Bait you in with care and open arms to evidence all while draining your retainer and waiting for the perfect moment to request for more money. My divorce was very difficult and challenging in many different ways for almost two years and Ashley never wavered, her calm confidence and caring supporting me on many occasions when things were just becoming too much. Her deadly weapon is having an extremely likable manner while at the same time being extremely persuasive and logical clearly painting a picture in the judges mind of even the most complex issues. At every hearing and the trial where she represented me, every single time she got the judge to see it from our point of view and agree with our position ruling accordingly. She ended up fighting for me until the absolute end and ended up getting me everything that I wanted in the divorce. Jamison was on my case so exactly 30 days didn’t go to court once I was desperate for help . He got paid 9,000$ didn’t go to court not once and had the audacity to ask me for another 10,000$

My family and I were involved in a somewhat horrid case with my wife's ex. Mr. Jamieson and his staff were simply outstanding. They were honest, realistic, and always had the ability to calm our nerves when they were most frazzled. There was simply nothing that they were not forthcoming about. Moreover, they always provided us all of the information that we needed in the most timely manner imaginable. Their service was first class. Because we were out-of-town clients, they were willing to work with us over phone and on weekends when we could get into town.
He suggested expert witnesses that truly helped our case. He also cared about the welfare of our child above all else. He also respected us, our opinions, and our needs. This was a non-traditional case, so his expertise was absolutely essential. He understood the need of our daughter, developmentally and otherwise. He also understood how to build a very complex case that demonstrated that justice was on our side. Rather than reducing a complex case to the "standard," he and his staff fought hard for us.
Here is the best part: We won everything. His knowledge of case law, use of experts, and professionalism far exceeded that of opposing council. The truth of the matter is that he was simply better prepared and that the cost of that was worth the quality. He provided us with advice that we did not necessarily like and asked us to spend money on the places that were worth it. And the results were worth it! Really nice to have an honest, results-oriented attorney who treated our problem with the seriousness that it deserves! We will continue to use him and HIGHLY recommend him and his practice. His ability to demonstrate that an unconventional case deserved an unconventional judgement truly sold me (and the judge) on the quality of his practice.

Had a family paternity hearing in which I paid this attorney to come and show evidence against the party that would be in my favor. Comes the day of the court hearing and this guy decides not to bring/forgets the file to prove against the opposing party! On top of that while in the hearing when opposing party was on the stand, didn’t have the questions ready, was turning through papers looking for things to ask the day of the hearing! Uses the “um” word more than a 5 year old. This guy is totally unqualified in my book. Lost my case. Do your research.

I hired this lawyer to help my son with a legal issue, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of assistance we received. Despite our expectations, the lawyer seemed disinterested and unengaged throughout the process. Communication was practically nonexistent, leaving us feeling left in the dark about the process of the case. Our concerns were brushed aside, and it felt like we were an afterthought. This experience has left me frustrated and regretful of my decision to hire this lawyer. I would not recommend their service to anyone seeking genuine legal support and representation.

Valerie is a great attorney! Never imagined we’d need a criminal defense lawyer, but my husband knew her through a friend and immediately thought of her when we needed one. She was very thorough when explaining how the process would work for us. She laid out worst and best case scenarios so nothing would catch us by surprise. She absolutely knows what she’s doing and was very happy to refer us to other competent professionals on matters that aren’t her specialty. Our case was pretty simple and straight forward, but she was still 100% available for any questions we had and was always just a text away for whatever we needed. If you want to pay a low fee retainer, I understand. BUT if you put the trust into Eric Ash to do the right thing and put actual effort into your case, that will be a huge mistake. I put in a HUGE amount of time into my case (CS Establishment/Paternity Plan) to ensure everything was accurate. This should have been an “easy case” as I was never married. Eric Ash couldn’t enter the #’s correctly on a standard CS Calculation Sheet when it was the most important time (presenting it to the other party). I ALMOST signed on it but could tell the numbers were way off. Luckily I have a brain and saved myself from an INCORRECT CS monthly payment that would’ve added up to substantial loss until my child is 18 years old. Protect your $ and time. Stay away

My divorce was awful. My ex was/is extremely intimidating and manipulating and he layed it on the two lawyers I used over the course of nearly two years so much that one actually filed a withdrawal. When I finally met Eric I didn't have much hope and he turned it all around for me. He managed to get my trial set very quickly and stop my ex in his tracks with his professional yet kind manner. During trial, he knew everyone at the courthouse and is well respected and assured me that everything would be ok. Eric was right! He kicked butt for me during trial and reiterated that I need to be strong and ask for what I want without being intimidated. I am forever grateful. Eric was not only a fantastic lawyer but he was able to put me at ease with my decisions. Everybody say that these are good attorneys, but my mom was neglected and left on a van at her job in the owner would not show us video of my mom. I heard Morgan and Morgan was really good. They accepted my case twice and then turned around and told me they couldn’t take my case which I don’t understand why you can’t take a case for neglect. I also had a brother that’s incarcerated that was beating by guards and I heard Morgan Morgan was really good With cases My brother was injured broken rib They also wasn’t able to help with that case. I don’t understand, why are people referring these people as good attorneys and they are never able to help with none of the situations that they specialize in.
