from that point I knew this was the firm to handle my situation. They are straight up with their fees and no hidden fees. I'm not a million dollar client but they treated me like a million dollar client. If I didn't speak to Hunter one of the other attorneys would handle the situation and was on top of it like I was talking to them about everything which was amazing and a great feeling. It's nice when you don't have to explain yourself all over again which means lawyers in this firm communicate to each other so everybody's on the same page. Again thanks for the help your firm is truly the best.

Life experiences can be extremely stressful. I presently reside in Texas. My mother, who resided in Nashville, Tennessee, recently passed away. Although she had a will and I was named executor, I was unaware of the procedure in Tennessee because state laws vary. After researching and speaking with the probate court, I discovered that the initial legal advice I was given was not entirely accurate. At a loss, I was referred to Hairston and Associates because of their expertise in this field and familiarity with Tennessee court proceedings. Mr. Hairston scheduled a p consultation with me. He eased my anxiety by explaining the process, addressing a complex issue of a sibling listed in the will, and available options. After creating a plan, his team walked me through each step, kept me informed, and took care of the details. ZOOM enabled me to attend court with Mr. Evans (attorney at the firm). The probate court was familiar with the law firm and its work. The judge complimented Mr. Evans on having everything in order, and the order was signed in less than five minutes, allowing me to move forward with my mother's estate. I highly recommend this firm if you're dealing with any probate matters. Hairston & Associates exceeded my expectations due to their expertise, organization, and empathy.

My son got caught up with a friend while away at college this past spring!! The trouble resulted in a my son being charged with a felony!! Not good for an 18 year old who’s never been in any trouble via school or the law prior to this!! He was expelled immediately from college and needed an attorney fast! He found Mr. David Von Wiegandt on his on and we reached out! He gave my son a reasonable quote and we obtained him for the case!! Mr. David was successful in having the case dismissed altogether which is better than great! The fact that we took a chance on him not knowing whom to hire because we’re not from Nashville, Tn. I’m so grateful that he was whom we chose because he got the job done without hesitation. I was facing a felony charge outside of Nashville and scared. After calling them, they took over my case and quickky put my mind at ease. Fast forward to my cout date, I was sure I was facing some jail time, a large fine and would have a criminal record that would always haunt me. I was going to be labeled a felon. I was in some serious trouble, but they did what they said they would. They got my charges dropped and my record expunged, And after everything was said and done, I walked out of court a free man.
