Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.

They sent the dealer I bought a car from a demand letter without my knowledge and I don’t even know how he got my information I don’t know how this is legal. I only found out from the dealership. Kasra Sadr was doing all of this behind my back trying to get money from the dealer I bought a car from. I never knew this lawyer before I got notification about a demand letter sent on MY BEHALF?? WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is absolutely INSANE! What a low thing to do. There is nothing wrong with my car and I have NO IDEA how he got my information. Then he tried to convince me to sue the dealership and that I could “make a lot of money” since my car has been in an accident according to the auto check. But I already knew this when I bought the car and literally signed for it so there was NO POINT in trying to sue them for something I already knew about at the time of the purchase. He not only violated my privacy by getting my information, but also tried to get me to falsely sue the dealership when they did nothing wrong and disclosed everything to me. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

Back in 2020 I was framed with some drugs in my spare tire in Tijuana, when I try to cross the border I got arrested, it was overwhelming to me, I didn't have any money for attorney at law services, the court assigned this attorney , it was a long walk but everything came out more then I expected. I Was able to fight my case from outside, once Mr. Johnson actually believed in me everything was down the hill
Thanks to his commitment and experience we were able to come forward, with the expected result, after 14 months the DA dismissed the charges and I was able to go back home.

I had the unfortunate experience of Mr. Beshwate representing me nearly 15 years ago as a youngster who got himself in trouble. I was charged a sizeable sum to avoid paying a fine to the court system and ended up doing many hours of community service instead. Well, here we are over a decade later and it looks like this fraud took my money and ran because there is a big ol' fine that's been brewing for years and is now triple what is was. Maybe he just forgot to file the paperwork, but who knows? No call backs from the office staff, no answers, no updates. I'll be on the hook for a huge fine and he can laugh all the way to the bank. I'll be laughing all the way to the state bar.

Robert Helfend Is by far the best attorney I have ever hired. I have hired other attorney's in the past, but what impressed me most about Mr. Helfend was that he was very confident about getting me the best outcome, I didn't even think I could get. He was very straight forward and told me what to expect every step of the way. He knew the judges, the prosecutors and most importantly he knows the law. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again if needed. I recommend him to friends and family and I am so thankful for his work ethics, he goes above and beyond for his clients. And he is really humorous and had me laughing throughout a very stressful time in my life,
I was charged with multiple felonies for identity theft and he got the case dismissed just recently in March 2022. I hired him for two federal indictments for my fiance who is currently not serving any prison time for federal identity theft, charged, back to back. Mr. Helfend did the impossible and got him out of Federal prison. Who does that???? Again I can not say enough about this wonderful, knowledgeable man. I am forever grateful and I will never forget.

I was introduced to Elon Burk by a trusted attorney in the industry, so despite seeing reviews online about issues with refunds, I chose to trust the referral. Unfortunately, my experience with Mr. Burk was extremely disappointing and has left me questioning his professionalism and integrity.
Mr.Burk requested a substantial retainer up front, but as soon as my case concluded, he became completely unresponsive. He stopped returning my calls, and despite multiple phone calls and emails to his office, I received no reply. It’s astonishing to think that an attorney could treat a client this way—taking financial advantage without any apparent accountability.
Given my experience, I strongly urge others to reconsider before choosing Mr. Burk for their legal needs. It’s essential to work with professionals who are transparent, responsive, and truly committed to their clients. Unfortunately, Mr. Burk does not meet these standards, and I would not recommend his services to anyone.

I hired Mr Burke for a simple investigation after he scared me into the idea of being in trouble when really nothing was there. After I paid him It was almost impossible to get a hold of him.
I asked him for updates numerous times to which he never responded. Terrible customer service, and a terrible experience. Still can't believe I was charged for nothing.
Mr Berk has never bothered to refund unused retainer while having ignored e -mails and phone calls.
Dishonesty at its worst.
Just a bunch of "con-artist". I've never heard that a Legal professional can charge large amount of money in Retainer, do absolutely nothing about the case and after all ignoring request for a refund. I would never recommend anyone to retain Mr. Berk's services.

