If you are dealing with a Family-Related legal situation, I implore you to retain Tom Sasser. His professionalism, skill, and tireless advocacy for his clients is unparalleled.
I retained Mr. Sasser after a series of previous lawyers had seriously jeopardized my legal position. If I had retained him initially, I would saved a ton of heartache (and a ton of money!). His retainer fee is justifiably high, but in addition to his exceptional representation, he is extremely judicious in his use of client resources. Not only did Mr. Sasser help me recover from my weakened position, but he achieved as good an outcome in my case as I could have ever hoped for. He literally saved my family, and I am eternally grateful.
If you are absolutely unable to afford to retain him personally, than I strongly recommend retaining one of his associates. It is clear that he holds everyone in his firm to his exacting standards, and keeps tabs on all the cases his firm is engaged with.

Mr. Val is definitely God sent! He was in federal court to represent his client when my case was called. I didn't have a attorney. He took my case free of charge.God knew the situation I was in. Unfortunately, I experienced a tragedy that has scarred me both mentally and physically for life. Fortunately for me, I had both Shane Chernoff and Jason Weisser representing me and turning this situation upside down for the better.
