As for someone who is a victim of sexual assault. I came across this law firm hoping to be taken as a client but unfortunately this did not happen. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is very nice. However, they make it seem like you are talking to Norma for the 1 hour intake call on the website but really you are speaking to a Law Clerk named Roshelle who was also very nice. I did not appreciate the fact, they didn’t have the decency to call me to tell me the unfortunate news. I had to scroll through a bunch of emails to find an email from Norma. If you have to pay a $275 fee (only refundable if they don’t take you as a client) just for a person to get information about your legal situation when other lawyers do it for free is kind of crazy.

I had a very complex case before the Erie Co. Family Court. I wish I met Anthony Cervi, Esq. years ago. I was dealing with opposition who cares about nothing but themselves; not the child. In my early years I heard many disturbing stories of how people lost a major part of their inheritance to City, State and Federal tax, after their parents died without having lawful protection from the tax system, and the thought of seeking a protection crossed my mind many times. But I kept postponed it to next week, next month, or next year, and year after year until I became much older and one morning I woke up with a terrible thought of how foolish it would have been If anything happened to me and left my family without protection losing half of what really belongs to them.
I spoke to a few attorneys but no one could make clear to me this complicated tax process and the fine print, until I contacted the Vishnick-McGovern-Milizio law firm and spoke with Constantina Papageorgiou who is an elder law attorney. Talking with Constantina was all clear and simple to me. She explained everything with professionalism and care. I did not hesitate.

This was our first time hiring a lawyer, so we had lots of questions, all of which Michelle was very patient and kind enough to address each and every one. Michelle and her team helped us through a very emotional and challenging eviction case (we as the landlords), and at each step we felt heard and well-guided. We eventually won the case, and we realize there is no way we could have done it without Michelle’s help. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for legal advice who might be a little intimidated by the whole thing, Michelle was so kind and patient and clearly communicated difficult legal speech in regular terms. I was in need of a litigation attorney after receiving a complaint filed by a former employer. I was extremely concerned about the situation due to the truth being distorted in a way that could have caused serious legal repercussions. Ms Aulivola was referred to me by a coworker and after speaking to her the first time she stood out from the other lawyers I had spoken to. Her fees were very reasonable and she was extremely attentive to my matter. Ms Aulivola always made himself available to me by phone within a few hours if I had questions and her staff was very professional. I found her to be a very honest and tenacious person that you want on your side. My situation was resolved quickly and I have since used her again multiple times for contract negotiations and other matters.

Stay away from this law firm. Their m.o. has not changed in years. Someone posted five years ago how Mr. Goldberg gave them the run around. He does the same to me and I am his client! He never returns my phone calls or my emails. I called the office recently and left a message for his partner and nothing. They don't value their clients. Go elsewhere. Had I known what I know now, I would have gone to a different law firm.

My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence
