This attorney charged me $7500 to represent my interest if a R.O, against my son I wanted removed as I did not put it on. Instead she sold me out and had my son removed to a rehab facility , did not mention the removal of the order without even telling me. She did that to help the prosecutor. It lead to disastrous results to my son leading to his death and the destruction of my family. I hired her the next day in shock at her behavior so criminal. Do not be fooled she does not know who her client is and will she rip you off also OF Course.

Michael Goldstein is by far the best lawyer i’ve ever had the pleasure to meet and beyond grateful he is representing my husband during this awful series of events. He was initially charged with 2 counts of premeditated attempted murder. Mr. Goldstein worked magic and allowed my husband the opportunity to obtain a plea bargain that included dismissing the more serious charges and entering a plea to one count of assault with a firearm, a non-violent offense which enabled him to serve only 50% time. Our time with Mr. Goldstein was all around a 10/10. From the beginning to the end. Every encounter with Mr. Goldstein calmed any nerves we had. He personally met with us and appeared at every single court hearing (most other lawyers send their not so inclined nor convincing representatives) and also personally visited the jail on multiple occasions to speak with and confirm the safety of my husband. This Attorney screwed up my Nephew from his employemejt law case adding more damage to his emotions and mental health just making things worse for my nephew were this experience just triggered things up. For this I’m here putting notice on this attorney with this rreview going by If I could give zero stars I would. My case was turned from very simple, to very complicated to run up charges to ridiculous amounts. Either the office doesn't know what they're doing, or are 100% full of deceit. Simple acts without your consent on making decision and shady hiding facts from information related to case such by simply fact kept you aware of court dates scheduled ended findings out afterwords that there was few court hearings and never was informed on court filing documents were turned into a fraud quitting on you settled taking a low offer when I been told but others representative that my case be worth more . steer clear unless you want to get ripped off

I’m very grateful to Mr. Scott and his firm. We never felt like ‘clients.’ He viewed us as individuals of incalculable worth. He understood that we put the most difficult situation of our lives in his hands and he wasn’t going to let us down. It was obvious that Mr. Scott valued the truth and justice of our situation over his own ego. He is the farthest thing from the stereotypical attorney. Every attorney and paralegal in his office was equally qualified and motivated. Their work gave us peace of mind and confidence throughout the mediation and trial processes. They were extremely attentive to detail, and able to uncover significant details that we had not noticed despite being more intimately aware of the situation. Don't hire them. The charge $800 for a less than 5mins court that we didn't went inside . poor communication from your attorney and they charge for random stuffs and $40 per text that they dont response back at all. it was a waste of 10k . The attorneys don't guide you at all . The Nieves law firm is a waste of time and money . highly recommend going somewhere else.

I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Hoffman & Forde in San Diego. Despite scheduling an appointment, NICK KRITIKOS was rude, never called me, and seemed disinterested in my case. To make matters worse, I was charged $485 for absolutely no communication or progress. I never spoke to anyone on the phone and they still charged me. Taking time off work for the appointment only added to the frustration. I strongly advise against using this firm.

I don't even want to give one star if I could just give zero. This firm is lying to us and trying to cheat our money. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THEM FREE MONEY!!! We had hired a lawyer, and he was very unprofessional everything he said sounded like he just read from a book. When I try to ask them any question they are very impatient to answer. Also lied to me that I could just pay them $1500 to get a new green card, but I had asked other lawyers about this case, and there was no way I could just pay for a new green card. During the case the lawyer also was very unprofessional, he kept telling the litigant to sign the paper to give up this case. The lawyer is not serious about the case after receiving the money. I asked them to give me the $1500 back, but they just kept telling me to wait. They already charge me for the lawyer fee and still want to make more money from me.
