Do NOT Use this firm theyve scammed me upwards of $10,000 by collecting the money and have not done a single thing and they don’t communicate for months upon months read the other reviews as well. They do the same thing to others I was promised so much and they have not done a single thing. My lawyer didn’t even show up to my court date and said he sent somebody else. I have my life endangered and he was supposed to help me get a restraining order. It has been two months since he has gotten back to me. I have had Sean as my lawyer for a year and he has only lost me everything with no communication.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a lawyer in my life. Ricardo is clear, polite, and very professional. He always returned my calls and often reached out to ask if I had further questions. The staff is also very understanding of my many limitations regarding technology and offered to help whenever they could. You can also tell that the staff constantly communicates with the lawyers about your case, which is very important.
I am so happy I found this Law office. My previous experience with immigration lawyers in this city was not the best, and I was very scared to reach out, but I am glad I did.

After struggling to get an initial consult without being charged hundreds of dollars, I finally got proper attention to focus on my problem. However, once into the meeting, the head of the firm constantly answered his phone and left the room, which was unprofessional and rude. He then brought in an inexperienced attorney that came wrong advice on multiple legal issues. I ended up losing faith in their ability to take care things, so I am taking my business elsewhere after all this wasted time. I expected more professionalism and competence from this firm.

She also did not inform me of many important things like not talking to the insurance claims adjuster who was representing the person that hit me. She did the minimal amount of work for me and did not seem to care at all for my well being. I wish I would have taken the advice of friends in the la area to seek out new representation. If you want a lawyer who is thorough and passionate about your needs do not go to Ms Gorin. Being very unreachable and only being able to communicate to her through her paralegal Karina was very unsettling as well.

I paid him $5000. Once he received the money he was MIA more often than not. His receptionist gave one excuse after another and would tell me that I had exceeded "talk time" provided by the retainer although my records indicated otherwise. On the few occasions that I was able to speak with him he claimed he had Covid or RSV. I later heard this was one of his standard excuses.

Michael Goldstein is by far the best lawyer i’ve ever had the pleasure to meet and beyond grateful he is representing my husband during this awful series of events. He was initially charged with 2 counts of premeditated attempted murder. Mr. Goldstein worked magic and allowed my husband the opportunity to obtain a plea bargain that included dismissing the more serious charges and entering a plea to one count of assault with a firearm, a non-violent offense which enabled him to serve only 50% time. Our time with Mr. Goldstein was all around a 10/10. From the beginning to the end. Every encounter with Mr. Goldstein calmed any nerves we had. He personally met with us and appeared at every single court hearing (most other lawyers send their not so inclined nor convincing representatives) and also personally visited the jail on multiple occasions to speak with and confirm the safety of my husband. If you are in need of help you must reach out to Mr. Goldstein, it will not be a waste of money or your time. My respect and gratefulness is beyond words.

Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.

Kevin Gordon is the most incompetent attorney. He did not answer my calls or emails. He did not pay attention to details in forms when filing with the city and documents were returned, then he did not follow through, but tell me that he was busy with something else. Even the opposing party threatened him with reporting him to the bar. He drafted a settlement that did not protect me as his client. At the end, he just told me to get another attorney. Wow. It is unfortunate that his practicing.

Very unhappy with the outcome of my case. It was handled unprofessionally. And l fought with the attorney the whole way. I had to file with the BAR twice. I hired Legacy and was told will take it to trial. During mediation l was told to settle today or l could lose everything, because they were not going to represent me in court. Then the attorney settled the case against my will. I was forced to settle for considerably less than the original trust stated.

I hired Ruzanna to help with my case, which is still ongoing. So far, I’ve been able to reach out to her with any questions, and even if she wasn’t available right away, I could contact the office. My grandson was involved in an incident in which he was arrested and booked for some very serious felony and misdemeanor charges . A gun, under the influence and drugs and a vandalism charge was very concerning. We were so fortunate to have obtained Mr. Babcock as his attorney to represent him. Relying on a personal friend for a recommendation and reading the positive reviews we could not have been more pleased with our decision to retain his services. All reviews are true to his representation as he was always in touch with us every step of the way. He asked all the right questions and had all the right answers. His recommendations to us were followed to ensure that our cooperation would help with a successful outcome for my grandsons court appearance. This week when we appeared for the court appearance Mr. Babcock came out of judges chambers after discussing the case with the judge and the DA . He gave us the good news that the felony charges were dropped and now reduced to two misdemeanor charges! No drug charge and there would be NO jail time. One year probation with no need to report but to submit proof back to the courts within 6 months of 40 hours community service, attend 25 DA meetings and take a gun safety course Restriction for not having a gun for one year probation period and his confiscated gun would be destroyed. He will pay a fine for the vandalism damage as requested by the homeowner and a minimal $150 for court fine. We could have not asked for a better outcome. Our many thanks to him for saving a young man from time in jail or prison. He will now go on to look back on this and be thankful that he was represented by someone who cared about his future.
