I had an excellent experience with them. Not only did I get the most favorable outcome I was hoping for, I felt at ease through the whole process. Everything was explained to me as we went along and all my questions were answered in a timely fashion. He gave me a price for the fee up front and nothing was added to it. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do, I am coming back to J&J Law Firm.

You do not need a lawyer that’s scared of speaking on your behalf and she isn’t. I am a Type-A perfectionist and a bit of a control freak as well as being a business professional. The extremely high degree of competence, motivation, and tenacity I experienced working with Caryn and her whole team never had had me anxious or concerned at any point throughout my divorce process, and that is the highest compliment I can pay her. As a result of Covid, I found myself in a situation where I needed an attorney to help me recover my security deposit. This was an unusual situation because funding for my loan was pulled two days before the scheduled closing due to market conditions surrounding the pandemic. After some research I retained Ward Damon to help with this matter. Attorney Leitner was assigned to my case and has done a wonderful job resolving this issue to my satisfaction. I had been using Mr. Cripps from the time my son was 2 for my initial divorce and child support and his fathers indiscretions until he was 13. Never once did he promise me ANYTHING! There were times I felt so frustrated and wondered what the hell he was doing? Why wasn’t he ordering drug tests? Why wasn’t he fighting harder? All the while what I didn’t know was that Mr. Cripps knew the system inside and out and knew it would not fly. Not to mention the integrity and trust he has built with the courts is stellar! They know he’s not there to just throw anything at the wall to see if it sticks. The many many times we were in court we won, EVERY TIME! And when my sons father would show with a high payed attorney that his mom payed for they would try and bs, along with my ex, and lost! The one thing I truly regret was listening to a friend who convinced me to use another attorney at a very crucial point in time, that he had used and I ended up paying probably about 6 times what I would have paid with Cripps and I know he still would have done better than she did. I still won but even she didn’t think she did. There is no doubt in my mind he would have too! And better! Mr. Cripps would always talk me down. I was very emotional, scared, lost, angry, all the things! And he was so patient with me. I will never forget the one thing I always remember and carry with me that he told me, “he will hang himself” he said to me. At the time that frustrated me but when I look back I can tell he knew the type. He simply has seen it all. Mr. Cripps has a secret guys. He reads people. He knows what he is doing without having to charge people what these other thieving lawyers do! All with integrity, honesty, trust, and just no bs! So if you are looking to spend a lot of money on a “tiger” go right ahead! But my money would be on Mr. Cripps every time! He truly is a Godsend!

Michael Dyer was one of the first calls I made during an extremely difficult period of my life. I had zero knowledge about separation and divorce. All I knew was I needed it done and with guidance. My very first
call with him he gave me an explanation with great detail about what it would entail and the proper steps to take in order to proceed with my divorce. He made sure I felt comfortable and that my needs were met as well as making sure I had everything to gain and wasn’t being taken advantage of from my ex partner. Mike doesn’t only exceed his expectations as a lawyer but made me feel safe as for someone like myself with emotional and learning disabilities. I appreciated his willingness to be patient with me. For the last 12 years, I have been dealing with lawyers, both professionally and in my personal life, unfortunately. I trust Mr. Dyer and his firm like I trust my family. Anytime I had an issue pop up throughout the duration of my cases, they were quick to come to bat for me and they always produced the best result. It didn't take long for me to learn they take pride and care in all cases, large or small, high-profile or just your average person. After witnessing Mr. Dyer fiercely battle for my children, I was not surprised when I later learned he too was a parent. This gentleman treats his clients like they're family, and he fights for them like they're family. Additionally, he has taken the expert knowledge of the field and communication capability to a level of perfection - this was particularly helpful for me as our court systems legal lingo can most times be difficult to follow. It's truly remarkable to witness him manipulate the law so exquisitely and brilliantly. I always use these reviews to make choices and often wonder if they are real. I know for a fact now that all the great reviews on Gerald Salerno are true. We called on a Saturday and he immediately said I'll go in and meet you at my office. He is honest and diligently gets all the facts before advising. He will let you know exactly what is to be expected and what steps will be taken. He would answer any of our questions at any time. He was available by phone, email or text if we needed him no matter what the issue was. He made a difficult time so much easier, just knowing he was on it made a huge difference. He is experienced and knows what is needed and gets it done very efficiently. Even after he was paid and all was done he still contacted us at later dates to make sure all was going well. It was definitely a very good choice in hiring him.

