There is no words that would give fair praise for Mr. Larsen. He is an incredibly tough attorney who knows what he is doing and does not waste his clients time or money doing nonsense. He is brutally honest about the case progress and where everyone stands. He is very accessible and friendly but he fights the case with intelligence and fierce straightforwardness. He is an incredible human being as well as a top attorney. You will definitely be in good hands.

After being denied bond and told by every attorney in the commonwealth it was impossible, Ms. McClenney pulled off the impossible and got the court to grant me a fair bond. After going through a 2 year custody battle with my ex-husband, 3 continuances and still no court date, I hired Ms. McClenney and she got me a court date quickly. The day of court, Ms. McClenney appeared ready and well prepared to fight for me. After it was over I was in the court room in tears because I could not believe that I finally got my day in court and a court order granting me sole custody of my daughter! Lily Saffer is an excellent young lawyer with great legal skills, caring demeanor and strong customer skills. This young woman helped me defend against a Divorce proceeding being pushed by my wife's attorney. This attorney took advantage of my wife's health issues to push a case based on false information. The Divorce was eventually non-suited.

Jacqueline was very professional attorney . She is by far the best attorney I've ever hired !! All my questions answered all of my many emails and phone calls response quickly .I have a horrible custody battle in which I was accuse of all kinds of lies . Jacqueline knows her stuff she forced the proof in which there wasn't any . She's very smart and skilled and has amazing tactics she truly cares about her clients and fights for you .Can't say that about many attorney most just want their $ and then do very little work . Jacqueline has decreased her divorces cases but agreed to take mine- thank goodness! I had a previous lawyer blow through a large retainer without even getting the first responses out. I was looking for help to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently- for my financial and emotional well being. It still wasn't cheap but she kept me sane while dealing with a circus on the other side. Kept the important things in life in focus. In the end, I finally sat with the ex and worked it out the way I had hoped we could have through mediation. She is funny and strong. Her depositions of my husband were classic. Great attorney!

Mike got my charge dropped down from a felony to a misdemeanor with no jail-time. By doing that he saved me from going 2 prison. I was on probation at time of offense, so now I have a probation violation and Mike said that he would help me free of charge. The reason being that I payed him 2500.00 for the case that got me the violation. I know a lot of lawyers would have tried 2 get more $$ out of me, but not Mike. Hoping n praying not to get in anymore trouble, but if so, I’ll call n hire him again.

I asked around, and did my own research looking for an attorney to represent me for an appeal from general district court. Mr. Milam's office responded to me in a timely manner, didn't push me to come in, and worked with me for an appointment time. Mr. Milam listened patiently to my thoughts and ideas regarding my situation, and made me feel comfortable to ask all questions I had. He made no promises, but I really liked his attitude and when he asked "what have you got to lose?" I knew he heard/understood what I was saying. He knows his stuff. He got a very good result in my case. I would recommend him without hesitation. Excellent attorney, so very glad I hired him.

Don is a straight talker. He is the kind of attorney that you want in your corner. I appreciated Don's style a lot and I wish I could have hired him. I have recommended many people to Cheri Warren for divorce law. She was actually my ex-husband's attorney when he left me in 1996. My attorney wanted to escalate the divorce and take it to court so that she could rack up a huge bill. Whereas Cheri Warren made it easy for us to divide our assets fairly and honestly. Because she was my husband's attorney, my husband and I had a very amicable divorce and have been able to remain cordial co-parents of two very happy, well adjusted young men who are both in college now. While the divorce was not my desire, I am so very, very thankful that she was able to help us accomplish it in such a manner that we have been able to remain friendly for the sake of our boys. I'm sure I have sent at least 8 or 10 people to her over the years and have heard nothing but wonderful remarks about her professionalism and fairness. Divorce is an ugly thing to go through, but Cheri is gifted at making it as undamaging as possible for both the couple involved... and their kids. What more could you ask for in a divorce situation? I found her thru my company Group Legal program and boy am I glad I did. My case is interstate with me living in NC and the NCP in VA. Sadly my NCP is what they call a "runner", which made the case extremely difficult and time consuming. I hired Mrs. Hardy off our first phone call. I was out of sight and had never met her till our first hearing, but she was someone that I trusted off her knowledge and professionalism. I was not disappointed.
My case was about 7 mos long with a lot of motions and issues, but she was diligent and efficient. She didn't waste time or money and was always willing to find the time to talk and explain the legal issues of my case. I was not a good client because I thought I knew what I was doing, I was emotional and at times very hard to deal with. It didn't phase Mrs. Hardy at all. She listened and advised in the best manner for my child. She Won. She is a winner.. She changed my life and the life of my child. She made the difference and that's exactly what you want when you are dealing in Family matters. Its scary to go to court but having an experienced and professional attorney who is compassionate and patient, changes the whole process. Being out of state made it even more difficult and nerve racking and of course the court system is very slow. I was able to put my faith in her, while continuing my life in NC. I did not have the resources to go back and forth to court and I left it all in her capable hands and she lead me to Victory and an extremely excellent outcome. She got justice for my child and that has no price tag.
I plan to use her if my case is appealed. I highly recommend this lawyer.
