I have to give a big round of applause to Troy Klein. He did an excellent job in handling my domestic violence and divorce case. This process was not easy emotionally but I was able to rest assured that he was going to fight for what was rightfully mine. Troy knew my ex husband of 15 years more than I knew him within our first consultation. Because of Troy's knowledge and expertise, he knew how to go about strategically fighting for me and my children. He was paid $10.000 of my money, he never communicated with me, only my ruthless sister, I ended up with a felony which has ruined my Problem was he not knowing (especially odd for what I see is supposed to be a attorney with great reviews) what my legal address was since 2014, my license clearly stated that & I had been living with my Mother for a consistent 9 months, & through the years on and off. 2 nd Judge gave me ankle monitor, Mr Scott Skier said "Well if you had somewhere to go we could have fought this, your Mother had many problems." Even the public defender knew that was my address. Never got back in the building, never saw my mail or belongings again. The police report was absurd, my Mother had dementia and also made up stories, she stated that I had just moved in the day before coming from jail....I actually thought the detective made that up. I actually flew in January 2021 from Long Island, NY, she actually was upset I didn't make it there for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I was arrested October 2021 for nothing!!! I have to add that I went to apply for Social security, April 2024, they told me they could not pay incarcerated people, I was in shock.... Evidently the case was never closed. They thought I was an escaped prisoner😱😎😂😡I met attorneys that said they knew him very well, my sisters flew in from NY & changged the locks on my own residence that I shared with my Mother, I was told my new attorneys I could have knocked the door down on the 22 nd. floor

My family and I were involved in a somewhat horrid case with my wife's ex. Mr. Jamieson and his staff were simply outstanding. They were honest, realistic, and always had the ability to calm our nerves when they were most frazzled. There was simply nothing that they were not forthcoming about. Moreover, they always provided us all of the information that we needed in the most timely manner imaginable. Their service was first class. Because we were out-of-town clients, they were willing to work with us over phone and on weekends when we could get into town.
He suggested expert witnesses that truly helped our case. He also cared about the welfare of our child above all else. He also respected us, our opinions, and our needs. This was a non-traditional case, so his expertise was absolutely essential. He understood the need of our daughter, developmentally and otherwise. He also understood how to build a very complex case that demonstrated that justice was on our side. Rather than reducing a complex case to the "standard," he and his staff fought hard for us.
Here is the best part: We won everything. His knowledge of case law, use of experts, and professionalism far exceeded that of opposing council. The truth of the matter is that he was simply better prepared and that the cost of that was worth the quality. He provided us with advice that we did not necessarily like and asked us to spend money on the places that were worth it. And the results were worth it! Really nice to have an honest, results-oriented attorney who treated our problem with the seriousness that it deserves! We will continue to use him and HIGHLY recommend him and his practice. His ability to demonstrate that an unconventional case deserved an unconventional judgement truly sold me (and the judge) on the quality of his practice.
He has impacted our lives so much to the positive, I'd give him 6 stars if I could. Thank you!!!!!

I owe my peace to Mr. Jamieson. He masterfully crafted a Marital Settlement Agreement for me. This legal document served as a catalyst in opening the gates to real communication with my husband. I honestly don’t know where our paths may lead, but I do know I owe the progress we have made to the flawless implementation of the Collaborative Divorce principles Mr. Jamieson provided. I can’t say enough about Curt, Nicole, and Robert. My situation is extremely contentious and complex. They came into my (messy) case five years later trying to clean up another attorneys many mistakes and unjust rulings. Had a family paternity hearing in which I paid this attorney to come and show evidence against the party that would be in my favor. Comes the day of the court hearing and this guy decides not to bring/forgets the file to prove against the opposing party! On top of that while in the hearing when opposing party was on the stand, didn’t have the questions ready, was turning through papers looking for things to ask the day of the hearing! Uses the “um” word more than a 5 year old. This guy is totally unqualified in my book. Lost my case. Do your research.