I dont even know where to begin with reviewing Mr Shalhoub and his team. I have been seperated from my NOW ex husband since Feb of last year....after months of not acting on it i was finally served by my ex for the divorce. I than scrambled to find an attn. A friend referred me to another attn who will remain nameless, and will not go into much detail, but after being told "maybe you should get back with your ex husband and have him sign a post nuptial agreement" (my ex husband was trying to make me sell my house and give him half when he had no entiltment to it) I knew i had to take matters into my own hands and find someone else. I had a GOOD friend who is a retired police officer refer me to Mr Shalhoub. His team quickly got me in for a consulation and Mr Shalhoub was right on it fighting for my home. Promising me that i am safe. Within 30 days I WAS DIVORCED and my house was safe. There are no words to show my appreciation to Mr Shalhoub. I will be forever grateful for him making this a VERY easy process!!! Do not look any further when looking for a good family attorney.

Joe Considine helped save my wife’s life and restord our family including allowing 2 children to have their mother back. With my wife suffering from Alcoholism and refusing to get treatment, I turned to Joe to get her court ordered rehab through the Marchman Act. Within 24 hours of my first call to Joe, we had a court order and the following day she was in rehab. Joe and his staff worked quickly and efficiently to ensure she received the treatment she needed. He kept me informed and sent me emails with all filings and communications with other parties throughout the process. He prepared me for the hearings and walked me through what to expect so I was fully prepared. There was a very difficult and uninformed opposing counsel who potentially could have derailed our efforts but Joe was able to push forward and get the court order for a full stint in rehab and sober living.
Fast forward several months, and a family has been reunited and rebuilding their lives with total sobriety and 12 step programs. Mr. Daniel Bachert successfully represented me since 2015 in my case. I was all ready divorced and my ex-husband wanted to modify the child support. Even though the child support was modified, Dan was able to prove that my ex-husband was not only failing to pay child support, but the alimony and the court-ordered school expenses for over 10 years were also in arrears. My ex-husband was also found in contempt for failure to provide documents relating to the children. Mr. Dan Bachert provided excellent representation and service. I hired Dan after attempting to file what I believed was a simple custody and support arrangement regarding my then 2 year old daughter. Her mother had started refusing to allow me to see her, even though I had been sending her money to help with my daughter's expenses. I filed the initial paperwork and attended the first mediation on my own, believing that it would be simple. We were only together a short time but were not married, and I wanted to help raise and provide for my daughter. Unfortunately, her mother wanted me to provide for both of them and was determined to keep me out of my daughter's life until I agreed to her demands. I hired Dan because I quickly found out that the system favors mothers, and despite my intent, I was not going to be a part of my daughter's life if I didn't get legal help. Dan put me at ease right away. He worked closely with me over the next few months attempting to come to an arrangement that worked. Unfortunately, my daughter's mother held her position, and ultimately we had to go to court. My daughter's mother was extremely unreasonable and grasping at straws, making her volatile and unpredictable, but Dan was prepared for every possibility. Mrs. D'Alo was soft spoken, prepared, precise and to the point. This was an extremely emotional case, a bitter break-up, and a dog used as a pawn to win the other back. It’s not often you find a “divorce” attorney they is ethical, honest, and at the same time willing to do what needs to be done in the best interest of his/her client. That is exactly what you get when you retain Chris. From our first meeting, Chris laid out the facts of my not so simple divorce. Rather than try to take advantage of me as most attorneys would, Chris advised me to spend a little more (alimony) versus spending upwards of $5-10k to fight what may or may not have saved me the same amount. He could have taken my money and told me I had a decent chance of winning, but he chose to be honest and ethical. My divorce is just about 18 months in the rear view and things come up from time to time that I need Chris’s counsel. I’ve always been able to get a hold of him, and I’ve always received prompt and honest responses.
