We used Inga to help us with some Master Services Agreements (MSA) and she was extremely thorough and clearly explained our liability as well as some of the language in the contract. Shawn crowley was recommended to us and when we called we immediately liked him. He was detailed and competent in child welfare laws and was able to put our minds at ease concerning the issue.

When I initially contacted Mr. Crowley and explained my issue, Mr Crowley asked enough questions to make sure he understood my problem. He was very clear about potential solutions and suggested what he considered the best one was. He immediately put me at ease by giving me all of the important information. He did not talk over me or waste my time with legal jargon.
At every step of the way, he let me know what was going on either by email or phone, so I never felt lost or overwhelmed. I thought that I would be in court, but he ended up getting my case dismissed. Can't do any better than that.
Would hire again and have referred friends with good results. A+

I was wrongfully accused of assault on an officer and some other things - Megan was newly licensed here in WA State. Joanna is very professional and is a great listener and communicator. She is helping me respond to combative situation and I'm very grateful for her help. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Her office is full of books about conflict resolution and high-conflict people/how to respond to them appropriately which I think is great. Joanna helped me finalize a mediated divorce. My ex and I worked through the majority of the issues (over a year) with a wonderful mediator who provided me with Joanna's contact information at the end of the process. What I appreciated is Joanna also wanted to make things work smoothly and not "fight" a battle for no reason. Her fees were reasonable and she did not over bill. I found her kind and compassionate, but also very smart. I returned to Joanna a year into my divorce with some issues ( as my ex was re-marrying) and she listened, provided support and information and referred my ex and I and his new wife to a fantastic counselor who was able to help us move through the bumps. I first spoke with Dean about a Chapter 7 bankruptcy in December 2009 I didn't choose to file until right before Christmas in December 2010 (wish I had filed sooner in retrospect). He never pressured me and always made me aware of my options before I finally decided to file. He made the bankruptcy process much less stressful and simple to follow through with. Mr. Moeller proved to be an amazing attorney for the civil harassment case brought against my daughter. He was professional, honest, intelligent, reassuring and responsive. During the court hearing he presented a clear and concise legal argument on my daughter's behalf always sticking to the facts and evidence of the case, which I could see the judge appreciated. I owned a piece of property that I bought when I was young and the taxes on the land were killing me...paying more than the property was worth. I used Ms. Lanham to help me through a very difficult divorce. I sufered a brain aneurysm in 2003, and as I result of my brain injury, I can not transfer memories from short term to long term memory. This woman is like Mary Poppins she is perfect and amazing in every way. Let me say this, I have delt with abuse of my abuser for 15 years. After abusing myself, our child, and then another child he had with another victim, he continued on his path. He nearly got away with it. FCS bought his lies and didn't spend the time to look through the hundreds on end pages of evidence from doctors, mental health providers, and school records, as well as look into all the CPS reports from the school against him. Evangeline Simmons represented me in a Domestic Violence Protection Order stalking case. My case ended up being unusual in a few ways, and she did a very skillful job building a strategy that was successful for me. I was tremendously grateful to her for her knowledge, commitment, and the way that she went the extra mile in pulling together the documents and pleadings for the protection order, as well crafting responses to other intervening events, which had added to the complexity of my case. I had several lawyers helping with a difficult divorce case that involved a lot of unprofessional conduct from opposing counsel which made an already unpleasant process much worse than it needed to be. When Mr Hunt joined the team it was abundantly clear that I was being looked out for legally, in de-escalating the situation, and by incredibly fair and conscientious billing. I have been working with Mr. Hunt for a couple of years now on a difficult child support case. David was a phenomenal advocate for me as I proceeded through my divorce. He considered my interests and preferences, informed me of the law and fought for what was best for me.
On those occasions where the opposing party made threats and seemed poised to derail the process from a reasonable outcome, David successfully "talked me off the ledge" keeping me apprised of my rights and the law's view of the issues in my case.
I most strongly recommend David Starks. I do not feel that I could have had better representation in my case or obtained a better outcome.

