I hired Ben after a representing myself for the majority of my two cases. I wasn't as successful as I would have liked and I knew my case would end up going to trial. Even though I had a falsely filed protection order granted against me, Ben was able get me a fair parenting plan with DV no restrictions. If you know anything about Washington State law it's extremely difficult for men to get a fair trial. I only wish I would have found Ben earlier in my case and maybe the protection order would have never been granted. My advice to father's fighting for their children is to consult with an attorney asap. One of the best things about Ben and Community Legal Solutions is that they will work with you financially. I would have never been able to afford an attorney if it wasn't for Ben and Community Legal Solutions. To all father's and mother's fighting for their children, I would highly recommend Ben. He definitely went the extra mile and didn't even charge me what he should have. I am grateful that there are attorneys out there like Ben.

I got to Lisa Reed's office through a recommendation and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. My case like so many others I assume was quite messy and stressful (divorce with three small children), Lisa was amazing from the beginning walked me through all of the steps and was incredibly thorough through the entire process. Not only is Lisa great at what she does but her office is incredible. Everyone in her office works as a team to communicate what is needed, what is going on, etc.
I found Lisa to not be a very intelligent Attorney, she was also incredibly courteous, attentive and concerned about my needs and always put me at ease. I would definitely recommend her to anyone dealing with a family law case!

My brother was forced into a guardianship by these people. The Guardian Ad Litum completely ignored the revised laws of 2020 that state Guardianship is to be the least restrictive measures with individual preferance as the most important focus. The Guardian Ad Litum instead marked every box to strip my brother of all his civil liberties taking extreme measures to ensure my brother would never be able to live independantly again...my brother did not deserve the Guardian Ad Litums attack upon all his civil liberties thaf reduced him to a dog basically. Shr alsi did nothing to protect him she reduced him to a vegetable with a stroke of a pen...she probably is a volunteer for the court who has no formal education about guardianship and real intent. But here lies the true problem the attorney with FoxBallard even told my family it was futile nothing could be done to stop this nightmare ...this firm is nothing more than a parasitic nusiance of greed that benefits by inflicting suffering on vulerable adults who the legal system should protect not exploit!
