At the inception of the case, She weighted the Pro's and Con's of different approaches to the matter. Detail oriented and Educational. If ever there was a problem with the judicial system in the future she would be contacted in no limit of time...! Another point to add, I had an additional issue which WAS not related to the reason she was originally retained and acquired remarkable results on that front as well.
Overall a counsel to seriously consider if your life is hanging in the balance.

While an officer (President) and director of a publicly-traded company, I had the unfortunate experience of defending a number of lawsuits (stemming from one disgruntled source) that, in my opinion (and ultimately the courts' as well), were without merit. Furthermore, the directors of the corporation were also individually named as defendants which added significantly to the drama. Stuart was recommended by our counsel. Thank goodness. The litigation was multi-jurisdictional and the plaintiffs' counsel was "creative" to say the least. Stuart's expert understanding of the rules of civil procedure - in addition to his significant understanding of the substantive law - was invaluable.

I needed to find out information of my former husband whom I divorced 40 years ago and did not keep in touch with. All I new was that while I emigrated to United States, he stayed in Moldova for a while, then left his place of residence for Moscow about 20 years ago and nobody heard of him since. Kirill Chashchin from Russian Genealogy project was able to trace him to Moscow suburban where he lived, found that he passed away in 2001, obtained duplicate of death certificate, apostilled it and sent it to me. While researching he kept me posted of the development, always disclosed various options and prices, informed me of possible delays that could occur. I very much appreciate his professionalism and efficiency, as well as his reasonable fees.

As a caregiver for many years of a family member who had Parkinson's disease, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospital Neurology Department presented me with three names of eldercare law firms as my family member's health was declining.
I interviewed all three firms, then selected Lamson & Cutner to proceed with our eldercare requirements for help in navigating the ever changing legal requirements as to long term nursing home care when on USA Government health care insurances.
I am so happy to have found this law firm for help , my family members agree ,that it was the wisest decision for me to make.
No one can do this complicated legal work alone and it is best ,if possible to proceed with legal issues when the ill person can still understand and contibute their own desires as to what their assets distribution ,usually but not exclusivly into an Irrevocable trust, as well as critical end of life decisions to their family which should be then ultimately drawn up in legal documents by an Attorney .
As the LSCW stated to me when I hesitated thinking "I had so much time to get to this issue" ...'Don't put it off"!

I was referred to Hill & Moin by a highly satisfied client. Even though they were not located in my state, I gave them a call. And, they took the time to listen to my case and decided it was worthy to pass on to attorneys near me.
I had the toughest time in finding attorneys in my own state as many are apparently afraid of fighting for me because of the influence of the company that injured me. Hill & Moin is a credit to their community and their profession!

I got my dismissal for a ticket that i reveived while i was riding my motorcycle between lanes. A ticket received 5 years ago. Court outcome has been postponed for 5 years in a row and it finally got dismissed. Miss Ortiz and the whole firm are just specialist in TVB matters. Do not hesitate to contact them if you received traffic tickets.

During that time, not once a representative from the office gave me attitude or did not return my phone call. These guys are real winners. They market for medical malpractice but it’s unlikely that you’ll actually be able to speak to anyone or that they’ll take your case because they are “too small” according to what I was told in a text message. They also don’t provide any type of referrals or references.

Without sharing specifics of our wrongful death case, I will say that the team at Morelli took on our family's case when other firms declined. They believed us and persevered (including through the pandemic) with the case. While it took a few years, the Morelli team was able to reach a settlement for our family to be compensated for our loss. The Morelli team was empathetic and responsive to our questions and needs. While I fervently hope that such a thing never happens to our family again, I would not hesitate to re-engage Morelli for future legal needs.

Made a free 3PM consultation appointment that was sent to voicemail due to another unrecognized number dialing in at the same time. By 3:04, after hearing the message left from the firm, I promptly called speaking to someone who sent my request on, and emailed the man who originally scheduled the intake. Days later, not a word.
Writing the review for those looking for a law firm that doesn't treat you like another number, clearly they moved in to the next caller, regardless of preparing notes, and blocking off the later afternoon. It's an amateur mistake that dissuades any confidence despite the other reviews

During the covid period I was in a mess operating my business. Our creditors refused to offer any payment facilities. In desperation we had reached out to Attorney Jeb Singer for advice.
He listened to me carefully and explained all the options including negotiating with lenders. Having failed, he suggested bankruptcy.
During the entire process his team was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.

It isn’t my intention to make my review this long, but it’s the only way to truly share my experience. I’ll pay it forward. After months of contemplating, researching the subject and reaching the conclusion I’m truly in the worst of financial troubles, I still wasn’t 100% sure if I could or should go through with bankruptcy. I wasn’t there yet. I was terrified at the thought. Enter Mr. Singer. The first thing was the website. It was very different than most. It’s put together right. It’s not intimidating. So I called the number. To my surprise Mr. Singer picks up the phone. Not an answering machine or secretary or anything. He doesn’t know me and is talking to me like I’m a family member. Like his grandson or son. He spoke to me about ME. With dignity and respect. Not about money or what I did wrong. Not about My mistakes. But is this action now apart of my life’s journey? Do I need to start over? That changed everything for my decision going forward without any fear. Elliot who’s apart of Mr. Singers team is the nicest guy ever. He made the process very easy for me. I could always reach him and Mr. Singer about anything. They were professional and caring & it got me through the process unharmed so to speak. Im grateful to that firm. Run there. My Employer went with this firm during 2020 For my immigration services to file the 485 Application, They charged 3X than any other competent law firms but they delayed my application delays and costed me 4 years and nothing helped. They were supposed to send on 10/22 but sent on 10/30/2022 because they sent along with other applicants but we paid more fee. we fed hefty fee for bad advices and we regret going with this law firm.Hope this helps to others(It was only one application from our firm and paid as good as 3 you can understand the pain)
