I worked with Traci on establishing paternity and requesting 100% physical custody of my 3 year old daughter. Her mother has been battling severe mental illness and is not capable of parenting at the moment. Traci was incredible to work with. Syed, (and legal team member Brandy), are the upper echelon of family law representation. Once I told Syed my situation regarding my divorce he immediately had my mind at ease.
EVERYTHING he told me was exactly what took place all the way through the final hearing. He is articulated, composed, and friendly. No gray areas, no surprises, and only positive outcomes.
Whenever I called the office, (a lot), someone always answered my call. If I ever had a question I always received answers in a timely fashion. I had absolutely ZERO issues.
I would say most family lawyers are like Kirkland brand chocolate; good but you know there’s better. If you want Godiva level quality, you go to Syed.

Syed and his team are the way to go. His fee was 25% of what they charged my ex. Easily accessible, you can text him anytime. Knows the law and everyone in the area. Everything is super efficient. He’s not out to take your money. He wants it done quickly and fairly. Zero issues. The attorney will matter regardless of how simple you think the case is….get a good one that knows what they’re doing.

I called them less then 24hrs before my sons court hearing . He had a warrant for an eight year violation of probation. We figured he would get some jail time and more probation.They got everything dismissed!! First of all, I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Hunter. After extensive research and considering many options, I ultimately chose her, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Mrs. Hunter tailors her approach to fit each unique situation. I initially thought I needed a super aggressive attorney, but I quickly realized that Mrs. Hunter's well-established relationships with other attorneys in the Tampa Bay Area made all the difference. I would recommend Pete to anyone. Pete and his paralegal, Kristy are very professional and courteous and always kept me in the loop and were extremely helpful. I hired Pete to help me with a long distance parenting plan and during the process of getting everything done the mother of my child moved to a different county and her counsel was being extremely difficult and trying to drag everything out. Rather than kill me with fees and travel time Pete suggested that I find another attorney closer to the county courthouse where the mother now resides. Not only did Pete help me to find another attorney closer to the opposition, he personally called my new attorney and spoke with him and let him know all the case details and had all my case files sent to my new attorney the same day that I retained the new attorney. Pete is a very honest attorney and again, I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.

My wife and I had a horrible experience using this law firm to prepare legal documents for us prior to our marriage. Their drafts are extremely sloppy with inaccurate data and misspellings all over the place. They likely offshore the preparation work because honestly who would misspell "Home Depot" or the name "Michael" multiple times in a legal document (and where is the review by a paralegal???). The most ridiculous part is they charge the clients for revisions to these careless mistakes. Sorry, but why are WE paying for YOUR mistakes??!?!?
After our legal documents were finalized we had to chase them around to get a refund of the retainer. Again they charged us for the time it took for them to email us back (again why are WE paying for YOUR internal issues?). FINALLY after 3 months of the documents being finalized we got the final refund and we are at the point where we don't even want to bother arguing with them over the frivolous charges.
We don't mind paying for high quality service, but their lack of quality and difficultly to deal with doesn't justify any price. STAY AWAY and watch your invoices because they will ROB you blind.

My experience with this attorney was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for services, he failed to deliver on multiple promises. I specifically hired him to negotiate with a collection agency to reduce costs or establish a payment plan, but no progress was made. When I asked him to file a motion with the court, he initially agreed but later refused after receiving payment. Unfortunately, I received no assistance or meaningful results, leaving me to handle the matter on my own. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone seeking reliable, honest or effective representation.

First of all, I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Hunter. After extensive research and considering many options, I ultimately chose her, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. No one ever knows what to expect in situations like this, and my emotions were running high, as I’m sure anyone reading this review can relate to.
Mrs. Hunter tailors her approach to fit each unique situation. I initially thought I needed a super aggressive attorney, but I quickly realized that Mrs. Hunter's well-established relationships with other attorneys in the Tampa Bay Area made all the difference. Let’s face it, divorce is incredibly challenging, but it doesn’t have to be unbearable when you have a skilled attorney who keeps you out of court, helps you stay levelheaded, and is mindful of your finances.
I have come to believe that Mrs. Hunter has been in this field long enough to prioritize her clients’ best interests over simply making money. She genuinely cares about her clients and focuses on achieving the best financial and logical outcomes. In my experience, she values great word-of-mouth referrals over the “smash and grab” approach that many other attorneys adopt.
