Mr. Hawley handled all aspects of my case flawlessly. When " the other side" tried to prevent me from seeing my daughters... Lee filed a motion and within weeks I had visitations restored. Lee handled all aspects of my divorce and the equitable distribution process with the utmost professionalism. His knowledge of family law is unparalleled.
When "the other side" went back on her word and tried to modify child support, Lee made quick work of getting an unmerited case DISMISSED!
At every turn Mr. Hawley went the extra mile, even having to request the recording of the hearing because the other attorney didn't remember the ruling correctly!

I retained Ms. Nicholson's services last month after receiving a traffic ticket in Durham. It was the first citation I had received, and so was uncertain as to how to proceed. Ms. Nicholson, her partner, and the rest of her staff were all very professional and answered all of the questions I had. They put me at ease, and I worried much less about the situation after our conversations.
Ms. Nicholson was able to get the traffic case dismissed in this specific instance, and I could not have been more happy with the outcome. However, even if the result had been different, I would still recommend her firm due to her professionalism and transparency throughout the process.

I recieved a letter from the DMV in relation to an incident with my monitech device. I got the letter for DMV court on Monday and called Meredith the same day and she made time to have a meeting with me that same day as well as go to the hearing with me that Friday. She was amazing I was so frazzled About goin to a DMV hearing. Meredith sat down with me we talked about the events that lead to the incident and she really made me feel comfortable and gave me the confidence I needed to prove my case and keep my license. I would recommended her to anyone in a similar situation or dealing with the DMV at all!

I approached the Law Office of Kelli Allen in about February of this year ( 2023) to help me submit my Green Card Application. I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. Prices at this office are reasonable to. And nice, and accomodating people! I would go out of my way to recommend this law office and Berna to handle anybody's immigration matters. What a great job they did and I am one happy camper!

On March 24 2021 Mrs. Miller was able to beat a dwi for me where I blew a .12. Very professional argument. Had previous cases on hand to defend her argument. If you want an attorney who will fight for you within the confines of the law then Greg is a good choice. When I left my ex he filed for an Absolute divorce after the 1yr separation requirement. Greg fought for me to have court ordered alimony. There was an unusual twist in my case which Greg successfully helped me with. He is a kind, hard working man. He always promptly replied to my e-mails and answered my questions. His staff is wonderful. Every one I encountered was very kind and helpful Any messages I left for Greg were always given to him. Based on my experience I would recommend Greg if you need an attorney.

Charles Christopher Adkins is the best attorney I have ever worked with, hands down . I recently recieved a traffic citation. Nancy Grace and her paralegal Erin were excellent handling my QDRO after my previous attorney messed things up. Their communications and work were clear and efficient. I hired Elspeth Crawford in March of 2015 for a hit and run and a DUI. I consulted with Elspeth the following Monday of my arrest. I hired her for a fair price. She and her partner immediately got my drivers license back from the court house. She told me exactly how she wanted to handle the case, including which witnesses to bring in. My wife and I were named in a lawsuit due to a breach of contract. Our roofing contractor didn't pay his roofing materials supplier, so we were being sued by the supplier also. I hired Elspeth to handle this legal matter. She was very courteous and professional and assured me that this lien on our house and lawsuit would be taken care of.
I gave her copies of the insurance checks cashed by the contractor and also checks cashed by him for our portion of the contract such as insurance deductible. With in a few weeks, Elspeth had this matter cleared up and the opposing attorney removed the lien from our house.

I had been working through a divorce, thinking that we would not need a lawyer as we were attempting to split as amicable as a couple could in this day. Unfortunately, I think the court system frowns on Pro Se divorces and we found ourselves seeking an attorney to assist us through the nuances and legal-speak. Brad helped us migrate towards a clear path, cleared the way through some of the hurdles I had inadvertently constructed and actually shaved some of our final costs down from some of the leg-work I was able to successfully navigate. He was a pleasure to work with, did what he said and completed what he pursued for both myself and my ex-spouse.