Totally satisfied! I am very grateful for the efficiency and promptness that the staff at Maison Law demonstrated in their efforts towards me obtaining my green card. Silvia and Jasmine in the front office made me feel welcomed with their kindness the minute I stepped in the door. And Sissi the paralegal, apart from her friendliness, was very effective in making sure that I understood everything pertaining to my case. Although they never guaranteed 100% that I would receive my green card, which is understandable, they were able to tell me that 97% of their cases had been favorable, which gave me hope. My experience was with Alexkia Torres Stallings, she went and asked the state prosecutors to help her for a recommendation related to my case. Things got worse in my case and I don’t wish to even talk about it. She is so lazy and careless and I was neglected. Mr. Torres is not professional by throwing his clients cases to his associate Alexkia. That’s not fair! I needed to change to a completely different criminal defense lawyer who took care of everything for me and got my whole case dismissed. Save your money and time and don’t bother with this law firm. My experience with this law firm was miserable.

David Torres handled a case where my son was the victim in a major auto accident. He was genuinely concerned with his well being and worked hard to make him as whole as possible. My son had numerous fractures and underwent several surgeries. The hospital/medical bills were outrageous. In the end, they were settled for pennies on the dollar. If it wasn’t for David, everything from the insurance would have gone to medical bills. Now he has a future.

I hired Kelly Kilgore to represent me in court, he would never keep an appointment to see me always with an excuse or another and when I fired him, he kept 90% of the money for doing nothing, then I took him to arbitration and again he kept canceling and making excuses, now I am taking him to small claim court and reporting his fraud acts to the California Bar association.

Mr. Kilgore handled my sister's case. I love this Attorney because he showed so much love and compassion for his work as well as his clients. Many attorney's are in it for the money only and could really care less about the clients just as long as they win, but not Mr. Kilgore. He does this because he just love helping people. He is a real go getter and puts his all into what he do. And because I loved his work ethics so much I've even referred a close friend of the family to him and now he's handling her case. This attorney has not responded to our questions regarding our son's case. We have repeatedly called, e-mailed, and texted to no avail. Our son has given this attorney his okay in allowing us to be privy to information. Attorney has been paid a great deal of money. We were asked to provide certain documents to present for his court appearance relating to his stability and bond yet he has failed to return our call. We are not in the same state as our son or attorney. We simply are doing our best in providing what is needed by us and are only asking for the courtesy of a five minute phone call. Case has not gone to court as of 8/9/13

This "attorney" really does not deserve any stars at all. He doesn't care about what you have to say or provide, as an attorney that should be the first thing you do for your clients. He lacks motivation and has no pride in what he does to represent you. He's too old to fight. Not aggressive "attorney" at all whatsoever. He just cared about his money and doesn't even bother to keep you updated nor informed on what's going on. He's always late to every court hearing and waits the last minute to tell you when court is, and goes into court like he just crawled out of bed. This guy fell asleep during court on multiple occasions, and incriminated the case more than what it was. He talks really loud, with no filter. I honestly think he needs to be looked at VERY VERY closely by the state bar. He should NOT represent ANYONE AT ALL.

Mr Strauss is a top notch defense attorney. During trial my thoughts were "wow this man is like a seasoned prize fighter". He threw so many punches I lost count. His determination and preserverance awed me. The jury came back with a guilty verdict but new evidence was revealed and now the tables have turned and the judge is working with Mr Strauss to help set my ex husband free. I can tell you this with certainty that Mr. Srauss is a brawler and will fight to the end to set you free.

I hired David Nick and during his time on my case he was sanctioned 3K dollars. He also appeared late to a hearing which was followed by a reprimand by the judge. I watched attorney Nick for the first time in court, and when the judge asked him a simple question, his response was nothing like his written legal brief, he seemed to forget what he had written. Mr. Nick was paid 20k dollars for a trial but when the case didn't allow for a trial and Mr. Nick refused to return the money. I am forced to file a complaint with the State Bar. When confronted about the problems Mr. Nick caused in my case, he arrogantly denied any and all of the facts. Mr. Nick claims to be a Navy veteran, I also am a veteran, who regrets ever hiring him.

Being framed basically, his associate and him devised a strategic plan which led the accusers right into purgering themselves during deposition. Never even went to court. BEST LAWYER EVER.