I hired this lawyer to help my son with a legal issue, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of assistance we received. Despite our expectations, the lawyer seemed disinterested and unengaged throughout the process. Communication was practically nonexistent, leaving us feeling left in the dark about the process of the case. Our concerns were brushed aside, and it felt like we were an afterthought. This experience has left me frustrated and regretful of my decision to hire this lawyer. I would not recommend their service to anyone seeking genuine legal support and representation.

Valerie is a great attorney! Never imagined we’d need a criminal defense lawyer, but my husband knew her through a friend and immediately thought of her when we needed one. She was very thorough when explaining how the process would work for us. She laid out worst and best case scenarios so nothing would catch us by surprise. She absolutely knows what she’s doing and was very happy to refer us to other competent professionals on matters that aren’t her specialty. Our case was pretty simple and straight forward, but she was still 100% available for any questions we had and was always just a text away for whatever we needed. Her fee seemed very fair and we’re so happy she was there to represent us. Absolutely, hands down recommend her!

In my experience, this lawyer did not work very deligently. He was very slow on replying to questions and concerns. In addition, he did not seem very knowledgeable of immigration issues at all. So it ended up costing me and my family money and above all time which we didn't have.

I wouldn't let them draw up a simple power of attorney for me. I called them because they are a big firm I wanted to file suit against a local hospital for miss diagnosing me costing me months of treatment and my cancer to spread and become more aggressive. They said I didn't have a case. I wrote 50 letters and mailed them to 50 different attorneys explaining what this particular hospital did. One attorney responded. A young Lady in Georgia that was also licenced in Florida. She said you have a great case with everything backed up in writing. I would like to handle the case for you. She filed suit for me I never had to go to court or be disposed and she called me in less than a year and said we have a settlement offer from the Hospital and the doctor. My part would have been 275 thousand after she got her part. I said I'm not going to settle for that she said I knew you wouldn't because we talked about what you wanted when we first met. She said I declined it as soon as their attorney called me and I told them you wanted to go to court and pled your case to a jury to decide the amount of suffering they caused you. I thanked her the following week she called me and said they made another offer to keep it out of court. I asked her what the offer was and what my part would be. I settled for a cool 525 thousand dollars as my part she got a total of almost a million dollars on a case these attorneys said wasn't worth it. I still have cancer however I'm getting treatment and I was able to pay off all my debts including my home and set up a trust so my son would have money when I die. I would never call these people again.

If you want to pay a low fee retainer, I understand. BUT if you put the trust into Eric Ash to do the right thing and put actual effort into your case, that will be a huge mistake. I put in a HUGE amount of time into my case (CS Establishment/Paternity Plan) to ensure everything was accurate. This should have been an “easy case” as I was never married. Eric Ash couldn’t enter the #’s correctly on a standard CS Calculation Sheet when it was the most important time (presenting it to the other party). I ALMOST signed on it but could tell the numbers were way off. Luckily I have a brain and saved myself from an INCORRECT CS monthly payment that would’ve added up to substantial loss until my child is 18 years old. Protect your $ and time. Stay away

My divorce was awful. My ex was/is extremely intimidating and manipulating and he layed it on the two lawyers I used over the course of nearly two years so much that one actually filed a withdrawal. When I finally met Eric I didn't have much hope and he turned it all around for me. He managed to get my trial set very quickly and stop my ex in his tracks with his professional yet kind manner. During trial, he knew everyone at the courthouse and is well respected and assured me that everything would be ok. Eric was right! He kicked butt for me during trial and reiterated that I need to be strong and ask for what I want without being intimidated. I am forever grateful. Eric was not only a fantastic lawyer but he was able to put me at ease with my decisions. He is a seasoned attorney and I continue to use him now while dealing with the constant aftermath/modifications from my ex. My confidence in him is solid and I will always refer anyone to him.

Abigail Beebe and her legal team were very professional throughout the course of my divorce. I live out of state , so Abigail was referred to me through a friend of mine. We actually never met face to face. My divorce should have been pretty straightforward, as there were not a lot of assets involved, but it dragged on for a year and a half.
