I hired John Forsyth to help me get my husband out of jail after he was arrested on a fugitive warrant when, unbeknownst to us, charges were filed against him in another state. It took us 9 very stressful days to get him out, and I don’t know what I would have done without John Forsyth. At every turn, John gave practical, sound information and advice that empowered me to make decisions about next steps… pros and cons, implications of various decisions, etc. He cut through the quagmire of legal jargon and procedure to help me understand what was going on and what I needed to do. John was compassionate but did not sugarcoat the situation, give false hope, or do a lot of handholding… BUT he fought hard inside and outside the courtroom, kept me informed at every turn, and leveraged all of his experience, expertise, and resources to essentially get the best win possible. Because of John, we emerged from an extremely difficult 3+ year fight with many scars, but with hope for our future.

Hiring John to defend me in my case was the best thing I could have done. John is a true professional through and through. He is hard working, diligent, tenacious, and extremely knowledgeable. He is a straight shooter, and very focused, and keeps his clients informed at all times as to the goings on involving their case, no matter how small the detail may be.
John and his amazing defense team represented me in a sexual case where I was falsely accused, and was facing multiple charges that would have resulted in possible life sentences. My case dragged on for 3+ years in part, due to the closure of the court system due to the pandemic, and John stood by me every step of the way. Throughout the entire ordeal, John worked on my case with true professionalism, and always kept me updated as to what was happening, and what was the next step we would be facing as the proceedings continued. Knowing the severity of the accusations I was facing, John also acknowledged my fears and anxieties throughout the case, and displayed a very compassionate side as well by always encouraging me to stay strong.
As the prosecution continued to try different tactics ( ie...attempting to raise my bail, adding charges ), John always had answers that negated all of their attempts. John and his team responded to every "curveball" the prosecution threw at them in a timely and professional manner.
Ultimately, a plea was offered for a much lesser charge, and we agreed, as this would be absolutely the best possible outcome to what were the original charges. Although I didn't receive the full exoneration I had hoped for, I owe my freedom an my life to John Forsyth.
To anyone who is facing criminal charges of any kind, I highly recommend you look no further than John Forsyth. He is amazing, and between him and his team of professionals, I personally can not imagine you would find anyone better than John.

Mr. Adair was able to work out an favorable plea deal for me. The prison term was shortened by 3 years. He assisted in my defense in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. For every court appearance he informed me of the proceedings making me feel comfortable and less stressed. MOST importantly he defended me vigorously allowing me to accept a shorter prison term than the DA wanted. I would recommend Mr. Adair and have recommended him with a doubt.

I cannot recommend Andres Ortiz enough! He was able to keep my Father from getting deported despite an extensive and complicated criminal history. A case highly challenging that no other immigration attorney dared to undertake. I consulted and hired the wrong immigration attorneys until my colleague and good friend (also an immigration attorney and previously a USCIS employee) suggested Andres Ortiz. She told me that “If Andres can’t help you, then nobody can”. Andres quickly rose and surpassed all expectations. The case lasted approximately four (4) years and although Andres moved law firms to ultimately opening his own practice, he always maintained us informed and up to date on my Father’s case. We never once felt that Andres was unresponsive or unsure on the progression of the case. Andres ensured we were kept up to date on new applicable case law that could assist our case and ensured we were thoroughly prepared for all court hearings, especially when rendering testimony. Furthermore, Andres was exceptionally prepared at all court hearings, a quality I have personally witnessed often lacking in other Immigration attorneys. Andres was so meticulously prepared at all court hearings to the extent the Immigration Judges would thank him for his exceptional work. Our entire family if forever grateful to Andres for helping us keep our Father with his family. I highly recommend Andres to all family, friends and general public. Mr. Jones answered my consultation call about my DUI and gave me helpful information about next possible steps for my case. Even though I already hired an attorney who kind of messed up my case, David listened to me and helped me figure out what I can do to possibly fix it even though he didn't have to. I really appreciated that he did not pressure me to hire him, but was just trying to be helpful. If you hire him, I'm sure he'd put your best interests first and fight for you.

I hired David a while ago for my case in which he was able to bring my felony charge down to a misdemeanor. Now that I have finished my probation, I asked David for advice on what to do for closure and he was incredibly helpful. I'll start off by saying, I've talked to at least 20 different lawyers. I had a very extensive case for my civil harassment restraining order. I had been sexually assaulted, threatened, coerced, manipulated, and psychologically tortured by my former boss. Kian spent an extensive amount of time to review my case. My application for naturalization was denied due to three criminal cases dating back to 1996 and 2002. After consulting with six different attorneys, one of them recommended Karl Krooth. After doing my own research on Mr. Krooth, I scheduled a consultation with him. Mr. Krooth's expertise and knowledge of both criminal and immigration law were immediately evident from our first conversation. I hired Mr. Krooth and the results speak for themselves. The 1996 case was re-sentenced to eliminate the immigration consequences, one of the cases from 2002 was reduced to a misdemeanor and the other which had been an aggravated felony was dismissed. As of June 9th 2017 I am no longer a felon and I'm eligible to reapply for my citizenship. I highly recommend Mr. Krooth for any criminal or immigration related cases.

