I hired the Fernandez firm about 2 years ago. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez myself. I signed all their paperwork and sent them everything they asked me for. I had some questions during this time, so I spoke with his Legal assistant by phone and email. I asked to speak with Mr. Fernandez on several occasions, to no avail. I also signed a paper saying I could not discuss my case with anyone else. I believe that the statute of limitations is past now, and I’ve still heard nothing. What my husband endured through horrible neglect he has still not recovered from. I’ve spoken with many doctors and nurses that told me this was pure neglect and never should have happened. I’m devastated.

My Attorney I feel is the best in the S.E. when it comes to family law.
After final judgment my ex wasn't happy with the outcome from the Judge when he found and pointed out that she lied under oath several times and wasn't forthcoming with any of her testimony, so she filed an appeal through her lackluster attorney.
My attorney immediately requested I hire Mark Baseman to represent me which I did.
That was the best thing I ever done in my life to secure my future.
Mr. Baseman and his team worked through the appeal with skills that only come from experience. He reiterated to the appeals Judges with accuracy my ex's very low character in the court of law and won my case.
Mr Baseman was very easy to work with and reassured me every step of the way.
I highly recommend Mark Baseman and this firm for any family law appeals that anyone may have.

I never thought I would need Jon’s expertise again but here I am, singing his praises because he helped me out. I had a traffic issue that I knew I could have dealt with myself but I knew that the outcome probably wouldn't go the way I wanted if I represented myself so I called the one person I knowwho is one of the best, Jon Hackworth. Not only did he take on my case, he assured me he could get me the result I wanted, and he did! Actually, it was taken care of a week before I was to go before a judge! Out of the blue, he reached out to me and told me my case was dismissed. I was beyond thrilled! Jon is so knowledgeable and skilled in the law that I won’t trust anybody else but him. I will turn to him again if I have to not only for myself but for my family too, I have that much faith in him. Going to court and dealing with legal matters is so stressful but I don’t worry anymore because Jon is so good at what he does and he always has my back. Although I did not have custody requirements my divorce was complicated and abusive. I was on the verge of obtaining my US citizenship, I was not permitted to reside at any of our properties (Resulting in me needing to move six times in 2023), We had several properties to liquidate in two countries (multiple provinces/states), There was domestic violence during the marriage and plenty of post separation abuse and abuse of everyone involved in the case, including realtors insurance companies, utility companies etc. Christina assigned my case to Jonathan Bodden (although she did maintain an oversight role) And they both definitely had to think outside the box in order to get all of this resolved while at the same time protecting my Citizenship process and personal safety. And as though things weren’t complicated enough, the governor reduced alimony requirements halfway through the case. Jonathan navigated these issues within a very broken system as best as he possibly could. They were both intensely concerned about my safety (At times it felt like they were the only ones) and all their recommendations made this a priority. Jonathan was always supremely professional in the face of extremely frustrating circumstances.
If you have a difficult or complicated divorce, I would highly recommend Anton Garcia Law To represent you. It still won’t be easy and they can’t make it all go away, but they are committed to representing and protecting their clients even in the worst circumstances.

Richard is very professional and personable. My situation was complex. Many jurisdictions and asset classes. It is rare you will find a divorce lawyer with his background and ability to understand complex securities related issues. I fired three lawyers before I found him. Best decision I made in my whole divorce process was hiring him. I highly recommend Richard to anyone going through a divorce process. Honestly, the best lawyer, I’ve had the experience of working with, & I’ve had quite a few! Very professional always there for you 100%, answers the phone unless he’s in court. Probably should have billed me for a therapist fee because while I was going through my tribulations he was always there for me to talk to, and vent to! Robert and his staff have been nothing but professional and efficient! They will definitely show the experience they have. Prior to Robert sparks I had a console that in 3 years I wasn’t getting anywhere and going on 4 years of not seeing my son. As soon as I hired Robert Sparks he was able to not only get me quality time within 3 months, but within 6 months he got me a 50/50 time sharing even after many false allegations from mom to DCF about child abuse. Family hired him to help my brother he took the money then swapped him out he wouldn't do in person inspection of evidence for the case he begged my brother to take a polygraph test in which he passed and he still failed to do his duty my brother is 1000% innocent and if wasn't for him telling my brother he was getting released he wouldn't have signed a improper plea agreement this guy Rob us of 160k plus other fees wouldn't recommend ever he filed no motions he completed no depos he was asked numerous of times to file motion to incur cost for private investigations, officers in the case resigned due to investigations, the prosecutor destroyed evidence that was known tore up unwarranted phone with amicable evidenc even had the known suspect stating what the detectives did and done, phone bills was altered as well as videos was altered my innocent brother was sentenced to 7yrs for something he didn't do and a person he never saw nor came in contact with which is RIDICULOUS Look at case number 162019cf009692 in Jacksonville fl Duval County ALL FACTS
