Samuel helped my son fight his ssi case and he was kind and their for us every step of the way . I did have different lawyers we have been fighting social security for the last 3 years and I was feeling hopeless until I met with Warner&Warner explained my situation and Samuel took our case and because of him my son finally received his SSI. Jonathan Werner has been awesome. He is handling my brother's bankruptcy case and everything has been going very smoothly. I emailed him one week and I didn't realize he was on vacation. He emailed me right back. I would highly recommend his firm. His secretary Alice is wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately, my brother has developed health issues that may not allow him to go back to work. Jonathan's brother handles social security disability cases. Mr. Brown helped my family in a certain important way. In 2023, my father had died and the money that was to be paid out was being withheld due to some clerical error on the side of the insurance company. The insurance company then tried to sue my mother for misinformation that they believed my father gave them. Plus the fact that they were still taking money to pay into the insurance policy months after my father died. Mr. Brown was not only able to get the money my family is entitled to, bit also managed to get us an interest payment on top of that. Put a time that he was hired all the way to the time that he was able to get this case settled what's the matter of just 6 weeks. He does meticulous work and has an eye for detail.

I met Edward several years ago when I was looking for an attorney to handle some Landlord tenant disputes/evictions. As it turned out he was very well connected with the City of Buffalo and so he began working on some Housing court cases for me as well. Always got the results I was seeking and since then I have used Mr Betz for everything from a speeding tickets to personal injury defenses and everything in between. If he ever wasn't suitable for the particular need I had he set me up with someone in his firm or elsewhere that was. I really don't need to call anyone else when it comes to needing an attorney. Ed and his firm assisted me in purchasing a new property from an online foreclosure website. The site was very confusing, and I personally struggled to get information on the process.
