Mr. Daugherty handled multiple cases for me. I was involved in a very controversial separation to divorce. Although I tried to work with my ex toward an amenable resolution and get treatment for his addiction issues, my ex's family and the opposing lawyer made that difficult when they proceeded to file multiple fraudulent claims against me. Mr. Daugherty stepped in several times to assist - he even went out of his way to make sure I was aware of legal proceedings he found out about that were purposely filed by the opposing parties behind my back. Although the opposing party was highly unethical and attempted to circumvent or delay any proceedings they knew they would be unsuccessful in, Mr. Daugherty was straightforward and honest with me in options to deal with such. Unfortunately, my ex lost his addiction battle and passed away and I continue to fight his family to get the compensation that is owed me and my children; however, Mr. Daugherty's assistance in making sure I safely got out of an abusive situation was worth the cost. Mr. Daugherty is not only patient and understanding but is also ethical, straightforward, honest, and reliable.

I hired Mr. Mitchell to assist with the very sad but necessary eviction of a family member from a townhouse. Mr. Mitchell was always prompt, courteous and professional in all our communication, which was made more challenging due to me living out of state. He informed me thoroughly of my legal rights and responsibilities and of legal actions to be taken in various circumstances. He coached me well in how to communicate with the family member tenant in order to comply with the law and get the best outcome. He took care of serving the tenant the written notice. We have consulted with Geraldo and appreciate all his help, the office canceled a consult because we didn’t confirm appointment but they never sent anything to confirm. Explained this to the office staff and they always promise me a call back but never return one. We were ready for Geraldo to take our custody case to court and help us protect our grandson….office staff has other priorities unfortunately….i know it’s not Geraldo as he seems like a very fair, concerned attorney.

Olesya is the most kind and personal attorney I have ever dealt with.
It is hard to find someone that is willing to take time out of their day to answer a question, or give advice that is probably second nature to them. She is that person.
She is so knowledgeable. She explains everything in full detail, she will even draw it out for you (or me) if you just still can’t understand until you. There is a lot of legal jargon and rules etc., that I simply don’t get.