I got arrested for a federal case on transporting illegal aliens on December of 2019 on my first appearance with my public defender that the court assign me she told me straight up that she wouldn't be able to get me bailed out, until we had court in San Diego in front of the judge that next day I had court again but at that time my brother's hired Attorney Jack J. Boltax that first thing he said to me on the interview in jail, he said we will get you out today, and that's what he did and with a lower bail. This attorney Jack J boltax doesn't play games, or loose time. The D.A put me at level ||| and a offense level 18 I was looking at real time 33-41 months the first 3 weeks he drop my level to 12 that was about a year in jail. He always said to me that he got my back. He would tell me that there was nothing to be nervous about and he proved to me everything the day of my sentence. On my sentence day I got 80 days in jail and to complete those days over weekends now I can still be working outside and support my family. Boltax was able to fight the deal and he got it for me. I truly , truly recommend this Attorney Jack J boltax he fights for you till the end his an excellent attorney with awesome knowledge to defend your case.

Very professional. Very open and friendly. Provided me with his cell phone so if I had questions I could contact him anytime. At first I wasn't sure with Jerry because he was in the Bay Area and I am in the valley. Didn't know if he would take my case. However, after speaking with him on the phone I knew I found the right attorney. He explained the entire process, what would be needed and what to expect. Seldom did I have any surprises. We gathered information and statements. Jerry put everything together and setup the first court hearing. He was successful in helping me get my 1203.4 (Dismissal). Next we moved on to the Certificate of Rehabilitation. He appeared with me at my interview and several continuations waiting for the DA to finish their report. The day finally came on November 18. My COR was submitted and approved by the judge. With that I was also cleared from the 290 Registration List. It was a long process, but well worth it. In 2000 I was convicted of a very serious felony drug charge. I was 20 years old. I came from a good home, graduated high school early and made great achievements in sports. I started to hang out with the wrong crowd, which eventually led me to be in a horrible drug charged relationship. I got my life back together, graduated college and went back into sports. However, everywhere I went this felony affected my life. It was hard to get a good job. Interviewers were interested in me, but as soon as they found out I had a felony I could see it in their eyes and body language…disappointment. I continually felt guilt and shame throughout my life, when all I was trying to do is be a better person. Then I met Mr. Mullins; he was confident in the fact that even though I had a serious drug charge it would be possible for me to have my full rights back. My journey was not easy, I had to put my heart and soul on paper and discuss what I did, and who I have become. We went through all the steps of receiving a Certification of Rehabilitation and then submitting that for a Governor’s pardon. Mr. Mullins knew all the steps that needed to be taken, and how it needed to be presented. He has a system of how things should be done and presented, and with his guidance and hard work I was granted a full and unconditional Governor’s Pardon within a year and a half’s time from start to finish. Ms. Qassim is a phenomenal attorney, I was facing 10+ years in federal prison, in the federal system cooperating with the government is a big thing and reduces sentences, which this is nothing that i would do. Ms. Qassim never once asked me to jeopardize my integrity to make her job easier ( Mad respect)!!! Once Ms Qassim knew that cooperating was not an option she prepared extremely creative motions and augured for for my freedom. I knew that it was going to be a very hard case and that jail time was emanate. Ms. Qassim spent hours with me going over discovery and showed passion and care! I will say that she also never tried to just make me plea out, trial was always an option and she made sure that i knew the facts and she never comes sideways, always straight, nothing hidden. Ms Qassim is fierce, intelligent, creative, resourceful, and knows what she is doing. Thru Ms Qassim's hard work i ended up getting less than 4 years!!! I had a newborn that i would be able to actually be with him while he grows, thanks to Ms. Qassim. I know that there are fees for attorneys, I feel though deeply indebted to her because of how everything turned out. Also during my prison term Ms. Qassim checked in with me to make sure that i was being treated properly in the system and make sure i was staying in good spirits!! Mr. Safford helped my son with his speeding ticket from Oct. 2015 to Dec. 2015. My son had above 100 mph speeding citation. Since he was tried as adult and is 17 year old, the outcome for the case looked grave. In fact, the judge was so determined to teach the teenage a lesson; he refused to let the case go when the officer did not show up in court. Let me start off by saying I can't thank Logan enough for all his hard work. He took on a family member's case, which was very intense. Logan took the case head on and helped us remain calm through out the entire case, which felt like a roller coaster as we hoped we wouldn't hear the worst during each court. Logan was reassuring the whole time and responsive. He was in constant communication with all of us, and there were many of us constantly seeking updates. There was no question that was too dumb, nor did it phase him when I asked the same questions rephrased, as I wanted to make sure I understood. He was always very professional and checked in with us before walking into each court to give us a run down of what to expect, and gave us a summary as we walked out of court and told us what the next steps were. This case was a big deal because we were looking at a 10-15 year minimum sentence, and he got us the best deal possible. Jail time came out to 270 days. 270 DAYS! We are forever indebted to Don. He brought an expert witness(retired CHP) who was outstanding as well !
He filed a motion for suppression of evidence as my fiancé was pulled over for a vehicle violation for failure to use his blinker.
He was able to prove that this was an unlawful pull over and arrest as the officer was profiling. He got the officer to admit this on the stand !!! All charges were dropped as the evidence had to be thrown out. He was caught with 8 lbs of marijuana and got off scott free. He was facing atleast 1 yr in jail and up to 5 yrs.