I have the displeasure of dealing with legal conflict in my regular professional activities. In the case where David assisted me, it was most personal in nature related to my family situation. I can therefore say, that David is an outstanding and experienced Lawyer as well as wonderful Human being. These characteristics makes him look at cases holistically, which is an extremely rare strength in the legal profession.
I do not have strong enough words to describe how well he guided me both emotionally, tactically and strategically through the process, always with a foresight of what was coming next. The execution of the formal legal process was superb. In addition, he was most helpful when I asked all my pesky questions that were most likely annoying to him - and the dialogue was ongoing even during weekends and during his family obligations in a shockingly timely fashion - I have apologized to his family.

Nobody wishes to be in a legal process, especially one related to one's near and dear.

Lori’s a little more expensive than some divorce attorneys ($375/hr), but well worth it. I’ve often found that lawyers who cost more per hour, end up costing a lot less in the end. She’s one of those.
Over the course of several contested divorces and custody battles, I’ve used 5 different divorce attorneys and Lori’s by far the most effective at getting what's fair and moving you past what's likely to be the most difficult period of your life.
I was referred to Lori by high-powered women in the Seattle investment community. They represent many high-net-worth individuals and were concerned about me. They had watched too many of their customers, both male (like me) and female, get decimated as the result of poor legal representation.
I like Lori for many reasons, especially because she’s one of the creators of a small new movement in family law call “collaborative divorce”. The purpose of this practice is to do the deal ... get the divorce over with ASAP … for the sake of the children (especially) as well as the adults. Lori doesn’t believe in profiting by empowering her client to believe he/she is in the right when they’re not. That does nothing but extend the painful, destructive divorce process interminably ... at the expense of the client's emotions and cash.
Knowing her reputation as a powerful peacemaker, I invited Lori to criticize any demand I felt like making that was unreasonable in her eyes. She did so in a compassionate way. She headed off behavior on my part that wasn’t conducive to settlement by explaining _why_ certain details of my approach wouldn’t work best.
She sometimes based her opinions on experience and sometimes on a description of how I would be perceived if I didn’t change myself for the better — i.e. it's usually not a good idea to place fault in a divorce -- you chose him/her afterall, and both parties are hurting no matter how it appears. In my mind, I learned that the only fault in the process is when a client hangs on to anger, blame and revengeful thinking — thinking that many other divorce attorneys simply encourage.
And yet, Lori also fights like hell for you in a compelling and effective way, at just the right moments and by picking the most important points to get out of the way first. She’ll do what it takes even if she has to get down into the trenches to become your warrior.

I was new to this area and was in need of an attorney for a divorce, I have only met a few people here and started to ask around and I was given Brad Feit's name twice by 2 different people. So I decided to go and have a visit and after sitting down with him for just a few minutes he was so down to earth and I felt so comfortable. I have had attorney's in the past and boy most of them do not have that personality so this was a breath of fresh air to say the least. I asked for help in a payment plan as I was new to area and was living on savings till a land a job and he was so accommodating that also made me feel so much better and relieved. Savvy lady. Really knows the law. Sad that other attorney's seem to just throw stuff at the court to see if it sticks and she's good at being smarter and putting the law behind you.
Knows parenting plans, parenting evaluations, Domestic Violence better than anyone. If you have a difficult parental custody issue she'll get you through it always thinking strategically for you. She made some big strategic steps for me early on, knowing more than me that things would get difficult, and it served me well.

Through Linda’s legal representation, the court awarded me custody of my grandson. My grandson was living with me to avoid the abuse he experienced in his own home.
This was a particularly challenging situation for many major reasons.
(1) My grandson’s divorced parents lived in another state, which created legal complications for obtaining guardianship.
(2) We had no “hard” evidence of my grandson’s abuse with his family due to his living 100’s of miles away.
(3) Social services in his home state wanted to reunite my grandson with his father, who was his primary abuser.
(4) For several hearings, as long as his mother phoned into the court, I was not granted custody of my grandson.
Linda not only did the legal work with the court system, she worked as an intermediary for me in numerous discussions with my grandson’s parents.
This combination of legal skills and acumen resulted in my having permanent third-party custody of my grandson. He will have the safe life I promised him by growing up in my home.

Even though Rebecca was too busy to take my case, I am writing this review based on an impressive interaction with her. During a phone call, Rebecca provided me with more honesty and invaluable guidance than my former attorney had in a year. She took time to talk with me, even though she couldn't take my case and there was nothing in it for her. The only regret is that I wasn't able to engage her from the start.

Kanoa represented my husband for our prenuptial agreement and later we used him for our wills. He was easy to work with and kept things succinct.
