I hired Danielle just over five years ago. When I met with Danielle, I just knew she was the absolute best fit for me. There is a very simple reason why Danielle is so well-liked: she is a talented and outstanding attorney who works for her clients as if they were her personal friend or family member. I had the good fortune to find her in my search for new representation after a serious child custody crisis. I had to resolve financial things, but those were a piece of cake in comparison to the issues with my daughter. I still remember the first time I met Danielle because her knowledge, professionalism, honesty and genuine demeanor was strikingly different from the attorney I had worked with and the experiences I had had. She skillfully brought calm to a very emotional and chaotic situation. My ex was toxic and terrible for my daughter who had very specific and special needs. I am so thankful that I chose Jillian to represent me in my custody case. From consultation, to solidifying a final order by trial Jillian was a strong advocate for my desires and kept the interest of my children at the forefront. Jillian and her firm was very responsive to all my correspondence and operated at a level of excellence that I have grown to expect as a veteran and military professional. She is not afraid to address stereotypes, biases, and put together a plan that challenged them all. Furthermore, she understands the importance of fathers, African American fathers to their children, and was not scared to have the difficult conversation in court with children of both African American and Caucasian parents. My voice was heard and it was 100% clear that she would fight for my desires, but she always gave thoughtful recommendations to me as her client. Jillan promised she would advocate for me in the best way possible and build the strongest case she could and she delivered on her word. As someone that lives out of state, she ensured she kept me up to date, informed, and did extensive trial prep with me. I hired Mr David Hudson to help me fight for custody of my granddaughters. My daughter passed away and I had had custody for approximately 2 yrs before their dad decided he wanted them. I am 60 yrs old and This is my first review EVER! But this guy deserves it so here goes Don't even think about it ,just hire him!! This is the guy everyone wants!! I"m from New Jersey and I got a speeding ticket in November 2018, 95MPH in a 65MPH zone ( automatic loss of license)coming back from his wedding,they gave me a court date 4 months later,which I missed .I Got a warrant ,contempt of court, Loss my NC DL priviledges ,loss of NJ DL priviledges, $300.00 fine and still had the ticket! With one phone call to jane and such a super reasonable fee within 1 week Brian got everything dropped all suspensions reversed warrants vacated,fines dropped and original ticket reduced to 74 in a 65 and a minimal fine! He saved me MORE money than I pd him.And I never met him and he fought like a tiger, him and Jane treated me like family the whole time! I tried to tip him and the staff but he refused, So this will be my first and last review ever, my words to the world is "5 stars isn't high enough" for Brian cloninger just hire him don't hesitate

Courtney went above and beyond to help my son with his child visitation case. She came in on her day off , during pandemic when the opposing counsel pulled a shady court order. She immediately handled the situation and with good results. My son's case was a tough case and ended with good results without even having to go to trial. She is worth every penny and then some. When I made the decision to modify custody for my daughter I knew it was going to take a GREAT attorney to make it happen. I was told Courtney Hull was the woman I wanted, and boy was that information correct! Hiring Steve Epstein to help me with the many issues that I was facing regarding a very complicated and messy divorce that included a wide array of valuable assets-- a very successful company, multiple homes, expensive cars, dozens of accounts of all types, in addition to his help in regards to custody, a DWI case, being in a 5 week coma, and steering me out of significant life or death substance abuse issues, was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

It was a year ago my husband and I both frantic and emotionally fragile made an appointment with Kristin after finding her profile in superlawyers. Our situation we knew was going to be challenging because we are Grandparents and our daughter had left her husband for another man and took the children. The story also involved a few other pieces of drama just like most cases involving custody, divorce, visitation etc. We met with Kristin for a consultation and she listened to our story, took notes and spent time explaining things along the way. We knew we wanted to hire her immediately however she had a commitment during the timeframe we needed. I can't begin to put into words how lucky I feel to have been represented by Ashley Smith in my divorce and custody case. Ashley cares about her clients and during what was easily the scariest and most difficult time in my life, I was able to focus on what mattered, protecting my 7 yr old daughter, myself, work, and keeping a straight head knowing I had Ashley on my side to quickly navigate and provide outstanding advise during a chaotic time. She believed in me and was always available and immediately got back to me the numerous times I had to contact her. I was prepared most importantly for the 2 times we had to go in front of a judge and was calm on the stand because I listened to Ashley's advise. Unfortunately my case involved addiction and child endangerment. When going through something like this, you almost spend as much time contacting your lawyer as you do speaking to friends and family. I cannot say enough about Ms. Ashley Smith. She is the eye of the storm. The part in the middle that is calm and stable while there is chaos spinning all around. Some of us, like me show up in her office vulnerable, clueless, scared, hopeless the list goes on. Ashley is not your therapist nor is she going to tell you everything will be fine but what she will do is listen, focus, instruct, compile, answer every single question, guide you. She will only reach out if she has to. Be patient because I can assure you she is working thoroughly on your case. I put all of my trust and fate in her hands and it was not easy. Almost 2 years ago today I made the very difficult decision to end my 2 decades of marriage after my "I do" became an "I don't". The associated legal process of separation and divorce in North Carolina is complex; however consulting with and ultimately hiring Theresa E. Viera was a life-saving move on my part. I am a resident of another state and Theresa Viera represented me in a case in North Carolina. I was unfamiliar with various antiquated laws in N.C. Since my divorce it was very difficult adjusting to the fact that I wouldn't get to see my son everyday like I was used too. In the beginning I worked six days a week so when I was served with custody papers from my sons mother I had no way of getting around anything because of my job. Every other weekend really took a toll on me. Constantly calling my sons mother trying to work out a schedule to see him here and there besides every other weekend always ended in a argument, followed by a hang-up, and "NO" answer when I tried to call back. This literally drained me of my life, and sense of self, and I was lost. So I got a better job with a flexible schedule that could possibly help my situation.I thought "now all I needed was to find a good lawyer". I found two different lawyers and payed my "consultation fees" to both. I got the same results. They didn't even act like they wanted to hear it and didn't care to help. So basically I had nothing. I am so grateful for Matt Arnold and his team. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever be going through a divorce. After almost 22 years of marriage that is exactly what I was doing and I was a complete mess. At the consultation Matt was straight forward and painted an accurate picture of what to expect.
From the hiring of Matt to our final day in court was a 5 1/2 year process. Throughout the entire process Matt and Joanna, his paralegal, were amazing. Never...ever did I feel unimportant. I was referred to Mark Morris by a friend who went through the adoption process. I first spoke with him on the phone for 45 minutes before even hiring him.
