Lindsay was recommended to me by my divorce attorney under pressing circumstances. Lindsay acted swiftly and worked with me on the sale of my house. Because of her due diligence she uncovered issues that could have severely impacted the closing which probably would have resulted in losing the buyer. On top of all that she saved me a considerable amount of money on the closing and which almost made her fees a wash. I cannot imagine going thorough this experience without the council of Lindsay.

Mrs. Demmery recently helped me with a complicated sale of a commercial building. It involved a difficult situation (family) that could have put the sale and then the proceeds from the sale in jeopardy. I was feeling ashamed, overwhelmed & bewildered by my credit & debt situation. Especially since I had walked away from a large salary & very successful career just a few years ago to pursue more meaningful, personally fulfilling creative endeavors. With every month I had to pay out enormous minimum payments, the guilt and doubt racked up as well, making me feel like a failure.

I don't typically write reviews unless a product or service is indeed remarkably horrible or excellent. I can say with confidence that Mr. Nazareth is an A+ outstanding attorney. He and his staff handled my case expeditiously and removed a tremendous burden from my shoulders. After interviewing several lawyers to handle my foreclosure defense, I decided I would be better off answering the court summons myself. With only 3 days remaining until the answer was due, I met with Mr. Nazareth and felt that I could actually trust him to do the best job. He intentionally listened to my case and never made me feel pressured in any way to employ his services. His rate was extremely fair and he did not charge anything extra to rush the case. The answer he provided the court on my behalf was top notch. I believe he will continue to effectively defend my interests before the court. His staff is very personable and speaks very highly of him. His website is a wealth of knowledge and I found it to be very informative. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with his law firm and will definitely utilize his services in the future should I need them.

Ms. SIMPSON IS OUTSTANDING---IN EXPERTISE, RESPONSIVNESS, COMMUNICATION, FOLLOW-UP, NEGOTIATION, HONESTY, AND GETTING ANTICPATED RESULTS FOR HER CLIENTS!!! (I started out with a terrible attorney who was not responsive, unprepared and never kept me informed. I had failed to Google him. (Had I done so, I would have found numerous customer complaints). Even though I had already paid in full and in advance $3,500, I had to make a change. I conducted an extensive search of the BEST attorneys I could find in Florida and finally found Mrs. Sheri B. Simpson. She was also highly recommended by several varying third parties (some attorneys and some customers). I also Googled her and was able to find in writing customer reviews and reviews by other attorneys. All of the reviews were positive. I met with her and went over my whole case. She listened and took notes. She didn't tell me just what I wanted to hear...she was factual and realistic. She was caring and and very helpful to my situation. It was very clear she was an expert in her field, but she made time for me through out and never brushed me off to her assistant. I got VIP service all the way through. She took my calls same day and answered my emails within 24 hours with complete, accurate and factural answers. Once, she communicated with me via' email at night because she was in court all week. In my experience with other attorneys, she routinely went beyond the call of duty to give the best service to her clients. She expalined not only what we were doing but also explained the process in detail. She took the extra time to insure that our case was prepared to the best level that it could be. She provided me extra tools that no other attorney had ever offered me---tools to help me determine the exact value of my assets---she gave me clarification and guidance that literally saved me hundreds of hours of research. She was also very accurate in her estimates with me as to what I could expect to pay regarding her legal fees. Therefore, there were NO money surprises down the road. In addition, she gave me timely advice and counsel that saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees. Further, when it came time to negotiate a settlement, not only did she have the skills of the best diplomat and negotiator, but she was able to navigate a mutually beneficial path for all sides, that led to a fair and quick settlement. I could tell in the process that she was respected by the other side as being fair, reasonable and equal in expertise. This helped to promote a fair and quick settlement. After using 5 different law firms in Tampa over an eight (8) year stretch to get a modification completed, Karen was the only one to get the task done.

Octavio has saved my life. You don't have to chase after him. He always does what he promises. He is easily accessible by phone and email. I feel that he is worth much more than the fees I paid. My first name is Juan. You will be shocked to know that Octavio overcame all obstacles, he put the time into my cases, and won in court for me several times. Claude not only gave us critical and important information throughout the entire adoption process, he also went above and beyond for us. My In-laws needed to sell their FL condo. Initially we thought it would be a private sell but the buyers fell through.
Juan is also in Real Estate and we hired him. Throughout the listing Juan kept me in the loop since my father-in-law is up in years and mother-in-law was terminal. At least every 3 weeks he would call or e-mail me just so we knew what the status of the listing was.
We didn't have a great amount of time to clean out the condo and he was kind enough to put the final touches and was there every step of the way from offer to closing.
Even when the inspection found issues, Juan found contractors that were far less expensive than what the buyer's realtor wanted to hire.
There is so much more but you get the idea. Dad plan on giving Juan's contact information to all his friends in Florida when they ask for a realtor or lawyer.

Very sweet, honest, tactful attorney. This was my second time utilizing an attorney, and also the best. Didn't judge me or talk down while offering sound advice. Straight forward and easy to talk to. Doesn't rush you to make rash decisions you will regret later. Personally returns your phone calls.
