JC Estevez and Nicole Naum are phenomenal attorneys. I was accused of a heinous crime that I did not commit at the age of 16. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his paralegal Jennifer.
I have had a protracted case with Jason going on 6 years now. I'm grateful I have him in my corner. Jason is an expert in this field of law and his command of the subject matter is unquestionable. His advice is always wise and on point. He's reasonable, fair, and interested in finding the best overall solution (for all parties). He is also not afraid to tell you like it is when you need to hear it. He has saved me from myself on multiple occasions.
He's clear, articulate, and efficient in the court room. He has a knack for cutting thru the minutia and homing in on the critical issues and what's necessary and prudent to argue them. And when he gets on a roll, it is amazing to watch, as stated I'm glad he's in my corner!
Jason's fees are reasonable. And it is clear he has my best interests at the forefront and never once has taken any action that could remotely be construed as having his bottom line in mind.
No one wants to need to retain an attorney for such an extended duration but I can honestly say I consider him a friend!
Jennifer is thoughtful, thorough, and meticulous while being accommodating and understanding at the same time. I decided to choose Mr. Hirsch after seeing his reviews online and the amount of success he has brought to his clients in the past. Brian is a knowledgeable, experienced, humble, trust worthy, and a patient lawyer to work with. Through out the entire last year, Brian has never failed to satisfy me by giving me information I needed to be prepare ahead of time. He would answer my questions, file all documents, give me head up all in a timely manner. During mediation, I was Uncertain and unaware of many issues which that he patently explained to me until I was Satisfied with his answers. He gave me examples of similar cases and success rate which put my mind at ease. I am very happy with my divorce settlement agreement regarding custody, visitations, support, assets division, property division, etc. I was saved the hassle to go to trial and by having a successful mediation. Brian is calm, keen, and fair. Going through a divorce is horrible and having an attorney that one can trust completely is key. This is my second time writing a review for Ms. Virk, the first of which was under the name FDB. After retaining Ms. Virk, she delivered the most favorable outcome that I could imagine. I reached out for a consultation in the Morning Mr. Tortolero called me later that same afternoon. He was very friendly and professional but not like a stuffy professional. I was rushing I thought he is not being paid let me get right to it! It was quite the opposite, I felt like I was his client, he was patient, knowledgeable and extremely honest, transparent and supportive as if I was his client. He was like a cheerleader. He shot me down if he thought my suggestion was not going to fly in court he did not sugar coat things, I appreciated that. He was honest about the cost he did not lie and say oh it will only be x amount and I will have this done in no time. Luckily I had never had the need for a lawyer before in my life, so I was skeptical in how to select one. Of course, google shows you a million results, and then ads in your apps after you search, but after calling different lawyers and dealing with their unavailability; I dialed to the Law Office of Scott S. Ives, I expressed how urgent my matter was, he dropped what he was doing and immediately started helping me out on my case! He has proven to be reliable, knowledgeable, empathic, and well known in the local area. The other party had the "big" firm, with all the names and partners, and the more expensive bill, but Mr. Ives proved to be triumphant in the end; if you hire the other guys, you will rarely speak to your lawyer, you will end up talking to the receptionist, the paralegal, and rarely your lawyer.
